Jennifer Jackson Mcraven I visited the ER again recently with my Grandson. Doctor Bales and his nurse Jessica got him fixed up. Doctor Bales is easy to talk to and always answers all my crazy questions. Mikaila that handled our paperwork was super cool with my 4 year old Grandson, she made him feel comfortable. The young lady at the check out window was courteous as well. Its nice that Joyce always calls the next day to check on the patient. I will say MOST everyone up there is super nice.

Chrystine Davis First time coming here and they saw me fast and got me out feeling better. I don’t normally go to doctors but I’d def recommend to anyone. I had nurse Emmanuel and Dr Kim. Absolutely amazing.

Heather Christie Dr. Taroyan and Nurse Lisa were great. We came in because my son is ill, they listened to all my concerns in detail and were very thorough with their explanations. Would definitely revisit if theyre who we see.

Kristi Abshier I took my mom to LibertyDayton Regional Medical Center ER and had the best experience after she had fallen at home and broken her wrist. Dr. Brown, nurses, Brandi and Brooke, were pro-active and took amazing care with my mom. Their bedside manner was amazing and they had her out of there with very minimal wait time. Big thanks to them for their amazing and genuine care.

Shyrra Balderaz I took my son to the ER today. The ER was busy but they got us in pretty quick for how busy they were. I have bought my son here many time and by far in my opinion DR. Taroyan is the best. Also Brook his nurse was very friendly and great. Just want to say Thank you to both of them.

Ronald Jennings What this hospital lacks in new fancy technology the staff makes up for! Especially the nurses. KJ and Carly treated me as if I was a family member. I wish I could remember the others names Who deserves recognition. The doctor I seen too. Just days before I had went to Hermann Memorial and they treated me like crap. Told me nothing was wrong with me. Im assuming because I had no insurance. 2 days later I walk in liberty emergency room and they Instantly started working on me. I stayed at the hospital for 3 days. Everyone I came across treated me excellent. Like I was a family member they were caring for! I did have an issue with the head day shift Nurse practitioner. She wasnt very kind and lacked Bedside manners and she would not Take in consideration what three of her nurses were recommending. But that doesnt change the fact I had the best care Ive ever had at a hospital. One bad apple cant mess it up for the rest of the staff. I wish this hospital had the funds to update their facility. They deserve it. That to the side its still a great hospital with intelligent, caring staff. From the Receptionist, Nurses, doctors, to Food Services. Thank you all so very much!

Ramona Fay I would say this place is a complete joke but it’s actually not funny at all. I went here because I was having extreme pain in my left arm, shoulder and chest. They did an EKG and gave me some mild pain meds. I waited and waited for blood work. I asked for more pain meds. The nurse rolled her eyes and said she would see…about 10 minutes later they offered Benadryl…what?!? I couldn’t take the pain any longer and left. I went to Methodist Baytown, immediately following an EKG and within 20 minutes of arriving I was brought in for surgery. I was actively having a heart attack. I literally could have died in the hands of the liberty ER hospital staff. It’s scary thinking back on it now. I can’t help but think that this is where the doctors and nurses that barely passed and graduated at the bottom of their, class go to practice. They are incompetent and uncaring. PLEASE, stay away for your own well being.

Elizabeth Went in for shoulder pain the nurses were great, Dr. Little slow but I was out with in four hours X rays showed bursitis ad tendinitis f my shoulder. Recd three shots and prescription.

Andrea Batts The office in Liberty, TX is wonderful! I have only been there once and Samantha has helped me more in that 1 time than any other doctors have after years of pointless conversations. Nice receptionist, very helpful staff. I love that I can get any labs done right there in office. 10 out of 10

Clara Hulsey Dr. Samantha S is amazing and has helped me so much mentally and physically wait times nonexistent and staff goes above and beyond! Highly recommend!

Lorena Mata Every time we call to schedule for my elderly parents in Liberty they seem to have none available until a week later or Monday. So I asked to to be transferred to Cleveland so I can schedule at their located the receptionist was amazing and she told me looks like yall are liberty patients they have an opening at 11:15 so she scheduled it. Well not even 20 min later liberty office calls without any explanation tells my mom she has to move her until 3pm. I’ve complained about liberty and nothing has been done. Especially if that red head receptionist is there she always gives Hispanics a hard time and they never want to book a patient. I know she has done this to me several times and “they talk to her but she’s still there” they must not care about their patients. Avoid Liberty HCSET if you can! Go to Cleveland or Shepherd.

Tamra Crow The reviews we saw made us apprehensive. The clinic was awesome. So polite, we had an appointment for 1:15, we were called in at 1:15. The nurses and administrative staff were super helpful, the doctor was straightforward and polite. It was a great experience for my fiance, who’s terrified of going to the doctor. They went above and beyond, and I’ve been to a lot of clinics in different states. I will definitely be going there for myself. I was so happy with them, I signed up before I left….

Dana Armstrong I have no idea of why so many low reviews. Because I can honestly say this clinic went above and beyond to find out what was wrong with me. after I had been very ill for years and to countless doctors I switched to this clinic . They literally saved my life 2 years ago. I’m forever grateful for that.

Deanna Beltran Brought my son in with kidney stones and the admitting woman was the most rude inconsiderate person ever. I wouldn’t bring anyone sick to be treated like she treated us.

Celia Smith Slow has a new meaning. Every time I think its improving, it turns into a joke.
