Richard Montoya I brought my son in for a borderline dka, he has type 1 diabetes. The staff and Doctor G treated us with the best care and the most welcoming facility Ive ever been in, we will always remember Muleshoe as one of the most genuine places Ive ever been to.
Thank you guys so much.

Alexxus Gallegos This was by far the worst hospital experience I have ever had, I took my son here because he was running fever and throwing up. When seeing my son they held him down and forced his arms and shoulders to where they needed them and continued to treat my son as if he were not a human. Following that they accused myself and family of awful things and seemed disgusted when finding out I still breastfed my son. The doctor demanded my husband and I to hold our sons arms now then preceded to tell us that as parents we should never do that to our son which left us confused because we were following his orders. My son left the hospital shaking and crying which no 2 year old should have to experience. As a parent I am so upset with this place and would never recommend to any parent.

Faith Hines Went in to the ER and was treated very well by everyone. It was not a busy time, thankfully, & service was as prompt as could be. All the staff were friendly & kind. They were very thorough in trying to diagnose my issue & give me the best care possible. I would have absolutely no problem going again.

Carrie Hall I would never go here for medical care unless you absolutely have to. My sister in law and brother were visiting Muleshoe, when she started bleeding at 13 weeks pregnancy. They were told upon arrival at the ER that they could not serve them, so they needed to go somewhere else. Shortly thereafter, they decided that they could in fact see them. I wish they had left, because what followed next was HORRIBLE. A serious travesty to the medical and emergency medical profession. They were "attended" to by a Dr. Funk. He told my sister in law that she was miscarrying due to her promiscuous lifestyle. My sister in law has been married to my brother for nearly three years now, and isnt now, nor has she ever been, promiscuous. Not to mention it was none of his business, nor was it important to her condition. He also accused her of not even knowing that she was pregnant, and insisted she was just having a period, and most girls know when they are menstruating (paraphrased). When an u/s (and extremely painful one at that) confirmed that her baby no longer had a heartbeat, the Dr. further treated her harshly, saying things like "when you pass the thing . . ." etc. Then, as they were preparing to leave, they were told, "well, we didnt see a heart beat, but that doesnt mean there isnt one. We recommend you get a second opinion" (paraphrased again). Im ASHAMED of the way my sister in law and brother were treated. I am ashamed to live in the same town as this establishment. And you can bet that my sister in law and brother will be following up this horrendous experience in whatever manner they must (legally of course) in order to ensure that other citizens are never treated as rudely and despicably as they were.

Bigbigbelly12 Bigbigbelly12 Worst Hospital service and billing. The Doctors and billing department are beyond horrible at diagnosis for insurance and billing. If you have a medical emergency go to another hospital. They will give you an IV and charge you over $2000 for staying there only a couple of hours and also bill your insurance for over $5000.
