Jessica Davis I went in, showed a picture, got seated, got the base layer done but when it came to the deep French paint it looked awful, so I just had to have it to be taken off and left with plan skin colored nails. He never hinted what so ever that he couldn’t do it when I showed the picture. Won’t be going back. Also had to pay the original price I was quoted even though I didn’t get the French. They’re two star nails at best anyway.

Robyn Robinson Pedicure was great. Nails look awful! I asked for tips on 3 nails. Cut them all and put tips on all. Glue everywhere. I could tell this wasn’t going to go well. Nails are crooked. Some are thicker than my actual nail. The lady rushed and honestly didn’t care about the job she was doing. Very disappointed. Will not go back.

Maddie Smith I came in with a picture of nails that Kevin had previously done and he was able to do mine exactly like them. He paid attention to detail and sent me out of the shop with beautiful nails. I will definitely be going back!

Paige Just got my nails dipped here, and the nail technician I had rushed through it and did a horrendous job. I was appalled by just how horrible my nails looked. I’m hoping it was just the person. My sister had a different nail technician who took her time (over 30 minutes longer than the amount of time my nail technician spent on my nails), and my sister’s dipped nails look AMAZING. Worst dipped nail experience I’ve ever had.

Emma Williams I went a got my nail’s done and then had a bad fall and barely chipped one but wanted them redone, went and they got me in and out very quickly and did an AMAZING JOB on my nails! Definitely the best place around to get your nails done at. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else this is the BEST PLACE TO GO!

sofia thecool Brought in a design and asked if could be done before I sat down. I didnt get what I asked for, she did her own thing. Shes rough on the filing, left them too thin that one broke on day 2! Would not recommend.

Meagan Hubbard Horrible! My nails are so damaged! My fingers are raw and sore. I left before my nails were even done, because I couldn’t take the pain anymore. She just kept butchering me! Blood everywhere! Not to mention, it looks like I have speed bumps in my nails now. She offered to soak my raw and bloody finger tips in acetone to remove them, and naturally I declined such a barbaric torture treatment. I will NEVER return. I hate it because I love to shop local.

Webster Kids Literally the worst dip powder experience of my life. The tech had the powder all over my finger, making my nail beds look ridiculous. I tried to explain what was wrong with them and they just “didn’t get it”. I refused to pay, so the woman in charge chopped each nail off, not that that really made it worse than it already was. Pedicure was fine. Nothing special but didn’t hurt and cost me $50. They charge $20 for gel. So ridiculous. If I could give zero stars, I would. Don’t go unless you fancy looking like this.

Tiffany Pharr I haven’t been able to find a good nail spot here in Bonham so my mother in law and I decided to come here to VIP Nails and I can say I am disappointed in their work. There was a huge rush so I could tell that the guy was rushing through to quickly get my nails done. The next day I was looking at my nails more closely and noticed that each nail was cracking and I did get my nails dipped.

Amanda Hibbler I’m so upset with the way my nails turned out! The shape is horrible and the dip is literally on the side of my fingers with bumps and very uneven from the bottom of the nail to the top! I’ve gone here before and the turn out has been decent but tonight was awful! This is such bad business and as far as I’m concerned I will not ever return! The ONLY reason why I went here was because my nail tech at VIP 2 is on vacation! I’ve now realized why I don’t go to anyone else! Shame on y’all VIP we work so hard for our money to get this type of service! Y’all definitely need to get some new techs!
