Lilibeth López I’m not quite sure how to respond, but I will edit my review to address your concerns. The issue isn’t about the cost of your services—I run a nail shop myself, so I’m well aware of the pricing. I NEVER complained about the price.
The real problem is that I don’t feel your nail technicians are listening to what the customer wants. My technician kept insisting on a refill for the next appointment, despite me asking for it upfront.
Let me be clear—money was never the issue. However, how you treat your clients reflects greatly on the business. I paid for shorter nails, but they aren’t even. From the beginning, I requested a refill, but she repeatedly said, “You can do it next time.” As a customer, I expected to leave with my nails the way I wanted.
Additionally, a nail fell off before a week had even passed, which is why I visited in the first place.
If I had known it would turn out this way, I would’ve done my nails myself.

Cessna Young I wanted to love my nails but the closer I look at them they are just okay. There are a lot of bumps in the chrome across my nails and residue around my nail beds. I was told it would wash off when I washed my hands but it just left them looking messy. They are just overall bumpy and not smooth at all. However, on a good note, my pedicure was awesome. The male technician was very nice and did a a good job. Overall, I might give this salon another chance but NOT with chrome.
Update: After leaving my review yesterday, I immediately got a call from Mia and asked to come back so she could redo my nails. She was so sweet during my appointment, making sure to ask if I liked them every step. No more bumps or residue. There were a few nails that were being difficult but she continued to fix them until they were perfect. I appreciate the commitment to customer satisfaction and happiness. I understand that sometimes nail salons are very busy and they have to rush to get to the next customer but I did not feelI like this with Mia today! Iwill be coming back to see Mia and her husband soon! Thank you!

Justine Y The first time I came here, I had a great experience—the gentleman who helped me was fantastic. However, this time was completely different. The woman who assisted me was rude, inattentive, and made the experience uncomfortable. I had already mentioned that I had a sore toe, yet she still managed to cut it. I also pointed to the color I wanted for my gel pedicure, but she ignored it. While I admit I initially said the wrong color number, her response was unnecessarily rude.
Her cold demeanor, lack of attention to detail, and the fact that she injured my toe make me hesitant to return. That said, the other staff members seemed friendly, and the other customers appeared happy. It really seems to depend on who you get. If you do visit, I’d recommend avoiding the woman wearing the Gucci face mask.

Brittany Ridgard I started coming here several month ago after going to another place and left so many times not happy. Let me tell you I am so happy I did. I have always left so happy. Linh does my nails each time and does an amazing job and is very patient when I am indecisive on what I want, the last 2 time I went there I have picked the color and have let her do a design of her choice and have always loved them! She has gotten down how exactly I like my nails from the length to the shape so I do not have to tell her, she always makes me feel so comfortable. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I do not have a single negative thing to say. Thank you for everything! You have a customer for life!
