Alexis Flores Today was my first time going here . My daughter and I got full sets and the tech that did them is Vivian she did an amazing job and we are so pleased . Vivian not only did great with our nails , she talked to us the whole time and made us feel comfortable. Highly recommend

Blanca Machuca Stay far away from this so called nail salon. This was my first time there and never again. I asked for shellac and she gave me dipped nails. I picked out a pastel pink and she said this one was better. She cut me 4 times and I was there almost 2 hrs just for my nails to come out like chicklet gums taped to my fingers. I complained and said I did not like them and the other nail technician wanted to fix them or have me come back. I declined both and asked for a discount she told me the total was going to be $30 but charged my card $42. Please don’t waist your time and money there.

Jada Rayy This was my second time going to Baytown Nails & Spa last week and I asked for David after reading through the reviews & he did EXACTLY what I wanted!! David not only did my nails exactly how I wanted but he took his time on each nail! Definitely will be seeing him again !! The place was really clean, friendly staff & they even gave me a complimentary snack & water ! 10/10

Victoria Guerra It had been a while since I was last here and have had better experiences before today. I went in to get a pedicure but was not comfortable with finishing with my service. When the lady went to remove the gel polish from my nails the sanding band was frayed and falling apart and all she did was flip it to the other side which pretty much looked the same. I should have said something and left right then but did not :(. I then got a couple of cuts on some of my toes then I finally decided to tell her I had to go. She offered to have me pay the full service and come back at a later time which I did not want to do. She proceded to charge me $34. I asked her multiple times if that was the correct price ( I had asked for their classic pedicure which was $29 including polish which I did not get) and reminding her that I did not get the full service. The owner Vivian was at the front and did not intervine. I paid the $34 but will not be going back.

Liz Marchlewicz After Beryl and everyone without power the salon kept updates on their situation for the customers. That adds a personal touch which I appreciate from local businesses. I was able to get an appointment and Ms Wendy did an outstanding job with my nails and Henry with my pedicure (hot stone)

Angelica Came here bc of the great reviews and left happy with my nails. I got Mr. Nguyen he’s a funny guy and was accommodating to my requests. When you come in you have to check in using the kiosk, pick your color and then wait for your turn.

Lioness Promotions I always feel welcomed here. ERIC is my nail tech and has been for the last 4 years I dont let anyone else do my nails. My nails are always picture perfect.

Tracy Gonzalez Got my nails done TODAY and look at this amateur job. I could’ve done this at home with my gel set. My pedicure was good but DO not go here for shellac nails. Expensive for sloppy work.

Makayla Rash I’ve been here a few times and never had any problems but this last time I went (Friday, June 23rd) I got a full set of acrylics my nail tech was very nice. Although she did seem to be having trouble getting the fake nails to glue down and had to get a different type. And still was having trouble. My nails came out cute even though they weren’t exactly what I wanted nonetheless almost identical. Which wasn’t the problem. The problem is that after only 3 days they’ve started to lift. This has never happened before and i believe it has something to do with her prep and applying. I paid somewhat around $65 i didn’t expect them to only last around 3 days before lifting. Update: Davis was very kind and completely redid my nails, free of charge. He did a wonderful job. I appreciate him taking the time to fix them.

Maricruz Blanco I’ll never comeback they charge for the remove but the lady hurt my nail she cut it and 2 ladys do my nails too expensive for a short nails bad service $72 and left a piece of red acrylic nail inside

Carolyn Fish So my 1st time in this salon, and definitely my last time in it. I went in and the lady that greeted me was very friendly and said they could do what I wanted which is the 1st picture. She walked me back and had me sit down to start working on my feet, clearly before work ever began her and another lady who was working on someone else started arguing about what I wanted, I should have left then, but I didnt. The lady working on my feet refused to cut my toenails down, my right big toenail grows faster than my other toenails for whatever reason and weird, I told the lady that I wanted it cut down and why, again argued and refused to do what I asked. So another lady is working on my fingernails never asked what shape or length I wanted, she put tips on my nails cut then with scissors any old way never filed or shaped them, she then polished them, cured them under the little light they use, Im thinking shes gonna file and shape them now Nope she gets up and walks off, and never returned, the lady working on my feet didnt no how to do french tip design she had the lady who greeted me do that. You no the old saying if it at broke dont try to fix, stick with what you no, in the last 2 days that has been so very true for me. Next time I will stick with the salon I normally go to. Ive never ever walked out with out tipping before even with bad service and not liking my nails, this time I did first time ever. For a number of reasons Bad customer service, extremely bad work, just rude and over paid and I went to get my nails done for a wedding tomorrow. Lesson learned never ever again will I go to this place!!!!!!!!! Yes I should have said something and I didnt because I can only imagine how that would have went.

Yasmine Myers I definitely recommend Cindy for your pedicures! She gave the best massage and cleaned my cuticles so well. She made sure I was comfortable and did an amazing job. One of the best pedicures I’ve had! Everyone here is really nice as well!

Jennifer Troxclair Hands down the best pedicure I have had in my life. Bi took his time, constantly checked on me and did an amazing job. We moved to Baytown over a year ago and we were looking for a spot for us to come to regularly and we finally found it. Super friendly and good prices. We highly recommend.

Lizbeth Do not recommend this place at all! My mom got a pedicure here yesterday and the lady cut her toe really bad. We have been treating it but it is now swollen and very painful. The lady didn’t speak English and didn’t understand my mom didn’t want to continue with the service. She was charged full price, no refund or apology. Will not be coming here again.

Alice Jenkins I love this place! We went on a Sunday git seated immediately. The first I noticed was how very clean it was. We were seated in the wonderful massage chairs. Miss Kim took excellent care of me. It was a very fun relaxing day and I cant wait to go back!

Andrade Yesenia (Torres) I had a manicure and a pedicure done. Pedicure was acceptable, unfortunately I cannot say the same for the manicure. Apparently they are not good on working on natural short nails. Even after they "fixed" it a couple of times, at the end it still came out bad.

Naresa Wahid I recently visited Posh Nails & Spa, and overall, I had a great experience! The salon was clean, well-organized, and had a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming, I got a gel-x with a custom design, and April did an amazing job! She paid close attention to detail, ensuring the shape and design were exactly how I wanted. The polish was applied smoothly and evenly, and the final look was amazing !

Myra Broyles I will go NOWHERE else! April is the best! She is so sweet and she can do whatever you want. And Van gives the BEST pedicures. It is always a very relaxing experience!

MayCar Worst nails I have ever had!! Crooked, flat and wrong color! I’m tired of spending my hard earned money on sloppy unskilled so called nail techs !! I will never go back!

Noemie Gonzalez I asked for gel on my toes . It’s barely been 3 days and my polish is chipped and she did a terrible job polishing regardless it looks all lumpy. I paid $70+ for a terrible polish. The pedicure was great no complains but the polish is horrible and she didn’t even file my nails I had to do it myself after.
