Lisa Maddy Ive used this salon for several years, and since the new owner took over, I couldnt be happier. The staff are warm and friendly, the stylists are skilled and professional. The shop is clean and range of services meet my needs. They also have a barber and are excellent with children. I highly recommend!

Brooke Reichhardt DO NOT COME HERE. the service is completely horrible. My hair got completely botched and messed up from how this lady cut it. Not to mention she also barely washed it. My hair is still not fully fixed after trying to get it fixed the best I could and will be a long time before it is fully fixed. They tried to not give me a refund which is just wrong when you completely mess up someone’s life and appearance. She said I went and threw a tantrum about it and im a grown woman so no i just told you what you did wrong and showed you and stood my ground for the big mess up your employee did. Hair is a big part of someone. The human decency is to just give a refund. Which they finally did. Not only was the haircut completely horrible and botched and not what I asked for but the overall service and handle of the problem was not any better. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

SRC I recently had the pleasure of using this salon, and I couldnt be happier with my experience. After a disappointing hair dye job at another salon, I was feeling anxious about finding someone to fix it. Jezlyn was incredibly pleasant and put me at ease right away. She took the time to listen to my concerns and offered thoughtful suggestions to achieve the look I wanted. The results were amazing! My hair looks vibrant and healthy again, and I feel so much more confident. The salon atmosphere was welcoming, and the professionalism shown by Jezlyn was truly impressive. I highly recommend Jezlyn to anyone looking for a talented and friendly hairstylist. I’ll definitely be returning!

Thalia Espinoza So asked the guy there do to a simple haircut for my son , all he had to do is follow the previous cut. , all I wanted is for him to freshen up the cut he already had like a week ago, I had specifically asked if he can do it and he said yes for sure , the guy literally messed up a good hair cut and does not know how to do fades or anything else , I don’t even think he has a license to cut hair. He had the audacity to tell me it was my eyes and not his eyes where the cut was he had made a super crooked bold like and shaved my kid bald all the way it was horrible. They managed to semi fix it but it still looks bad. I’m so mad specially because they didn’t apologize and said it was my eyes . So don’t go there they are horrible and treat you unfairly .

Nobody This is the best place to get a haircut in town! Even though there is a language barrier, I still get a fantastic haircut by Ms. Vicky! I always get a straight razor shave without even asking with my haircut! Everyone is always friendly and I am welcomed with a warm smile everytime!

Nando Bando The hair cut I got was pretty bad, so I myself had to fix my hair at home because the woman barely understood me even when I spoke fluent spanish, If you just wanna get a haircut this aint it. The barber that cut my hair always had to get help from other barbers and she was always on the phone ignoring the fact that i was sitting right next to her waiting to get my simple haircut that she got wrong. JUST DONT GO HERE I suggest getting a haircut at "Corys salon" or at "City hair salon".

Pam Lucas Melanie has been doing my hair for probably a little over a year. Shes very good. She offers a range of services. Since I dont color my hair anymore she just cuts it but shes very good. I always come away very pleased with my look!

Alyssa Reynolds Do not recommend… treated me like an inconvenience the entire time. I told her the cut and style I wanted and she said “that will make it frizz.” I arrived at 1:25 and she was done with me before 2. She even told me she had another person waiting for her on the bench and that she was “done for the day” after I asked if she was going to put in more layers up top. She also called me “Ms impatient” and said “oh see, no there are plenty of layers. You’re good.” I told her “no I’m not impatient, I am just wanting to get what I want,, that is completely normal. Everyone does that.” All that to say, horrible people skills and she made me, intentionally or not, feel uncomfortable staying to keep trying to get what I wanted so I just said it was fine and probably looks different because of how it was styled.

Billy Green Absolutely the rudest person that my wife has ever been to. I wish that I could have given negative stars. She does not even deserve the one star that I had to give. I had to call for my wife because she was in traffic and was running 12 minutes late for her appointment and she was the rudest person that I have spoke to. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy. After she was done slapping the color on my wife’s hair. She literally threw the brush and color in the sink and said there you go. I wish that I could post pictures of the coloring that she has left all over my wife’s face. Then she proceeded to another person in the salon and started talking about my wife. I don’t understand how a person can do business like this. Took 50 min to root color and blow dry without any heat protection or anything and cut my wife’s hair an inch for 135.00 My wife called me in tears she was so mad when she left but did not disrespect her as she could have in return for how uncomfortable and rude she was to my wife!

Tiffany Gresham Melanie is a TRUE miracle worker!! I came to see her today with a highly damaged, thin, and miscolored mess on my head. With her amazing skill, she corrected my color and gave me a cut that made my hair look healthy again! I am so thankful I found Melanie!

Jackeline Romero Horrible place. I had asked her to not cut my hair too much cause I dislike short hair, It doesn’t go with me but she didn’t care and she still cut it short. I asked for long layers and she gave me short layers and to make it worst their not even so my hair looks chopped in a bad way. I have to wear my hair up all the time cause of them. I recommend not going, it’s also so overpriced especially when you don’t get what you asked for.

Melanie Gilmore I called three times in a row today (Wednesday May 8,2024) at 1 pm to try schedule an appointment for this next week and 3 times got hung up on. No one talking just picked up phone and hung up. REALLY? I was referred to you by a friend and you treat people like that? Apparently youre not wanting new clients or more business! Now I believe the negative reviews I read. Good luck on staying in business.

Lodu Awful place, tried giving it a chance at cutting just my sides in the past and always ends up knicking my long hair on the top, came back home and always ends up having clumps of my hair cut off, I tried just getting a simple fade done and the lady did them uneven and left some part uncut and tried charging me $26, also cut my back hair I said very clearly not to cut, never coming again. (Also all the ladies are distracted one their phones, always a phone call going on and the lady cutting my hair answered a phone call and continued cutting my hair, most likely the reason she got my fade uneven)
