Basil Topping Saw Ari back in the salon and she made my dream a vision! She took her time and you can tell she loves what she does. She went above and beyond and I can not express how much I love the outcome! Shes a joy to be around and chat with while getting my hair done and I always look forward to my next appointment :)

Brittany Smithson Terrible experience with an obviously unhappy employee. As I was looking at the rack behind the counter waiting for my turn, I hear someone unpleasantly say “Are you ready?” As I’m smelling a Candle… I turn around and nicely place my things unknowingly on the wrong side of the cash register, The employee by the name of Brooke for fully placed my items to the left as she scanned them, then proceeds to ask me for my phone number for the rewards. I then tell her and she confirms my name then proceeds to ask if I want the Ulta cc, politely tell her no thanks. She tells me my total, I say okay then have to ask if I have any rewards available. Again visibly upset and annoyed she huffs and puffs and cancels the transaction to tell me I have $17.50 in rewards available. I let all that go and still being nice. She then asks for my id I pull it out and it’s upside down, she then is RUDE and has a major attitude that she can’t read it, I then proceed to ask her if she’s having a bad day because she’s obviously upset about something . She called a manager over but didn’t bring up why she needed her as I stood there waiting on my bag to be handed to me, which never happened and I had to reach and get it myself with no nice remarks. Terrible experience hope you don’t catch this cashier on her bad day because you won’t be treated like a paying customer!!!!

Jessica Todd Make up stresses me out and I dread shopping for it. Not any more though! I just had the most amazing experience with Lauren! She is so knowledgeable (product knowledge and color matching), kind, and has an amazing chill-bubbly vibe. She made buying a whole face worth of products easy, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. Next time you are in-store and need help, ask for Lauren!

Lindsey Lynch Adriana is the woman to go to for assistance!! She truly did an outstanding job, and really knows what she is talking. I was wanting to find something for my nana, and she listen to what we were wanting and did it for our budget and gave my nana samples to try!! I highly recommend Adriana when going in to ulta!! Thank you for your help Adriana, you deserve a bonus!!

Christy qNorrell00 I love to ger my hair done at the Ukta in Mckinney TX by Kelsey. She is very knowledgeable about color and her cuts are always pristine. And after hair I always shop around or while I am letting the color set in! As for the store, they have everything you are looking for, hands down the best place for beauty products. Bonus* they have a great rewards system! I go there for everything Must be a staple in your life

Julia Vrska DO NOT COME HERE! My fiancé has gotten his haircut there multiple times and it never comes out right but this last appointment was the last straw. A whole chunk of the front of his hair is missing and it’s not blended or even. Do not recommend coming here. He has to go pay for another haircut to get it fixed. She put gel in his hair before she cut it and my fiancé thought that was really odd. Left the salon saying his head hurt from the stylist pulling and snagging his hair.

Jo It was a great visit today. The app was timed perfectly so I did not have to wait very long. The attendant that was cutting my hair didnt excellent job.

Jennifer Smith Totally unsatisfied with my Sons haircut and she claimed to be the best barber there well smh this isn’t the first time but it will be the last time I ever take my Son here!! His haircut is so bad my Husband left without getting his hair cut!!! The first time I was like ok well maybe the lady was just starting out but this time it’s even worse!! Like do they not teach you to blend at the school you attended now I’m gonna have to pay for another haircut to fix the first one!! If I was there I definitely wouldn’t have paid for it!

Kylie Stylist was obviously overwhelmed with the amount of customers. Completely rushed and didnt spend the time to ask the client what they wanted, or checking in through out the process to ensure customer was okay with the length that was getting removed My son left in tears because they gave him a butchered buzz cut. Stylist claimed there was a difference from the top and sides, there was not. When I came back in, they offered no apology just excuses.

