Rebecca Kelley Dr. Papillion and Dr. Burson have been wonderful!! They truly listen to our needs and are open minded to new ideas. All of the staff are kind, patient and helpful. We love this clinic for our entire family!

M B Very incompetent! Their only ECG machine wasnt working when I thought my husband was having a heart attack. And they gave my 15 mth old granddaughter a steroid shot for her flu symptoms! Shes very sick now!!

Megan Kennison I had to go to this ER today for a migraine headache. Although they were completely full when I arrived, I waited no more than three minutes in the lobby. I am deathly afraid of needles and they worked with me. I can’t even tell where they poked me with the IV. They were completely patient with my anxiety. They walked me through step by step and never got frustrated with me. They even had me laughing when they took the IV tape off my arm. Migraine headaches are a process and take time to get completely rid of, and I understand that. I will go here again in the future if I ever need anything that is emergent. 5 stars is not enough. Shout out to the two nurses and Dr. who worked from 10Am to 2:30pm on 12/29/24! Y’all are amazing!!! UPDATE: I had the IV yesterday morning. Y’all want to see FLAWLESS-after results of having an IV at Concho Valley ER? Picture is attached. They didn’t blow out the vein, you can barely even tell I had an IV at all.

Karen Hollander Had to take the hubs in last night for a knee injury. And I’ll tell ya- Dr Speck is a God send!! He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and had a great sense humor. He made the whole visit a great and easy experience. Dr Speck drained the fluid in my hubby’s knee and then administered a steroid shot, giving him instant relief. We’ve been fighting with Shannon for several days, and concho valley er was the solution. Thank you Dr. Speck and team!

Brittany Beattie We are always beyond pleased with our experience at Concho Valley ER. We have had two unfortunate accidents within the past year that have left us needing to visit an ER with our 2 year old. Both times, we were in and out in less than an hour (X-rays, stitches, and other testing included) with exceptional care given to our toddler. So friendly, so professional, so thorough. Time is invaluable when you have a little one in pain and that’s the main reason Concho Valley ER will always be our first choice.

Kristen Owen We took our son this evening with bad abdominal pain. Every person we encountered was polite and professional. Luckily everything checked out and he was feeling much better. I’ve always heard great things about this ER but had not been and am glad we went!

John Pierce Dr Burkes is totally amazing. She is the kindest and sweetest person you will ever meet. She never rushes you. She is one of the smartest and most knowledgeable doctors I have ever been to. I feel so blessed to have her as my primary care doctor. God Bless this amazing woman. John Pierce

Debbie Miller I had a large kidney stone. They were going to do the Shockwave procedure . The medical team at Shannon are exceptional they do everything they can to make you comfortable and take care of you. They made sure to explain everything to me before they did it. I would highly recommend Shannon Hospital and Dr Bradley and his Urology team. They are excellent!

Terre Reed This was my first appointment at Shannon. The registration staff was very nice and helpful. The doctor’s receptionist was the same. The doctor’s nurse was very knowledgeable as well as very personable. Even better, Dr. Dominguez was one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen, and I am 75 years old. He was very nice, listened carefully, answered my questions, gave brilliant explanations with diagrams, and overall was one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. I would highly recommend Shannon and Dr. Dominguez.

O NJ “NancyO” Relieved to be able to get in right away and have excellent care from nurse Kayla and Dr Strayer who were both empathetic and gentle and competent, making sure that I was comfortable, and had me on my way within a short amount of time. Professional care but not too detached. Kayla was the definition of a nurse. I come from a family of nurses and nursing literally means caring for someone. I felt cared for and taken care of. The person who had to take care of the bill part had everything correct and was also competent and gentle and kind. No loud yelling voices no harshness. I was not feeling well before I got injured, and was not looking forward to an ER visit but it was just about the best ER visit ever! Highly recommend this group there was not a lot of commotion and kept anxiety levels to a minimum.

Kimberly Best This is my second hospital experience with Shannon. I could not be more cared for anywhere. They have been wonderful from beginning to end in all departments! They treat you as a person and care. It is shown in every area and aspect of any kind of ordinary issue or hospital issue. It doesnt get better than this. Exceeds in all things! From taking my young daughter when she broke her arm, or when she had a bad case of the flu, or when my husband’s blood pressure was extremely low due to several medical conditions we later found out about, or when my uncle had cut himself badly when working with some power tools, or when I couldn’t figure out why I was having such horrible pain in my abdomen they were able to pinpoint that I had a cyst and referred me to a doctor. Friendly and efficient are just a few words of many I could use to describe the folks who work at this hospital. The doctors along with the nurses have always taken the time to address all my questions and concerns, giving me great confidence in their abilities as well as their knowledge. The staff is attentive and helpful. I leave there feeling good about the services we received. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering dedication and compassion. James Rannefeld I went to the ER recently with concerns about an issue and was promptly treated with great care and professionalism. The ER nurses and PA performed a thorough evaluation to assess my condition and I left reassured that the recommended plan of action was absolutely what I needed. Thank you for all that you do.

Kathleen Kujawa Soon as we walked in we felt unwelcomed. Just the expressions on the ladies faces was so uninviting!. We were asked why we didnt go to the "clinic" .. when I explained Im from out of state, I was given a rude look and told to go down the hall. The second woman was just as unwelcoming and rude ... Not even letting me finish my sentence. When we got to our room we had a different nurse, a male, who was just the opposite! He told us it was alright to be here ... And continued to act in a professional and friendly way

L Stuart I’m pretty sure they botched my surgery. I still don’t know if I needed surgery in the first place. The surgery I had should have been routine. I had to go back in about 3 or 4 days later for an emergency surgery. One of the original surgeons never introduced himself to me and I was encouraged to not keep my follow up appointment with him since I was now under the care of the surgeon who fixed me. It’s been 2 years now and I still cant help but think I was lied to.

Sheri Stiles 90% of anyone working at this place can not perform the task. Whether it be make an appointment, get a medical boot, get a referral, figure out what is wrong, or remote items from a surgery from your body. This list could go on. Do the proper blood work after pneumonia! I could add some initials behind my name and do better than most at this facility. Patients are just a number here. Run!!! Drive miles away to get care.

Mrs. S It depends on who gets assigned to you. My mom has been in icu twice here. The first time was gut wrenching. The charge nurse in icu was a spawn of Satan, and her little crew thought they were in high school, making fun of a patient that was on her death bed. 2nd time in icu my mom got a different set of nurses. One was very caring, the other two act likethey hate their job. So yeah, pray to to God you or your family never ends up in the hands of the icu staff

Douglas Fortenberry Nurses that retaliate against patients, doctors, who don’t know what quality bedside manner is, and the folks that do the testing or the phlebotomist, or the mini people that come in your room every 30 minutes without any thought to your needs, but only to the thought of their needs… SMH
