Jordan Hill I had to pay for my vehicle registration, something that could be difficult in many situations. I want you to know the three ladies that were working in the tax office were so helpful and kind. They made this an easy and quick experience. Such a blessing. Y’all have a great week!

Karen Huffman Spent several hours in the ER last night with my DIL. She received great care even though they were short staffed. They quickly got her pain under control. So thankful we have a hospital in Crockett!

Brachelle E I pray that Baylor or some other entity takes over this hospital. Took a loved one with a complex medical history to the ER the first Saturday of November. Symptoms: nosebleed, cough, sore throat, unable to urinate, no appetite, barely drinking, heart rate 86-113 while resting/ normal resting rate 58 and low blood pressure. Ask the nurse/doctor to check for sepsis and a uti. They took urine/blood and took a chest xray. The urine looked darker than tea. I asked them to release all medical records to other specialists who are not in the area. Nurse comes in said it looks like a uti. Hours later doctor comes in and says he sees nothing . Labels it an upper respiratory infection. We requested antibiotics for "upper respiratory infection". He said just keep taking mucinex. Get home 2 days later....no blood test were forwarded to any of the doctors and urine was abnormal...heart rate started jumping to 200. Went to different ER....sepsis/uti. CROCKETT DESERVES BETTER AND HAS HAD BETTER. KNOWLEDGEABLE AND NURTURING NURSES/DOCTORS AND TECHS ARE NEEDED....IF NOT SHUT IT DOWN....YOU ALL ARE PLAYING WITH PEOPLES LIFE!!!!

michele michele worst of the worst! no, just dont do it! had knee surgery here, and the nurse anesthetist i got was a monster. Eddy Milan stinks! came in cockier than cockie. had FILTHY that filthy fingernails. i am not talking a bit of grim underneath, NOPE i am talking caked in black goo all the way under, and the full outline of the nail. was awful, rude, disrespectful, and nasty when i woke up writhing in pain. want even able to open my eyes, and i was in agony. not only did he deny me pain meds, he also berated and argued with mehow he works at all? i dont know. i did contact the head honcho at the hospital, who literally yawned during the message he left me 100% uninterested in all of my issues! this place is so wrong its scary. BTW i woke up so sick the next day i missed my post op appt with my surgeon had a ?cold/flu thing for 10 days! was 100% fine when i walked in the door, as a matter of fact i havent had a cold or the flu in well over 15 to 20 years! who knows maybe dirty Eddy gave me some cooties from those nasty nails. i think he put in a car engine before coming to work to do surgery! the hospital and this nurse anesthetist are way below a 1! dont risk your health and dont risk that nobody will care what happens to you here! NOBODY!

William Clark Had surgery there yesterday (04/01/2024). So this is a breakdown of my visit, surgery, and recovery. Check in was quick and friendly. I was supposed to be there at 8 to complete paperwork. I was at the waiting room for surgery by 8:13. So it was great. Surgery: As I said we were at the waiting room for surgery by 8:13, the nurse/tech was out to get me into prep by 8:20. We had just sat down and didnt even have a chance to warm up the seat before I was already getting ready for surgery. I was taken back and prep was quick, efficient and very professional. I have high blood pressure so the nurse was there the entire time, she was chatting and making me laugh to keep my pressure lower. My wife was allowed to come back to sit with me. She was offered something to drink and was given so tips on keeping me comfortable after the surgery. Kudos to the prep staff!!! 10 out of 10. As I was being prepped Dr Launikitis came in to check on how it was going and to make sure I was comfortable. The entire operating room staff also came out to meet me and check on me. The anastesologist was fantastic as well. As he prepped me he sat down and asked me about issues with going under in the past, verified the medication I am on and gave me a breakdown of everything he was going to do and the meds he was going to use. 10 out of 10 for prep and surgery. Post surgical. Perfect. I was out of surgery and in recovery by 11:00. My wife was brought in to be with me as I woke up. They gave her the breakdown of post surgical procedures and care. They had already called in the pain meds and they were delivered by the pharmacy and were waiting when I was discharged. I was actually able to walk a bit last night and have had very little pain. Did have some nausea but that is due to my issues with medication but did not have the vomiting I have had in the past. I would highly recommend Dr Launikitis over and over again as well as the Crockett Medical Center!

Kimberly Worley Do not take your children here if Monty Lybbert is the doctor in the ER. My 6 year old has an auto immune disease and its affecting her heart, she had very low BP and a very high pulse so I took her here. He was so nasty to me he yelled at me for checking her BP at home and told me "no parent does that, what would make you check a childs blood pressure." he also yelled at me while asking me and I quote "what do you want me to do about it." Several loved ones have had similar experiences with this doctor. Ive tried to call the hospital to file a complaint several times and no one will return my calls. Ill be lodging a complaint with the state medical board against him and this hospital next. He had my 6 year old in tears while he was yelling at me. I went out to the car and cried the whole way home. No parent of a sick child should be treated the way he treated us.
