Bebe N 0 out of 10 … So I visited this nail salon in previous years and wasn’t that impressed with the customer service or the pricing so I eventually stopped going. But recently returned to get a full set. I went last month and was very disappointed the nail techs attitude. The people sitting next to me were even in shock. Needless to say I asked her to carry on with her day and let somebody else do my nails. She had already started to do my nails wrong so I ended with something I had no intentions of having. Fast forward to last night… I had points collected from the previous visits so I said I would give them one more chance and also use the reward I earned. I think I should have let them have that reward and followed my first mind. Last night was yet again horrible.. I am more so in disbelief at the way these people talk to customers.. It’s very sad. Also, they like a lot if nail salons are con artist. Jayden decided to call my square nails SKINNY square and charge me for the shape .. lol I ASKED FOR SQUARE NAILS. He VERY rudely told me I changed my mind 4 times and he didn’t like my nails because he had to use the powder color I wanted and it wasn’t his powder. He didn’t clean the acrylic off my skin at all after finishing my nails. All my nails are shaped differently and not the same length. I hope anybody who plans to come here rethinks it. And I hope nobody is accepting this service and continuing to patronize them. T

Peyton Roumo very kind everyone was very sweet. I didn’t get the gentleman‘s name, but he did a really good job on my square nails. He was very patient with me and overall theexperience was amazing.

Shanika Glover After being told that almond, oval, and something called “skinny square” shaped nails would be $5 extra per nail… I decided to keep things basic and go with simple square. That was even too difficult as the nail tech did not seem to want to file the front of the nail at all after cutting them with a u shaped nail cutter. After asking twice if she could file the edge to get rid of the U shape, this was this end result which still racked up a $50+ bill. How???? Went home and spent another hour correcting. What a waste.

Jaylyn Holmes honestly I’m very picky about my nails so this is my fault for getting my nails done here instead of my nail tech who normally does my nails but i wouldn’t get my nails done here again. Normally, i only come for my toes which I’ll continue to still do that but for sure, recommend not getting your nails done here and also they are pricey & the work isn’t matching the price i paid for them (in my opinion)

First time getting the GelX nails and I loved them. Nail tech was Bree and she made me feel as if it wasn’t my first time there. Loved it, love my nails and will definitely be going back.

Anna Walper If you’re looking for a top tier place, this is IT! I called the day before and were able to make an appointment for the following day. Everyone was friendly from the first phone call to leaving! The treated us amazing, from making sure our pedi water was the perfect temp, to making sure we had water! Luisana Espinoza Very welcoming along with excellent customer service. I had great atmosphere to relax, while I got my manicure and pedicure along with nail art. Everything is sanitized and venue is very clean. Esthetician was very professional and attentive, and even offered me a water. You also have a choice to select what type of massage you get. I highly recommend The Nail Salon at Uptown. I will definitely return for more services.

Michelle Deleon Great atmosphere I got my coffin shaped nails with a French design. Bryanna did an amazing job with my nails and also did my mothers and sisters with art design. Not only do my nails last 3+ weeks but during my service she is very quick and efficient! I highly recommend.

Danielle Robinson I went here yesterday to get a pedicure and full set of acrylic nails as my boyfriend and I are celebrating our one year anniversary this week, and I absolutely love how they turned out! Michael did both my pedicure and the full set, and he did an excellent job recreating the design pic I showed him (first pic is how the full set turned out, second is the pic I showed him). This was the second time I went to this salon, but I didnt catch the name of the woman who did my full set a month ago (I dont have a picture of how they looked, sadly), and I loved how my full set looked from her, too! The salon looks really nice on the inside, nicer than any salon Ive been to previously! They pride themselves on high cleanliness standards, which is definitely a plus for holding themselves to a higher standard than is legally required of nail salons. This salon has definitely become my go-to for nail services! They also offer waxing and eyelash services, too!

Linh Nguyen My mom and I went to Relaxing Nail Bar today. And we loved our first time experience. Kelly and Hana were very professional. The salon was decorated beautiful and very clean. So glad I came. Kelly and Hana were really sweet, gentle, and had great attention to detail. Highly recommend Hana and Kelly! We will be going back.

Justice Gasiorowski Very kind, professional, and beautiful hospitality. They are brand new and just opened so services took a little longer than usual but I expect they will get faster. They offered complimentary sodas, cocktails and coffees. My nail tech was very sweet. Even had cute chairs for little girls to enjoy as well- I brought my daughter and she got her toes and nails done. I will be back -

Kimber Barton The best nail salon in Vidor! The drinks they serve are also top of the line! Very relaxing experience every time I have been so far!! Ask for Tony, he does the absolute best job and is sure to give you exactly what you’re looking for! If Tony isn’t available ask for Nancy!! You won’t be disappointed!

