Natalie Flores The attitude and quality of service has declined dramatically. The laser service, even deeply discounted, is a rip-off. You must pay in advance, cash only, with no receipt, when u book your appointment. No call or text reminders of appointments, and you lose your money/service if late or unable to make it. The room is dirty, and youre given a cover to use that does not get changed out between customers. The laser technician chats on her cell while performing the service. Full body laser service is done in 30 minutes - not exactly thorough.

Christian Uriegaas Great experience I had a Hydrafacial and eyelift. I was relax during the whole time. Adela was the tech that explained real well every step of my facial and eyelift. I will be returning to get other services, they have so many and at a good price.

Laura Hixson After one year I still have hair everywhere. Im back to wax and razors. I bought the whole body 1 year plus extra sessions (face(8), Brazilian(12/14). I finished the year and they offered me more sessions. I think it’s enough. I already spent a lot of money, time and no results. Im looking for another place. Norma she isn’t friendly at all. The only good thing about the place is Vanessa she is kind, hardworking!

Marimer Morales HORRIBLE! I did my laser treatment on February 2015. My hairs grew worse! I only did 2 treatments and never went back. The pain was unbearable even if I took pain medication. The lady shaved my whole face and I had only "peach fuss" my hairs grow very think and very noticeable now. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever! Plus, they make you pay ahead and in CASH without refunds.

Vanessa V TERRIBLE techniques, I did my eyelash extensions and she literally glued them on my eyelids. When I left the salon they were so easy to pull off, plus they make us pay In cash. I would never recommend this place to anyone because there job done is very sloppy.

hanna perez I got my hair cut there recently, it was very quick, and I really liked the turnout. The stylist was very friendly but took his time texting. Overall a nice experience, I would come again. I would recommend it to people looking for a quick, clean haircut.

Steph Okay I asked for a taper fade and the man just shaved everything with a zero. He didn’t do a fade, and I even showed him a picture. He Was done in like five minutes or less. Was so upset, I had an undercut which was disconnected by a thin line that now look extremely crooked. hopefully I can get it fixed when it grows.

Izabella Morales They were really nice my husband and son got their hair cut so nicely. I got a nice viking style braid for only $16 bucks, cant beat that.

Pearl Saldivar Went in to get my hair dyed black ,and they left black paint all over my forehead and my ears and my neck.And they tried to remove it but they couldnt. They left me all stained and also in pain from all the rubbing they did to try to remove it..So very unprofessional!! Somehow dont know how they got their license to be beauticians...Not go8ng there

Samantha Cervantes I went in on 3/25/24 to cut my tips and get some bangs (flecko) take in mind my hair was long underneath my bra strap ,she did layers supposedly and she kept cutting and cutting to point that she like esque de donde yo estoy no se ve parejo ,I knew she messed up when she kept measuring to see if the hair lines up . By this point my hair length is by neck (short) I told yes it looks fine and got up and went to my sisters and shes like t machetio El cabello ta Todo traskilado d atras . Horrible dont recommend.

Selena King I went to cut my hair with Mary the owner I believe and didn’t notice how messed up she left it. After going back she asked what was wrong with it when another coworker of hers asked why would she cut my hair like that I told her she left it all messed up and told me she’ll fix it, after “fixing” it she still left it bad I would like to post pictures but it won’t let me I will 100% not go back the more she cuts the shorter and worse she leaves it I didn’t even get a refund

Yesenia Saucedo So disappointed with my hair. I was charged 180 plus a $50 deposit for a money piece/peakaboo, keep in mind that my hair is shoulder length. During my consultation the hair dresser confirmed that she could give me the hair that I asked for. She was very confident about it & talked as if it was easy work. Instead I left with the most botched bleaching ever. It literally looks like I did my hair at home & I might as well have. My blonde is YELLOW, my baby hairs nor roots were bleached, & there were several strands of my hair that she missed. Also before i forget to mention she reapplied bleach to my WET hair because she decided she wanted to give me more time. I called to see if someone else could fix my hair at the salon since i’ve seen pictures of the other girls work & I was told that they don’t allow that. That I had to go back to the person who messed up my hair. They also made me talk to the lady who messed up my hair and she even said “oh yes i know what pieces your talking about.” Instead I searched for another hairdresser who is thankfully going to help me fix the mess that this salon did.

Anabel Lozano Lupita does a great job! Shes very patient and knowledgeable in hair. She did this color correction on me from a salon I had gone to in Oklahoma...she saved my hair!

Maria Soto I asked for brown hair and they left me with a hair color looking like black. I don’t think they know how to work with their colors. I even showed them the picture and they said they can do something similar. They are way off with their similar! I started crying because that’s how bad I felt it looked . I even said “Don’t y’all care about making ur customers feel happy when they leave?”. Carlos Constantino said, “ No! I don’t care how they feel when they leave, I care about how the hair feels”. Customer satisfaction is not a consideration here. If you are reading reviews to find out if this is a place to go then I suggest you go to Melissa Michelle on Palm Blvd. I didn’t go there because she was booked from how much clients seek her. Sadly I even had to pay for damaging my hair, wasting time, and feeling ugly. They didn’t even offer to fix it. I will attach pictures of what I wanted and shower them vs what I got. Do you believe that is similar ?

Kimberly L Very unprofessional. Charged me $100 for a consultation. And $270 for highlights that were YELLOW. The lady criticized my hair being too long in the back and didn’t bother to cut it. She said it’ll be an extra $50 to even it out. CRAZY. Prices are way too high. And they don’t take responsibility for lack of attentiveness. Rather, they fight against the costumer because they do “nothing wrong”. This is NOT a false statement.

Consuelito Martinez The outcomes are inconsistent. You might receive a nice hair cut, or a wonky version of Jim Carrey from Dumb and Dumber. It just depends on who’s cutting. Also, you won’t know the price of your cut until you’re done. There’s zero transparency.

Irma Echavarria I made an appointment to get my hair styled. I showed the "stylist" a picture and asked if she could do it if not I just want her to layer the back cause it was heavy. She said she could, she started cutting and shaving never allowing me to face the mirror. She did a chop up job on my hair, first of she cut it all off and left me just a little bit of hair on top. Actually, she gave me a boy cut, If crying would have helped I would. She was a very nice person, but I wonder where the hell she got her license. She butchered my hair completely. her name was Angie. I regret letting her touch my hair, I will NEVER go back!

Karen Gutierrez Last Minute haircut for my daughter and I. I just want to say how impressed we were with Glorias service. My daughters cut and style were quick to say the least. She understood exactly what we wanted and the result was phenomenal. Got great compliments from friends and family. Awesome customer service, she listens to what you want and also offers her professional opinion to make your hair style work. The environment is welcoming here. And JCP salon offers a great deal of services from hair cuts & more to manies,petties, waxing etc. I highly recommended Judy and JCP Salon. All at great prices!

Dante Guillen Got a haircut very simple but they dont care about your hair. The lady their just cut my hair in like 3 minutes and did it recklessly. Also when she sprayed water on my hair it drenched me, and for a second thought I was taking a bath. My clothes are somewhat wet but would not recommend.

Jackie lombera Kept asking me too many personal questions and giving me ugly looks because I a a teenage mom. They cut my childs hair horrible and were grabbing his head too hard saying "I have to do this because be keeps moving," which he wasnt, he was sitting on my laps and I was holding his head. Just an excuse to mistreat my child. Never going there again!