Alexandria reetz Honestly Ive tried going through a quiet route with this issue but have not been successful. On Aug third right before school started my family went to sports clips for a quick trim. We had three cuts, to Jr and a senior. They were rude but I get it sometimes customer service jobs suck and honestly I was just happy to get everyone in and out because they were busy. That wouldnt have been a problem. The problem arose when I got home and realized instead of 55 bucks they adjusted my charge on my card to 66. I had left a small tip, what we could afford given that my family was going through a dry spell and having to buy school supplies ect. And yeah small tips suck, but we did what we could. They tacked on 11 extra dollars to my card. They stole from me. Im guessing because the tip was too small? Honestly I dont care what the reason was. As someone whos worked on a top based income I couldnt comprehend stealing from someone even if they tipped me .50¢ It completely broke my trust in this business we have been coming to for the past year. I reached out to Tim the owner and he said he would refund my account, then changed his mind to just give back the 11 bucks. At this point I still have yet to see that refund and honestly I dont want it. If you need to steal just to get by as a big business dont stay in business. I dont recommend going here. I dont want what happened to us to happen to anyone else because if they were dishonest with such a simple card transaction no telling what else they will do.

Adame Elizabeth (refinedgluttony) If you have ethnic hair, C4, C3, or mixed DO NOT GO HERE. No detanglers, no relaxers, no oils, the stylist immediately began telling me that I had to do my hair BEFORE going to a stylist?? Asked to put shampoo in my already dry and frizzy hair. She kept pulling out my hair WITH A COMB and I kept insisting that IT HURT and I could feel my hair falling in droves onto the floor. Worst experience Ive ever had. Had to leave. They did my fiancés hair perfectly (hes white) and they couldnt do the same for me?

Cottage Dwelling I am so happy with my cut! I went in with a video on instagram of a very specific style and Dale, I believe his name is, gave me a consultation and gave me-basically- an appointment time when I could come back in. Cut to today, he was able to make my vision a reality. He gave me the cut and layers I needed to get the volume and height in my hair line to achieve these curls. I love the volume it created! We were cautious and kept the layers longer this time but next time I think we’ll get even higher layers! Thank your Dale and Great clips staff for always taking care of me and my family we appreciate your time and talent!

Brandi Hass Theresa & The man that work there are phenomenal. They fixed a really bad cut that was done to my 3 year old last weekend by someone else and got my 10 year old ready for picture day Monday. They are the dream team!

Tyler Richards Great Place to get your hair cut! My son loves coming here! Dale did an AMAZING JOB!!!! He was really kind and worked well with my son to give him the cut he wanted. My sun was very happy with the whole experince. We will be back to see Dale for sure.

LeeAnn Sutherland 3 days later on all photos ...a fingernail popped off and one of my gel polish toes has no paint on it. My Acrylic nails were never shaped or buffed after dipping them. Eye brows and lashes I had dyed, look NO different but left my eyes buring itching and I was there 4 and half hours to waste my 70$ Girls were sweet but NEVER once did an instructor come look or check on the 3 different techs I used on Tuesday March 5th.

Caylan Vickers I made an appointment and was at the salon for 5 hours and 15 minutes for a haircut and all over color. I understand that these are students but it is also the instructors responsibility that I don’t walk out of the salon looking like an embarrassment. I walked out of the salon with a brown hair that was splotchy and multiple different colors. I also asked for them to touch up my money pieces which came out multiple different colors. Since I was here an hour after they were closed they were unable to cut my hair. So they washed it and I left the salon with shampoo and conditioner still in my hair. I would never recommend coming here after this experience. You pay for what you get ! I called to see if I could get a refund and they said they could not process refunds over the phone and I would have to drive back to the school. I drove back to the school and spoke with the director of the program and she informed me that since the students attempted to do my hair that all she could refund was 6$. Instead of this salon helping me save money it ended up costing more in the long run because I had to pay another stylist to fix my hair color and to get it cut.

liz ojeda Wowser! I had a super sugar face wax and relaxing and amazing facial by Kristin Tuesday afternoon. Felt so good! Kristin took her time and answered all my questions. Great deal for 46 dollars. The salon is full of students working on hair, nails and feet . I was actually excited to be there experiencing our young ones working on their careers. Go to their website and make an appt. I am going back in 2 weeks for a microderm abrasion. Pamper yourself and help a student get their hrs. The salon is located in a bldg by the pond area on the campus.