Samira J Had a pedicure done and the lady dug very hard in my skin, tried to tell me I had an ingrown and I did not, she did not even pull anything out, just left me bleeding. I thought everything was fine because I never had any problems here I have been coming for a long time. Waited a few days and both big toes got infected and grew a paronychium, had to have a procedure done to remove on both toes. Not sure if the lady does not know what she is doing or if they don’t use clean tools. Very disappointed though I loved coming to this place. I did speak to the owner and they are refunding me for the pedicure but doesn’t amount to the pain I’m left with and procedure & medication cost.

Jm G This place is amazing. Very clean and cultured. Peter did a fantastic job. Very patient, attentive and was amazing. They were all very attentive and comfortable. Definitely a place to come to if you want to be treated well and to relax. Also my pedicure is flawless.

Shy Bookman I love love loooooove this Nail Shop, the employees, the atmosphere, and their amazing customer service. The receptionists are always very pleasant. They even offer beverages while you’re getting your services done. I come all the time to see Maya for my full set and Tiffany for pedicures. It’s my favorite part of self care. I even send my husband here to get a manicure, pedicure, and overall relaxation. This place is a vibe.

Liz Bomkamp I had to leave a review because so many good things happened! I walked in today to fulfill a 40+ day goal! I stopped biting my nails and got to experience my first nail appointment! I had to wait a little longer than I would have liked, but it wasn’t terrible. I was placed with the best nail tech for a customer like me! I was nervous and on the borderline of a panic attack looking at all of the choices! Finally, I found a picture that I liked and we went with it! My nail tech walked me through everything he was doing step by step and even pointed out the fact that I was finally relaxed and talking more! By the end, my nails turned out exactly how I wanted them and so much more!!! I’ll be back in 3-4 weeks!!! I’m not sure of the spelling, but my nail tech said to ask for “taco” because that’s what his name sounds like…if that helps anyone looking for the best tech there!! Thank you Taco!!!!!!

Victoria Douglass I went here for my first time today and it was one of the best salon experiences Ive ever had. The staff are friendly and kind. The level of service was spectacular. My nails look great! Teri did my manicure and Vinh did my pedicure; Both of them are great. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you have not been. I will be back. I got the Dorado manicure and the Organic Pedicure. They even have a bar setup if you want a beverage while youre there.

Dallis Martinez I tried this place out for the first time yesterday and I loved it! It was super easy to make an appointment online, the pricing is very fair, and all of the staff are kind. Kevin did a full set of acrylic almond shape with gel on top and he did an amazing job. I picked out a color but after second thought, I didn’t like the color, he was happy to change the color for me. I noticed that they close at 7pm but they were still willing to see people that came straggling in at 6:30pm, most places would have turned those clients away. I paid $60 for my full acrylic with gel on top, I think that is a very fair price considering the economy, this place doesn’t try to nickel and dime you for every little thing. I will continue to come here!

Allison Miller This has become my go to spot in Fate for pedicures. Amazing service from start to finish every single time. Special compliments to Ryan who facilitated my favorite pedicure here so far! I love that it is clean, they are efficient with my time when I am there, almost never waiting more than a few min to get seated and always friendly.

Michelle Patterson I went in for a fill in / full set . My nail tech was sweet as could be and professional - HOWEVER; he cut my nails down to the skin, filed them until I pulled away due to the pain, and when we were done … they were thick , chunky and sooooo short ! My fingers throbbed so bad all night long from the excessive/ rough filing that I had to take meds in the middle of the night . I am extremely unhappy with the final result but still paid the full price and tipped . Even though he was professional and polite , he was very green and I could tell he didn’t have that much experience . I showed multiple photos of the length and the style as well as photos of my nails prior to me soaking them off . Even left one hand of the old nails on to show him the shape and style . I unfortunately got the opposite. These were my real nails too. So now I have to spend the next month or two growing them back out .

Emily Huynh This place is so beautiful! They had a promotion going on for 10% off your service. I had Holly and she did an exceptional job. She was very skilled at her work and detail oriented. D. Michelle This was my first visit to Classy Nail Bar & I was impressed. The salon is very spacious w/a modern, upscale vibe & they offer complimentary beverages while youre being serviced. I was able to relax during my mani & pedi & they did a really good job. They also offered a discount for being a first time Customer which was an additional plus.

Gabriella Ortiz Classy Nail Bar NEEDS to be your go to salon in Royse City!!! They are so professional, friendly, and clean. Tien and Kyle are great and did such a beautiful job with the space! Very classy and beautiful. Phong and Liam are THE dynamic duo! Liam is so gentle and his massages are the best! Phong is very tedious with his artwork, and will forever be my go to for nails! The staff here makes your experience both enjoyable and engaging. The atmosphere is relaxing, and all of the staff is down to earth. Chesley Walden Powell Holly got me in quick, was attentive to the task and did a great job! She took her time, ensuring the nails were smooth, all filed adequately and cleaned up without trying to rush me out of the chair. The chairs were so comfortable and the location is very nice inside!
