Ashley Carbery The provider and her staff are wonderful! She always listens to the concerns and gets straight to figuring out what is wrong with my kiddos. I recently had to go in for a visit for myself and she got me back to feeling good in no time! My favorite part, is she genuinely cares about her patients! Most urgent cares are super dry and everyone is strictly business. She has a beautiful aura in her facility and a great bedside manner. 10 stars from my family ❤️

Ashley Uhler If you’re looking for a place to find answers and people that truly care, this is the place! I had to take my 3 girls under 5 and every single person here is absolutely amazing. I had to get a second opinion for my oldest and before any tests were done Michele knew exactly what was wrong! I won’t be going anywhere else, so great to have such an amazing and experienced team right here In Lampasas! So thankful!!

Jan Beaver Michele is very knowledgeable and I received excellent care from her and her staff. I had a weird infection in the joint of my middle finger. It became swollen, turned a dark red color and had red streaks going up my arm. She is currently treating me with antibiotic shots and oral antibiotics and watching it very closely. It’s already a lot better and I am thankful I chose to come here. I highly recommend Michele and her staff.

Sue Merritt I took my 90 year old mother to this urgent care and they treated her like gold. They were thorough and even asked if there was anything else they could help us with before we left. They were timely, efficient and prepared I won’t waste time going anywhere else

kelly rose The first time i went it was great the second time i will never return i was disrespected no greetings the worst part is the whole staff had attitude from the moment we walked in the back treated my daughter horrible didnt find ask what her symptoms where or what was going on never again will i return and i dont suggest anyone going to that location it was the owner of the building who was the ruddest ever. So update i called to let the doctor know about my daughters condition she has pneumonia and she called the police on me and im not aloud to return or contact the facility, which is no problem because i will not be returning ever again

Judy Randell My son has been to the er twice this week tell me he is just fine that it’s viral the doctor on call didn’t even want to come in the room stood at the door acted like he didn’t care to be there told him everything that was going on hardly walked over to my son checked him out asked me if I wanted labs done then told me he didn’t need them said you want a x ray so you can be at ease no I want something done the nurses where great but the doctor could of been more caring the other doctor we had the other day showed more care telling me to come back if it gets worse just to come back an get told he’s fine not a very happy mom right now

Jules Martinez I had a horrible experience I was there for over 13 hours for a blood transfusion my monitor went off constantly and I had to go find a nurse just to come tell me it’s my fault cause of my levels and that there was nothing wrong but it would go off for hours before I couldn’t stand it and went to ask them to turn it off again !! I asked for a pad and was told no they don’t have any, basically deal with the bleeding not their problem! I asked for something for a horrible headache multiple times over my 13 hours and never got anything!! The dr came in flipped on the lights yelled” the transfusion is done follow up with your doctor” turned around and left the room didn’t even ask if I had questions left the light on and that’s the one time I saw him! And they charged me a 250 co pay which my insurance dosent even have record of!!!

Shannon Cates The doctor here listened and diagnosed my heart attack quickly and saved my life when I had a widow maker. I will forever be grateful. Ive had several more visits, and theyre always nice.

Doug Griffith It was the worse experience I have ever had at an Emergency Room. Everything started alright . Triage was fine I received my X rays . I waited for 20 minutes to see the doctor in the waiting room, not in a medical room. I was called back to see the doctor but a nurse came back after 10 minutes to have me sign out. She didnt ask any questions, nor ask me questions of why i was there. I felt as if I was forced to leave . I tried asking questions at the help desk and they werent any help and seemed as if they did not care. I will never go there again nor will I have my family or friends be seen there either. The absolute worse customer service I have ever had in a medical setting.

Linda Mires Rollins Brook hospital is a small hospital but the best I have ever have been the ER staff are awesome. They treat you with respect, kindness, and compassion. They really take the time to listen and do there best to take care of you. From the doctors and nursing staff A big THANK YOU to all of you. They ended up keeping me for a few days.The second floor was very quite and peaceful. Easy to rest.The doctors and nursing staff were just as awesome as the ER.A big THANK YOU TO THEM AS WELL....IF you ever need to be taking good care of this is the place to go.

Michelle Singer I was hospitalized for 5 days. Every single person was wonderful. From the beginning in the ER to the room I was moved to. The nursing staff was kind and compassionate. I recommended every person who needs medical attention go to this hospital. Five star treatment

Kristan Solanas I just have so many nice things I dont know where to begin. The nurse is absolutely fabulous. So cheerful and attentive. You can tell she really enjoys her profession. The doctor is very soothing. Really makes you feel like youre in good hands. The receptionist is very nice and helpful and never makes me feel rushed. If you try to call and sometimes dont get an answer right away I know in my heart its ONLY because shes helping someone and doing the best she can so i dont mind hanging up and calling back when shes free. The office is just such a breath of fresh air from how doctors offices have become. So glad i found this place!!!

Kim Shahry I just called to ask if they have nurse practitioners there and the receptionist Michelle was so rude. I wanted to become a patient but she asked me why. I told her that was an odd question. She got upset, I said that wasnt nice and she told me to go somewhere else. Wow!!

DJuanna Jimenez To be treated so rudely by the receptionist, I am Appalled! I was to excited to find out that Dr Hay was there and came into town. She had been my Dr and saved my life back in 2017. I was told she couldn’t get me in till October 28, because I am a new patient. Well, most everyone would be that was wanting to see her there. And living 4 hours away from there, that wouldn’t work. The receptionist kept interrupting me and wouldn’t let me explain or anything. Being a heart patient and having a stent and all, I was thrilled to be able to see her.

Bubba Williams They have an employee Alicia Sawyer who is extremely rude. I have talked to people that says she will give your medical information out to anybody. If you value your privacy don’t use this facility!!!!!!!!’nn

Jeanette Malone This facility with Dr. Cain is the worst. I have called for my husband 3 times now since yesterday. He tested positive for covid early Monday morning. I left a message with the staff who passed it on to Dr. Cain. They sent a prescription through Express Scripts, after I kindly asked they send it to the local pharmacy so that I could pick it up. Express scripts is a mail order service, so while Monte suffers he is supposed to wait for this medicine. I also clearly stated he just tested positive and the doctor and staff misinterpreted my statements and said due to the fact Monte had been ill for 72 hours (not what I said at all) the Covid medicine would not be worth it. I called back the next day, today, early morning and repeated everything and asked please, please send meds to local pharmacy. They stated they would prioritize this message. By 3:30, after no response and no medication at local pharmacy, I called again. Now its almost 6 pm and we still have no meds and no relief. I do not recommend this physician nor this office.
