Alyssa Robinson They were so rude to my sister and I . Had it not been for the gift certificates we received for Christmas we would have never gone there . My sister wanted a blue dip powder on fake nails , they said they can’t do that on fake nails . (She has previously had dip powder on fake nails many times) . They were just too lazy to do it . And after settling on a shellac color they said they couldn’t give her a refill after they told her they could just take off the previous color , refill, and start the shellac . They started taking off her color and decided the color was too thick . And they couldn’t give her what she wanted. They ruined her nails that she had and just painted over them with a clear coat after me telling them we were leaving . And I paid $45 for one layer of dip powder on my real nail & they look terrible. RUDE employees, terrible selection . Will never be back .

C A This place use to be great, now you walk in the door and you can feel the unwanted vibe They never have time to do your nails either! Rude attitudes as well

Amy J. Weedon I went in for last-minute fills. Horrible customer service. The manicurist who did my nails didnt understand anything I said, much less speak anything that I understood. She got acrylic all over my cuticles, and that causes nails to lift as they grow. .. ... There are NO manicurist licenses displayed anywhere that I could visibly see. Their clientele must not be very picky or very observant. Or simply just dont care as long as the service is provided. La Grange doesnt have enough nail salons to choose from. I wont be back.

Sherry Smith Walked in, was addressed in an extremely rude manner!!!!! Never have I ever felt so (slapped in the face) I can absolutely say I will NEVER return. I used to like them.

Andi Lee Mrs. Lee did my pedicure and it was amazing and so relaxing! Lam did my manicure, and she was so sweet and so good as well! However, the owner, who was a male, was rude, disrespectful, and very unprofessional! He was yelling at his employees while they were working on my friends nails. It was very distracting for everyone in the shop. It makes me question whether I will be a repeat customer. Because if he was not in the shop, I would definitely go back. He maybe the very reason I don’t return.

Lynzee Kirschner I had an absolutely horrible experience today! I went to get gel on my nails that’s all! Well the man who did my nails was incredibly rough, he let my nails soak for too long and filed them too long making them very thin causing them to hurt and burn and the undersides of my fingers peeling. Then proceeded to do acrylic on them which I don’t like and am sensitive to causing more burning. Then when he did the gel for the color he left them uneven and poorly coated. Highly disappointed.

Lisa Kirtley Lee & the team at Reptips are awesome! Ive been coming here for years and I always get the best service. The Salon is clean & beautiful, and they use only the best quality products. My nails and toes stay gorgeous for weeks!

Tatum Mabile Would not return. Pedicure was good but manicure was painful. First they will try and pry your previous manicure off unless you tell them not to. Then they will start sanding it off which is good but they don’t know when to stop so you have to tell them it hurts or they will basically shave your whole nail off. Then they start shaving your cuticles off and also don’t know when to stop doing this. I have some that are bleeding. Also tried sanding under my nail bed which was borderline mutilation.

Beth Gamble The salon is beautiful and clean, the staff was very friendly and kind, and they gave us a wonderful pedicure! It was a fabulous experience, from the great service, the comfortable massage chairs, the pleasant atmosphere to the lovely Vietnamese coffee they served! This is definitely our new mail go to spot!
