Remia Henry It may be a new building, but it’s still the same VA. they don’t ever answer the phone. And the people at the front desk threaten your benefits against you if you say you can’t make that appointment. Small backstory My six month old has been in and out of the hospital since he was born. I’ve also been hospitalized myself. And I’m also pregnant with my second child. Tried to explain that to them and they don’t care. Even though I told the Front lady that I was pregnant, said that I needed to do an x-ray regardless. she proceeded to tell me that I needed to provide proof that I was pregnant. As if my belly isn’t improving enough. This is why I go to my civilian doctor. Because these people do not care. Why the hell would I want them to touch my child? If they’re threatening my benefits against me. How do I know that my unborn child is going to be safe in the hands of these so-called medical professionals? This facility is such an unprofessional place I suggest going to another VA hospital guys These people don’t care

Chris Garcia Where to even begin with this. I work about 30 minutes away and needed to make an appointment. I called and was put on hold (of course) and about 5 minutes go by and I thought who would win if I just drove over there. So I got in my car and started driving to the clinic (again, about 30 minutes away). Long story short, I managed to get there, speak to someone, book an appointment all while still being on hold. So I finally get to my appointment and I always laugh because (like the military) they ask I show up at least 15 minutes early. Much like the military I hurried and wait... For about 40 minutes after my appointment time. Funny enough, I have enough time to write this, check for spelling errors, and post this while I continue waiting for my doctor to show up. The front check in ladies are really quiet and just seem to not really like their job unfortunately. I used to do front check in at clinics so I kind of get it, but at least fake it till you make it. The nurses were the only reason why Im giving this a 2-start rating.

Lacie Bosley This location is absolute trash. You can never get anyone to answer the phones. No one response to emails or faxes in urgent matters of their patients. If someone does answer the phone, they are not competent enough to simply search a last name. I feel so bad for our Vets that have to put up with this crap. Shame on you all.

Angelo Falto Waiting in the lobby for my basic lab work for over two and a half hours...and still yet not been seen. The reputation of the terrible service at the VA is definitely unbelievable, for real. They moved their operation to a larger location which offered no new improvement, other than the stale, irrational government rationale. Cancelled my appointment in Denton and transferring my file over to Plano.

Joshua Aguilera This building looks like it used to be a shut down dollar general. Medical equipment looks like they bought it second hand from Mexico. I can hear through the walls, people urinating in restroom. What’s the point of having appointments if I have consistently had to wait about an hour after said appointment every time. I’ve had to request change of doctor because the first one I got was foreigner and was trying to convince me that I was lying about pain and that I was actually all better now. Texas is supposed to be the best state for veterans; even podunk Kansas has better clinics than this. 1000% better building, but still many areas that need improvement. Answering phone calls is one major issue. I’m lucky if I’m on hold for over 30 minutes, many times I get hung up on repeatedly.

Jereni Arie I see my orginal comment got deleted dont know why but I will explain again. My nurse Ian Pulluy was the most malice, narcissist , unproffessional nurse I have ever met in my life. He call me "dramatic" when I was throwing up my stomach acid/fluid. He left me unattend for 4 hours not giving me my fluids that I need, just for me to get discharged to still throw up. My life was a game to him and it sad that nobody want to have him liable for his actions. Not eveybody belong in the medical industry.

Ally Dannie I’ve been here a solid 10 times and I usually have really good service. Usually because on occasion you’ll get a nurse who has the worst bedside manners and professionalism. This is very very rare but they stick out. The staff is comforting and gets you in and out as fast as they can. I tended to unexpectedly joke with them every time I came in even though I was super uncomfortable or in pain. I refuse to go to any other ER now.

Channel Zen Came in with serious heart problems, even though im very physically fit. Yes, i had to wait a little while but they were overwhlemed and the place was packed, that said i thought they did a great job, saved me money where they could. Wish people would understand how triage works. I really appreciate how they handled the more hysterical patients, professionals through and through. Excellent staff and good people.

Carlos Dominguez Went to E.R today! My son cut his leg needed 19 stitches. DR. Robert Garrison was amazing! Very professional and super nice! My kid loved him! I was really happy to see someone take care of my son immediately!! Thanks to the staff as well! The RN that assisted him “ can’t remember her name” she was super nice and helpful as well! Thank you for your help! If I could I would give it 6 ⭐️….

Joshua Gross Front staff is incredibly rude. Had a 7:30 appointment scheduled and they did me “a favor” by letting me in 3 minutes early, and then making the snide comment of “We don’t open until 7:30”. If you can’t open the doors a few minutes early for your first appointment of the day then don’t make appointments for that time. A simple, “have a seat, someone will be with you in a few minutes” would have sufficed. Don’t expect me to be on time for my appointment and then talked to that way. And because I spoke up and didn’t accept to be spoken to that way, I have been asked to leave the practice. Good riddance. What happened to good customer service?

