Cat Bedell Absolutely love coming to Nicole for my hair. She is an absolute artist when it comes to my hair. I couldnt have been happier when they did my bridal hair and make-up. Ive been with Nova for over 8 years and with Nicole, she has been my absolute favorite to work with. I love being able to send her pictures of my vision and seeing it come to life.

Yasmeen Bashadi I have been coming to this salon for 2 years now. Nicole is wonderful. Every time I come in, she is very kind and takes great care of me and my hair care needs. I have really coarse thick curly hair and she does an amazing job. I’ve had color, cut, and style done and I can always count on Nova Hair Studio to make me look and feel my best. The salon had a great atmosphere and I would definitely recommend!

Jenny Lewis I came in the day before my 44th birthday in March. The girl that did my hair was absolutely amazing! She was so kind and welcoming. I hadnt had my hair done in so long. I walked out of there feeling so amazing and beautiful again!!! I so wish I remembered her name!!! She really started my birthday off in such a positive way!! This will be the only place I go to!!

Rane Robinson I came in a few months ago and saw Ms. Faith, shes a younger stylist but did AMAZING, I just got a trim then but I really liked the vibe of the place and her hospitality so i scheduled a highlight with her. Went in yesterday for blonde highlights and they came out great! 100% going back!

Bertha Johnson I absolutely LOVE my hair!! It was so hard to find anyone willing to work on multi ethnic hair, but Nicole did not shy away and did an amazing job!!! She was great start to finish. She listened to what I wanted, gave some suggestions and the end result was amazing! She is my new hairstylist! Thanks so much Nicole!

Sindy Olmos Bad experience. I have been here 2 times for my boys haircuts that the owner has done. First time she was so rushed and just did a horrible job. I went for a second time for just one boy and she seemed annoyed that my 4 YEAR old was kind of moving and made that an excuse to mess his hair up. She should be able to handle kids. Not going back!

Cesar Rios It’s a ok place to go in a rush and cut you hair, it’s not the best. And well price it’s little price for what the cut is, I’ve been there 2 times, first time it was too short, second time it was not that perfect hair length it seem like they rushed and wanted to finished as soon as possible, anyway like I always say hair grows, no big deal, but next time I’ll try and find somewhere else

HotCheetoBoy 360 Honestly majority of the times I came here to get a haircut I get my hair messed up if you get ur haircut by them you’ll understand why they only charge you 20$… I would not recommend this place to any guys.

Ruby P Went here to get a 2 inch trim. The lady even made sure 2 inches tell me why i see her just going at it chopping and chopping everywhere when i said no layers because my hair is already short… like i just needed a trim to be ready for my Birthday celebration and she ruined it…. Even my little girl said Mom your hair is so ugly let me see what you asked for like really and 8 year old can tell… i swear if people cant do a simple job dont be behind the chair messing up peoples hair… i called to get a refund because thats the least they can do turns out owner is on a cruise and wont be back until 2 weeks and they can’t do nothing about it maybe she should leave someone responsible to take care of this situations!!! What an unprofessional ghetto place!!!

B Seay This is crazy. This is my second time going here. First time the owners son cut it. Worst cut I ever had. I never said anything and after a long over due haircut I have this place another chance. It’s like they just put any kid that’s used a pair of clippers a job. The second cut was not near as bad as the first. So I go in and tell the kid that did it. Kinda gets an attitude but says he’s gonna fix it. How? Put the hair back? Shave it all off and give me a military cut. I just said naw I’m good. He said ok see ya. I’m in business myself. You don’t let a customer walk when you are the one at fault. I’m not sure but I don’t think you can put h I’m pissed. My hair is balding. You vertically can not mess my hair up. Stevie Winder could cut hair better than these two knuckleheads. I’ll add some photos shortly.

Isaac Sanchez Get a great cut from Emad , Mussa ,Shelly and the crew . They are quick. Experienced and professional. You can call to set up a appointment or walk in and you will be next . Plenty of barbers so wait times are short. 5 Star Hair Design gets 5 stars all the time !!

