Jeannie Barnes Horrible experience! I had my nails done and week later they lifted and one completely came off. I glued it back on because I had graduation events to attend and didn’t have time to go back. When I went back I told the nail tech that my nails had lifted and come off a week after. To my surprise she told me that they would do my nails for free and called the owner over. (Note: I was not asking or expecting to get free nails or be compensated just wanted to make them aware) The owner looked up my transaction and returned and rudely shouted at me that it has been two weeks. I attempted to explain that it had been two weeks since I had been in but that it had been a week when my nails began to lift. He kept yelling and interrupting and would not listen. I eventually had to say that I did want ti speak to him or him speak to me. He kept standing there yelling and I asked the tech to ask him to leave. Eventually he waked away. The nail tech was very kind and said she understood what I was saying and that other customers had complained about his behavior as well. I had her finish removing my nails and I left.

Cee Cee I like this place. Its clean and the staff are very professional for the most part. Everyone doesnt do your nails or pedicures the same. My favorite Tech there is David. If I get David I am a happy customer however he is not always available.

Stacie W Ive been coming here for manicures and pedicures years. Service is always fast, a good price, and theyve never cut me with cuticle clippers or burned me with an e-file. I can go 3 weeks between nexgen appointments easily, no lifting. Both of my kids have been as well, they do a great job on them too! All around great experience

Zee Hasan i’ve been getting my nails done from here for about a year, and their amazing. their service is great, and i specifically go to Lori, she’s honestly so sweet, and is so dedicated. she always makes sure that i leave the salon with a smile, and satisfaction! definitely recommend this place! :)

Zaria Howard wax is great here! nails are super thin and never straight, they’ll only last you a normal amount of time if you don’t use your hands too much. i also made an appointment 24 hours in advance and waited an an hour anyway.

Kellie Piazza My mom and I have been to this location several times and were very happy with the service and the staff; however, the last two times were terrible experiences. The staff seem very unhappy and this carries over to the clients and reflects in their work. They do not listen or ask for clarification of what the customer is wanting and then angry when they are told it’s not what you are wanting. Philip was constantly slapping my hands and pulling my arms, complaining that he was in pain with his arthritis. I did let him know I was sorry he was in pain, but wasn’t sure how I could help. I paid $60 for ombré dip (and asked for one red heart - which he didn’t do) and my nails pretty much look like I just have clear on them with maybe a little sparkle in the sunlight - not at all what I asked for. Also to mention, my nails were not trimmed at all and I told him at start that they were too long and wanted to cut down. When he was finished he just walked away and never asked how they were.

Katherine Jones I visited Grandlux this past week for a manicure and pedicure. I was a bit apprehensive after reading some reviews but I had a gift card from a friend so decided to give it a chance. Im so glad I did. I went on a Wednesday around noon. My wait time was under 5 minutes. The lady at the desk helped explain the different services. I went with their top manicure and pedicure package (cant remember the name and it was amazing). The manicure was $40 and pedicure was $60. Khai did my pedicure and Laurie did my manicure. The package I chose included parafin wax, hot rocks massage and even a neck massage. It was so relaxing and the nail tech did a great job. The gel color I chose wasnt showing up as much as the sample and Lauri suggested using a different color as a base so my chosen color would show up better. She took her time to start over with the gel colors without me having to ask. I dont get my nails done often but I will definitely come back next time.

Tatiana Robinson I literally got my nails done here on Monday (9/19)… it is now Friday (9/23) and basically all of my nails are lifting. I’ve already had to glue down three nails because they were on the brink of coming off. I called them and asked if i could come up there and show them and get a refund and they told me no. A nail salon is solely based on customer satisfaction and they want to act entitled to my money. I MEAN LOOK AT MY NAILS FOR GOD’S SAKE, THEY ARE A MESS. I would give this place zero stars but the lady that did my nails was actually nice so I give yall a ONE

Debbie Cordischi I have gone to Bliss for over 10 years. The owners are always on top of making sure I have the best experience. I have my new two favorite nail techs who do an amazing job! These are my real nails after years with dip on top! I might also be slightly addicted to the chrome finish on my toes. Love it!

Shelby Robb I will never go back to this nail salon. This is 5 days after I got my nails done and the top coat is peeling off. Not to mention they are out of their minds on price. My daughter whose is 7 got her nails painted with gel polish and they charged me $40 damn near what I paid for my dip nails and to add to that I asked for a maroon chrome and ending up with a black chrome. DO NOT GO HERE

Jess Ermer This nail salon has been my favorite for years. They can always fit me in, even short notice. The staff is super nice and can do pretty much anything you ask. I’ve been getting Gel X for a while and it lasts a month or even longer. Highly recommend!!

Tiffany Mason Tracy gives the BEST pedicures! I’m in my 40’s and have been getting pedicures since I was a teenager. I’ve been coming here for years and have never found another gem like her! She’s the sweetest woman ever and does a very thorough job. She really cares! ♥️ And Tammy tried something new on my nails today!!! Looks sooo beautiful! Gen X!!! Loving this new product so far! haylie eluebo I came in very happy because my friend had great things to say about this. The woman I work with was kind of really rude and snarky towards me and the design of the nail really much my inspo photo and I asked for a Cateye and it really did not succeed my expectations, especially with a harsh line which I did not ask, for. I also asked for dipping powder and she decided to do gel, even though I specifically asked for it.

Betsy Stephenson I went to this Nail salon as a surprise and I would like to say I wasnt pleased the nail technician I had she was very rough and while she was cliping my skin off my cuticle they started bleeding which usually never happens, and worst part the girl didnt care she kept going hard and rough. The whole thing seemed rushed I dont recommend you try the Cowboys Nail Bar. The gel Nail color had been left all over my finger tips, and the technicians were very rude.

Lacee Noel 10/10 recommend! Stopped by last minute for a full set. My nail tech was super sweet and made sure everything was perfect each step. Super convenient that they are open until 10 on the weekends!