Seth Christianson Don’t waste your time. Didn’t even get to meet a dr on the first visit. These places are under staffed and unorganized. They cancelled my very first appointment, as I was in the parking lot and wouldn’t see me. I took off the morning to have this appt. Told me the RN got sick, so I had to come back. Complete joke. Look at the 2.0 rating they already have. Don’t make the mistake I did!

Wilde Designs I loved my doctor here for years. She was the best doctor I ever had. Unfortunately she retired, and even though I was told to transfer to another doctor at the practice who I had seen before and also liked, when I called to see him, I was told he wasnt seeing "new" patients. Again, after the practice told me in writing to switch to him. The office staff was rude to the point of hostility. I was floored, disappointed, and am now at a whole other practice after more than a decade as a patient there. Stay away from the black hole this practice has become. Even if you are an established patient, you will wait a week to get an appointment no matter how ill you are.

Marti Easley Was told the copay was 180 plus the shot(s) and had the nerve to ask if we had been an established patient. All because they just havent renewed their Medicaid acceptance. I told them 180 was outrageous and I would go somewhere else in (Denton) and she was like thats perfectily fine.

Chuck McLain Great care from Physicians, terrible bordering on abhorrent service from support staff. Dr. Stone is great, as was Dr. Blucker & Dr. Cizdziel, but since those last two left the practice, getting a competent response from the support staff borders on impossible. Medication refill requests take weeks to process, and even then the wrong dosages are called in repeatedly. Phone messages left for the medical assistant are not returned. Using the Texas Health Resources app to send a message also rarely gets a response other than a snarky reply from the practice manager that requests are handled on a priority basis.

They do provide very little in here. Once every thing was done and time to get my papers I spent 2.5h to get it. Just sitting in there. That’s not the end, made me to go to cvs to get Covid vaccine! After two hours of sitting in there, Anyway it is ridiculous, not friendly, no one smiles at you. Overall do not go there pple save ur time and nerves Attached photo is door to humiliation!

Femi Adebayo Why is this place listed on USCIS website. My mom warned me that she just had a negative feeling about this place. I promised to review it before going there but also had the confidence that it’s a good place because they are on USCIS website and I totally forgot to read the reviews before going here. This is the worst place. There’s so much I would say but to keep it short, trust the reviews about this place and make your decision. USCIS need to not risk intending immigrants lives and recommend this place as a place to get medical exams. I’m so scared for my life. What if they have given me an infection I didn’t have before. They are so unhygienic omg.

Lavera Wright The owner is very rude hang up the phone on me. Their financial books are messed up. They have no accounting system in place and called my company L Wright CO LLC to prepare a balance sheet from a profit and loss statement. I told her it would cost $1100 which is cheap; she started to argue with me that I want to get paid up front. She knows I can do the work. I helped her company in 2020. This is why she called me because the person handling her book left. I wander why. This company business ethics is trash. Who knows what other illegal things they are doing with the so called financials. It will come to the surf I have seen it happen before and they came back and said you are right. I am here to help companies get in compliance with the tax laws and obligation to run an effective profitable business. Accounting work is not cheap go look up what they get paid and especially youre trying to met a deadline with a one day notice. Theyre CRAZY!

Carmelite Williams In the last 6 months, I have visited several doctors and was sorely disappointed. I am pleasantly please with the visit I had today. The office staff was warm and inviting. The doctor was patient and helpful. I pray nothing changes between now and my next visit. Update...things changed! The first visit was amazing. And i am very disappointed at the chaos that happened over the last few weeks. This office is unprofessional and they lie to you over and over and over again. I presented paperwork for them to complete and they lied to me so many times, I had to report them to the insurance company. They will try to do unnecessary testing on you to milk your insurance. The turnover of staff is crazy, and that’s something the insurance rep told me. That was the reason they gave for lying to me about the paperwork they can’t seem to locate. They run a very chaotic office. While waiting for them to find some paperwork I had given them, I was able to see other people’s medical records that lay open on the desk. Stay away from this place at least until they get some organization.

Mehdi Bennis I have never felt mistreated and disrespected till I walked in to this clinic. There are two ladies at the front desk. One of them, she completely has no idea what she is doing, and she always had to ask the other lady about anything I would ask her. The other lady is the last person you ever want to deal with. She was very disrespectful and rude. She has been all hostile and raising her voice on me. When I told her that I wanted to complain to the doctor, she started laughing just like if she already knew that he wouldnt do anything. As a matter of fact, the doctor did not take my complain into consideration, and she was just laughing there. I would definitely never be back to this facility. The people are very disrespectful and they always have some issues; like the printer or fax isnt working. She has litteraly been telling me the same thing for two weeks, they could have fixed it at least...They will always make you wait and take their sweet time. There are plenty of doctors out there, stay away from this one. You would not want to deal with those people. I wish I had read the reviews before. I would not even give them one star, but thats as low as it can go.
