Jennifer Taylor I felt comfortable with the staff’s knowledge of what to do and their ability to teach with knowledge. Easy location. Easy to get worked in for testing.

Emma Rodgers Wait time was very minimal. I received three shots that was administered quickly and nearly painlessly. The nurse did a wonderful job. The doctor was compassionate and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend healthcare Express urgent care.

Kathy Moore I did not have to wait very long to see the doctor. She was very thorough (blood work, X-rays etc). After getting the results, she discussed them with me and immediately sent prescriptions to my pharmacy. I would recommend this facility and their level of care to everyone!

Alysha Coddington Went in with a possible broken foot and took my son for what looked like a brown recluse bite or MRSA plus ongoing nausea, stomach pain and vomiting. Other than an x ray that a radiologist wont read for 3 or 4 days, the doctor never touched me to examine me. She did not even ask me to take off my sock to see the foot. I told her ibuprofen, ice and elevation did not help and my pain level was between 7-8. She sent in a prescription for another NSAID, forgot to give me a doctors note she promised me for a day off to rest my foot. Gave me no follow up instructions beyond coming back for an Ortho referral if it wasnt better in 3-5 days. Called back for discharge treatment info and was told she told me way more including to CONTINUE to wrap a foot that was never wrapped by myself or her. She did not tell me anything about putting weight on the foot or anything else for treatment. She ignored my concern about possible ligament damage since SHE did not see a break on the x rays. My son was given antibiotics that are hard on the stomach. She blew off my concerns about MRSA. She never talked to him about his stomach problems and did no exam on him other than glancing at the wound on his arm. She did not advise on treatment when the wound but open and left a large hole in his arm. The staff seemed more concerned about closing early than treating myself or my child Update: An area manager called and apologized. Said hed have a nurse call me to provide me more information. All I got from her was a re-reading of the chart with more useless info than the doctor gave me. A LOT of condescension, and she said a physical exam of stance, flexibility, range of motion or anything would not differentiate between a bruise and a sprain. DO NOT trust them with any type of sports injury. I would like everyone to see the obvious broken bone that this location made me walk out on diagnosed as a contusion

Debbie Heflin I was seen promptly, had a test run and was out in about 20 minutes with a prescription called in to my pharmacy! It’s so convenient having a quality urgent care close to my home.

Ann Cunningham I’ve been to the Marshall location on 3 separate occasions and have always been happy with the care I’ve received. They’ve been thorough in listening to my symptoms, did proper testing, and responded to my concerns. Their treatment rooms, waiting area, and bathrooms, are clean and comfortable. I appreciate the large waiting area to be able to spread out when I feel the need to separate myself from others.

Angela Emeam I was well taken care of from emergency to the 3 day stay the staff was excellent. The only thing that I did have an issue with is that I was never offered a toothbrush or assistance with a sponge bath but other than that I still stick to 5 stars because I received great care from the nurses and the LPN

William Smith I went to the ER on Saturday and, despite my health issue, I had the best experience! Tristen, RN was awesome, as were Dr. Gibson and the whole crew. Knowledgeable, personable, and kind, they made my visit so much better than it might have been. Kudos!

Bobby MY Mom went to the ER for pneumonia and sepsis. She was admitted and spent 3.5 days in the hospital, she saw 2 doctors and they discharged her to the heritage house for rehab. The same day I had to take her to her cardiologist and she said Mom was no way well and should be in the hospital. I cant find anyone else whos been discharged this quick after being diagnosed for pneumonia and sepsis. I have had pneumonia myself more than once and even though I was younger and healthy I spent over a week in the hospital and had plenty of breathing treatments and oxygen. Mom didnt receive but a few treatments and she was told by one pulmonologist she could remove the oxygen when she wants to but then another pulmonologist said that the 1st one didnt know what he was doing lol. I dont understand how an 85 year old woman with COPD, high blood pressure, a pacemaker, diabetes and as many as 11 UTIs this year along with kidney stones, IBS and severe anxiety issues could possibly be discharged in a mere 3.5 days for rehab. This place is an absolute joke.

Kalyn Jackson The nurses were great!! but Dr. Wilson was rude and arrogant, even after I hear the nurse relay the information of me being 14 weeks pregnant to the doctor he gave me medication I should not have while pregnant and then confronted me after saying he is “the ONLY important one to tell” and I should have told him about me being pregnant and to go see my OB as there was nothing they could do for me and walked out after sitting there for 4 hours. I never recommend this place, you will most likely not get the help you need/deserve.

Michael Brown Due to a lack of prior experience with hospitals and a general distrust of medical professionals, I was hesitant to seek care. However, the severity of my pain necessitated immediate attention. Following transport by the Marshall Fire Department, I encountered a less-than-satisfactory experience in the emergency room, marked by a lack of compassion from some staff. While one nurse provided excellent care, subsequent interactions were characterized by inattention and a disregard for my comfort. Despite my polite demeanor, even while in extreme pain, requests for basic assistance, such as using a bedpan, were met with significant delays. After receiving medication that impaired my cognitive function, I was discharged without a definitive diagnosis, despite the later discovery of a serious intestinal issue requiring further medical evaluation. The subsequent billing for this inadequate and insensitive treatment is deeply concerning and frankly, shameful.

Tammy Christian I have never had a positive experience with this place. Especially when it comes to my Parents. The Dr’s don’t care! They have very few good nurses.
