Aaden Martinez the last time i went , i liked it but mostly i been hated it, i asked for something and i lowkey got the opposite, cussing and saying inappropriate stuff, normally i dont care but like im 14 , even if i was 18 , i feel like you shouldn’t be saying that. i hate to be a rude person but i dont know what to say.

robin philbrick I walked in one morning and immediately heard "its going to be a long day" from the dude that would cut my hair. I have long hair that Ive been growing for over a year and I wanted it to be trimmed up. One side of my hair was longer than the other and despite me mentioning it, this clown didnt fix it. He probably did like, 5 minutes of work at best and didnt even fix the biggest issue of my complaint. He charged me 21 bucks. That was last month and today I can see where the clown neglected to actually cut my ****ing hair. Its no wonder this dude complained the very moment I stepped into their shop. Youve been warned.

SirVontez It was a good shop the first few times I’ve gone. But in the recent times I’ve gone they’ve had 4 barbers there 3 appointment only and 1 taking walk ins. Appointment guys stand around and talk until their appointment gets there I’ve waited for about 45 minutes and they’re still talking while 1 guy is taking walk ins. And if the walk in guy has 3 to 4 people waiting for a cut they close to shop for the day. Sometimes I’ve gone and they’ll close as early as 1100.

Ray Lopez See the YELP review of this salon for the photos!!! Either the owner or stylist need to make it right with a client who literally got her hair butchered. My seven year old could have cut hair better than this. You wouldnt believe the pictures if you seen them.. She was charged well over $100 for a cut (wanted shoulder length bob) and color (ombre) and neither turned out halfway decent. Hair is above shoulder and literally chopped different lengths. Color is solid. She was completely unhappy and stylist said she could give her twenty bucks back. Owner said it wasnt her responsibility to refund back as the people that work for her technically rent their spots from her. Lady, it is your responsibility to make sure EVERYONE that comes through that door is a happy client. You hired this stylist! Will update review if the client gets reimbursed her money. Ashley J This business needs to make amends (refund) the client who had her head absolutely butchered. Id be in tears if it was me, especially after spending as much as she did to look that way. The stylist needs to own up. You messed up. Make it right, this is your reputation and this business that you are hurting. Will remove this if I see that the client has been reimbursed for the disaster shes been left with.

Aley Marie Jennifer did an amazing job and was so sweet to my daughter and me. She cut and styled mine and my daughters hair and it came out amazing and exactly how we wanted it.

Mr. Review 100% I came inside signed in about 5:49 PM on October 14, 2023. There was two employees cleaning area work after walking in front of me normally times neither one of them acknowledge my presence after 35 minutes. I walked out and I asked one of the employees, that was working of it was closed you look at at me and kept cleaning this area I believe I was discriminated because I entered with my work clothes, which was not dirty and for being Hispanic I’ve been here a couple of times and this is the first time I was treated poorly. I don’t expect nothing free. I don’t expect apology. I expect for you to trade more your employees to be more helpful to other customers, no matter the race.

Cristina Terry ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CHILD! The store manager (DORA) was rude, impatient, argumentative, and clearly irritated during haircut. Would assume the clippers were dull/hot as to my child saying it hurt. If you can’t work with children JUST DONT! Could not take accountability for her attitude and or apologize for it. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

T Moore I should not even give this Just A Cut location even ONE STAR. Sarah cut my sons hair (he is mixed so his hair is very curly) & she chopped his hair so bad on the top it looks terrible AND THEN gave him a crooked line around his face. They obviously take on tasks they don’t know how to do properly. She has TERRIBLE customer service & a very smart mouth toward customers. I pay $45 for two hair cuts and I have to fix one when I get home because she didn’t feel like working today I guess. The manager Dora was easier to deal with but she doesn’t have her employees under control either. And Dora herself cut my sons friends hair I took for a cut also and she cut him with the scissors he’s bleeding behind his ear. No wonder this just a cut location is DEAD WITH NO BUSINESS RIGHT NOW. I could get my nail tech to do a better hair cut for cheaper than it cost me over there. I’m upset because I tried to take my sons to get pampered and it ended up the worst experience EVER.

Mike Grelle Worst place ever to get a fade. I went for my first time and asked for a high and tight. Ended up getting a low and lopsided. Went back to get it fixed and now have a high and tight on one side and distinct line on the other. I’ll have to find another place to fix it. Never going back

Cheryl Anne Wilson Sara is fabulous. I was new in town. She made me feel comfortable. Found a great short hair style for our Kingsville summers. Really enjoying every monthly visit. Always a great hairstyle and a friendly smile.