Jocelyn Gomez I came in wanting to literally cut so much of my hair off due to Damage and thinning, but I was lucky to have found Araceli. This girl knows what the heck she’s doing; and I gotta say, she did the damn thing! I love my haircut so freaking much, it feels and looks amazing! Highly recommend her! Thank you girl ❤️

Justino Espino Walked in and only one person was getting a haircut , there was a male worker with black long hair (Hispanic gentleman) and 2 other lady workers (Hispanic as welll) they just kept talking and never even acknowledged me or asked how I was doing . Completely ignored me. If you’re going to take a job, at least do your job with effort or go somewhere else to work. Not wasting my time with this place anymore

Jasmin Rivera Walked in and was completely ignored as there were two hairstylist there both on their phones. Not one looked up to say a word until I asked if I could get a haircut. Once I was seated the apron was only covering my back half while the front was completely open letting all my hair fall onto my lap. Told the stylist I wanted my split ends cut off and have some layers put in (v style) once done she showed me the back of my hair and I asked her to fix the front since it had looked like she just cut straight across. She said if she cut anymore my hair would be shorter (Mind you my hair was past my chest and was already by my collar bones at this point) so I tell her to just cut it all straight kinda like the Dora the explorer look just without the bangs because I don’t like how it looks and that was my only option at that point. She tells me it will look better once I actually do my hair and it just looks that that because it’s wet. I pay her the 18$ plus a tip (because I felt like I was being extra) I drive home to straighten my hair. After straightening it I’m in complete shock wanting to cry. My hair is a complete mess with one side being longer than the other and layers being different lengths. I would not recommend going to the Hispanic woman with glasses on the middle left side. I will never return such a waste of my gas time and money. I’ve included pictures so you can see that my left and right side are cut totally different and then in the front view you can see where my hair is uneven

Lola Fernandez I never leave outta there unhappy. I have gone elsewhere only to end up here for Alma to fix me. Watching the other ladies work while Im getting did up, theyre customers leave happy too. They know what theyre doing!!

Nati Hdz I love Dannys. I particularly love the owner Alma. I was 18 when i first cut off my knee long hair into a chic a-line bob. She is the only one I trust with my hair. I recently let it grow again, only to cut it off once more by her and again, i loved it. Her salon is so welcoming, the staff are easy going AND its family friendly as well.

Natalee Collier So happy I found this place! I came here after having a terrible experience somewhere else a few years back I didnt really want to go get my hair done by anyone anymore. Alma was amazing, my hair was terrible she took her time and made my hairs health her number one priority she was kind and did an amazing job. I will definitely be back!!

Axa Marquez So I came here on a last minute decision. Did not book an appointment or anything after going to three other places . Two of them were booked and weren’t going to be able to take me in before my trip next week and the other lady said she could take me in but I had my doubts as soon as she said she could get my hair done in less than four hours but it wouldn’t be as light as I wanted it . Anyway I decided not to go with her and I remembered Alma had fixed my hair in the past after this lady had messed it up in the past so I decided to message her. She was able to take me in , I explained to her everything I’ve done to my hair and she was very honest since the start which I really appreciate because I rather a person be honest than give me false hope . Anyway , I was very surprised at the finished product because my hair looks almost identical to what I wanted . Only a few shades off which I wouldn’t have even noticed if Alma hadn’t warned me before hand . I am so happy with my hair . Thank you Alma! So glad I have finally found someone I can trust with my hair !

Sal (Big Daddy Sal) First timer at this hair salon, I got in right away, Marisa was very attentive and got me a super haircut, I’ll keep coming back here from now on

Nora Delgado My regular hair stylist could not acomódate me when I needed my hair colored. So I googled and Josie’s came up. I have had my hair colored and styled three times and very satisfied. The ladies are very friendly and professional. I also like that they are open late and open weekends bc I work all week!

Jasmine I was there for 8 hours getting my hair colored. The next day I washed it and it was falling out in clumps. It took over a day to dry and I couldnt comb through it even with a wide tooth comb. I did conditioners and masks on my hair, still constant breaking and pieces falling out. I had to eventually just go get it cut pretty short to get rid of all the damage.

Taylor Megan Hogan always does an amazing job! She gets my hair to such a pretty blonde color. I always leave feeling great & get compliments for months to come. She’s knowledgeable on new techniques and educates me on things she can do to make my hair look it’s best. These pictures are from two different times she’s done my hair.
