Bridgetlovvee Martinez Always kind and patient with my son. Jacob is great with attention to detail and he helps my son feel comfortable during the service.

Eric Alexander Lex and Jacob are always a class act. Lex is always on point when trimming my beard. My son loves Jacob cutting his hair. They always are extremely nice, and its always a fun time in there. I would recommend Changing Faces to anyone looking for reliable barbers, and a great cut, with a chill atmosphere.

This n That with Cat I made an appointment on their website last night for my grandson and his friend. I dropped them off this evening and they did a good job! The boys liked what they got from Lex Jennings! Thanks for making it easier with the online appointments! Awesome all way around!

Hilda Rios Lady fried my hair ... She spoke to another coworker telling her she didnt time it right...my hair was so damaged after that i had to cut it short and took me 2 months to finally stop breaking...I will NEVER go back again!!! And she didnt even tell me. She covered it up with oil and i didnt realize how bad it wash till next day when i washed oil out...DONT GO HERE !!!! Micah Leathers I love coming here. They always make sure I’m well taken care of and my nails always look fantastic when I leave. This morning, I had a little mishap, though I cracked a nail while getting dressed for work totally my fault. I called Pearl. Pearl said they’d fix it since I had just got them done yesterday. I also wanna say thank you to Ivy for fixing my nails and doing a beautiful set yesterday. I am very, very happy with my nails.

selena vargas I have been going to them several times each time something goes wrong but I continue to go back bcuz they fixed the problem with no issue very nice about it but today Mimi decided to say I do this all the time to come back they will take off my nails n give me my money back I thought that was rude cause she said in a rude way I got there between 230-3 didnt get started until 430 I know their busy to get to everyone I respect that fully anyways I clearly told her I cant go back I have an event tomorrow I cant go back until Wednesday my nails were perfect shape n everything but the girl who did my nails is great but today I think they did my ombre nails done backwards I could be wrong Im not sure but its my opinion it wasnt shiny or anything it was dull so they put some glitter in top to make it look glittery thats 2nd time they have done this to me I leave bcuz Im frustrated and dont want to take it out on them I spent $55 and for her to tell me she will take it off n give money back in a very rude way is just unbelievable I told her I dont want the money back just fix it but Mimi was like yeah I know you do this all the time well excuse me do it correctly and I wouldnt have a problem cause other times before there was a couple other women who went back to get theres fixed as well! I didnt even get my eyebrows waxed like asked when I walked in it was all terrible very disappointed my nails are not filed down enough they look lumpy and the glitter is just all ugly!

ShaCasual Carter So where do I start?! Set an appt for 230 for 2 pedis and a fill. Go in at 2:30 on the dot and its filled with people. She ask how can she help us? I reply by saying we have an appointment for 2 pedis and and filll. She tells me my appt was at 2. I told her no we said 2:30. She says well I wrote 2 but go ahead and sit and we will be with you in 15 minutes. So we sit and they fix our water for pedis. The time they started on my niece was 3pm and me at 3:15. Had to ask for hot water because the water was cold by that time. The guy comes over and starts drilling my nails and telling me I have to soak my nails and take them off in order to get a new set. (Ive NEVER). So he starts soaking my nails. It soak my nails from 3:15 to 4:30. (SMH) At this point Im getting frustrated because we have a graduation party to get ready for and it starts at 6, we have been here since 2:30 p.m. Now Im showing her what I want my nails to look like and that my nails are not straight and she starts arguing with me about what the picture has on that finger. This is my hand and my nails I believe that I can put the design that IM PAYING FOR on whatever nail I want. So now Mimi and another lady comes over to tell her that she is putting it on the wrong finger even according to the picture. I ended up paying $45 for a new set, and designs. So now its 5:30 pm and I have 30 minutes to get ready. Im telling her my nails arent dry and she says yes your ready. Then I ask for the cuticle oil they usually place on your nails at my other nail shop and she CLUMPS a load of lotion on my hand. So much I had to give my niece some and use a paper towel to wipe off the rest because it was a lot. So I make it back to Dallas the next day and my nails design and polish has peeled off. I call Mimi and she ask me to send a picture to her phone. She then calls me back and says she gave me a deal and she can give me the $8 for the design. I tell her that wont work. I had to go get my nails fixed and it cost me $40. The lady the whole time shaping them evenly and take the gel off to redo the polish and design said the person who did my nails did bad. Different size nails and uneven. When I text Mimi and told her I was requesting the $40 I had to pay someone to fix my nails she said "Why?" She had to be kidding?! I explained again letting her know I wasnt requesting money for the pedi but I did want them for the nails. She hasnt responded. SMH. I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY HERE AGAIN!!! TO YOUR RESPONSE: I DO understand that you all was busy at that time, HOWEVER we did have an appointment that YOU put in the books at the wrong time. ALSO it was not an option for me to come back seeing how I told you I was visiting from Dallas. If the nails was done correctly I would have to come back. You offered me $5. I didn’t want you to pay for nails someone did I wanted the money I paid for the nails that where done HORRIBLY and then had to go get them fix. I WANTED a refund for the nails service you did! I said I had to go pay for nails to get done correctly. I was upset that I had to go pay someone when it hadn’t even been a day. I STILL didn’t get anything back from you but this response. Very sad

JoAnn Ibarra Very friendly staff but I do not like that they go back and forth between customers, I want to get in and get my pedicure and not feel rushed. I have been here for over 2 hours. I prefer them do my pedicure and let me leave. Im scared to ask for eyebrow wax cause that may be another 2 hours.

Rachel Holguin I Went to get my nails fixed I went to Mimi’s and after awhile I was looking at them and didn’t like how they came out. The acrylic was thick. THANK YOU TO LEE!!! for fixing my nails they are beautiful. I will definitely be back for my 2/3 week fill.

Alysson Contreras I had a terrible experience getting my eyebrows done at this nail salon. My usual place was closed, so I decided to give this one a try. Big mistake. The workers were extremely unprofessional, and the whole establishment was messy and dirty. The room where I got my eyebrows done had trash all over the table, which was very off-putting. To make matters worse, they made me bleed while waxing my eyebrows. I showed the lady a photo of what I wanted, but she barely glanced at it and just said "ok." The result was nothing like what I asked for. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Julie Connelly I was the first person on a Thursday. It felt weird from the minute I walked in. (And got weirder) I was treated well, by the men, but as soon as the female manager came in it was total chaos. Not relaxing, and the workers all were more interested in their phones than me as the customer.. Especially the manager.. she was constantly answering her loud obnoxious phone, and distracted by her calls. I was there for over two hours, for just a mani/Pedi.. The two televisions were on, but they were not in sync, so the repetitive noise was definitely not relaxing and then they added the music to the background (which would have been great- if the TVS were off) it was just really NOT a treat or a place I will return to if I want to relax.. The work was good, and the men seemed to care, but the manager might need to stay in the back, and let the others take care of customers.
