Laura Martinez Came in last week cause I felt super sick and had the most horrible experience here. The doctor who saw me pretty much shamed me for coming in due to how I was feeling and asked me what I wanted her to do for me? She asked me what I thought would help me feel better and which tests I wanted administered so that I could feel better. I really felt so bad going in, I felt really dizzy and nauseous which felt something like food poisoning and is why I went in to make sure, since it was in the later hours. The nurse came in and was very kind, I told her I was going to just leave the er and go home since the doctor pretty much made me feel even worse , instead of helping me. After that the doctor decided to do some labs in which in fact showed I was low on several of them and needed medical attention. I really did feel sick and the labs 100% proved that. I have never ever felt so bad and shamed the way this female doctor made me feel, and will not return here ever again. Where was the compassion and care and oath they took to help a patient in a time of illness? This was wrong in so many ways! I was so disappointed, had the nurse not shown compassion, I would of walked out of the visit. I am grateful to the nurse who actually showed compassion, when the doctor did not. I hope something is done about the service and care here , because it was a really bad experience, and I just hope that nobody else has to endure this type of treatment. Absolutely do not recommend!

Sue Willmott Waked right in and spoke to nurse who then translated information to doctor. All the registration process was done quickly and online. Was in and out within an hour. They did a few tests and X-ray. Still not feeling well but hopefully will be on the mend soon. All the nurses and doctor were excellent. When I registered I was told not to worry as they would bill insurance. Well I keep getting bills and calls about X-ray charges So I reached out over a month later and the hospital haven’t even sent the bill to insurance yet.

Carol Hagemann 1 star is generous. Worse lack of care ever received by me. Brought into ambulance bay and greeted by a man who didnt identify himself told me to point with 1 finger where pain was I indicated area with whole hand and was reprimanded then he bent down and stared at my lap. I asked what he was doing and he was checking out brand of purse I was carrying. Went to CT which I was well attended. I was still in terrible abdominal pain. Left lying in curtained off area writhing in pain. Finally given morphine and ignored. Someone at desk noticed my pain and brought 2nd dose of morphine still little no relief. Gave urine sample and held container for maybe 20 minutes with nowhere to set it down. Desk person noticed I was falling asleep holding sample. Collected sample joking that he had been watching me and thought I was going to drop it. Finally brought me a chalky white substance to drink never telling me what it was. Eased the pain slightly. Then came with discharge papers and sent me home. I ended up in Mission hospital the next evening with a GI bleed. Total lack of compassion or concern by your staff. No one identified who they were or what they were about to do.

Carlos De La Garza I went in with abdominal pain and was attended to promptly. Dr. Pesch and staff were awesome. Tests were done quickly and results were in fast. I wound up with appendicitis and was sent to hospital. The transfer was prompt and I had a room ready for me at Regional Hospital.
