Jennifer Harrison Lanna has been doing mine and my daughters hair for about 10 years. She has taken my daughter from black to blond and changed my hair color a million times. While I do complain that she is messy with her dye (LOL) I have never been dissatisfied with any service. I recommend her 10/10.

hali Krista I have nothing personally against Lanna. I went to see her for the first time with my mom. We were both doing a cut and color. I asked for a lighter natural looking red color, and my mom asked for chocolate brown. Instead she walked out with caramel, and my hair was a dark medium red(ish). In addition to that, the service felt very unpracticed. Despite Lanna stating she has 8 years of experience, during the color application she was not careful with the dye, going too far past my hairline and getting dye on my cheek. When she washed my hair she barely touched the back of my head and paid little attention to the staining on my hairline and cheek. Later in the day I was pulling globs of hair dye out of my hair, from behind my ear, and inside the helix of my ear. After her drying my hair, it looked frizzy, but I figured it may just be the shampoo she used. After two washes now, I see that I have very dry and frizzy hair, which is not at all what I expect when getting professional service. I requested a refund 3 days after the service, because I was trying to (1) let the color grow on me and not be a Karen about it, and (2) see if a couple of at-home keratin treatments would help, but they didnt. My refund request was denied in full. Buyer beware. Photos are what I requested vs what my hair looks like in my kitchen light right now.

Doug Follingstad Where do I begin? I have been coming to Sport Clips now for probably four or five years and I have always received top-notch five star results on my haircuts. Recently I started having the manager, Stephanie cut my hair & I loved the way she makes you feel when you’re in her chair. It is like you are the only one in the Store. She makes you feel comfortable and brings you to the product shelf area. Kind of explains. Maybe if it’s something new that’s on the shelf. She’s just amazing there needs to be more stylist like her. Don’t lose this one. Keep her no matter what it takes. She is a keeper!

Cody Kuykendall April cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. Fantastic at conversation. And made sure all my needs were met. Highly recommend sports clips. Its the only haircut place I go to. On top of all that the place is always very well organized and very clean.

RP Best Steph (manager) is amazing. She did a great job today, as always!! She remembers me by name and what I need to done each time. She takes her time and makes you feel like you are her only client for the day. I would highly recommend her and any of her staff. She has an amazing crew.

Anthony It can be tough as the parent of a special needs child to trust someone to provide any service for your child. Meagan at Sport Clips on Eastman really did such an amazing job! Went right through that haircut, keeping my son (9y/o non verbal autistic) calm, and was absolutely unbothered by his stims. The store in general was very accommodating making for a comfortable experience and a great cut!

Momentum Builders Sam is amazing!!!!! Great place if you are an older lady needing pampering. Sam has many years of experience and it shows!!!

Sofia Guzman Shelby destroyed my hair. This person clearly did not understand the assignment and if you don’t know how to encounter Mexican coarse hair, you had the responsibility of letting me know. I was clear when I said I wanted my roots done but she didn’t have time to do my roots and did as she pleased. Sitting for 2hours with bleach not only ruined my hair but she didn’t work fast enough to make it leveled. I had warm tones and platinum tones. I want to also let Shelby know, even your team instructed you to work fast and told you what to do and you did the total opposite. Missed a wedding thanks to this awful turn out. The worst part is seeing all the other facial expressions while this person ruined my hair as I sat there. Samantha the manager, did not follow up once I asked to get her regional manager involved. I have spent more to fix it. Good luck if you decide to come here. No stars. Hope these pictures speaks louder than what I just wrote.

adriana bell Horrible Experience!!! I witnessed a mom bring in her daughter for a hair cut and the daughter had beautiful long curly hair and they so called professionals complained about a simple wash and cut just because her hair was curly.. They continued to make unprofessional and rude comments about the hair cut in front of the daughter and mom.. That is disgustingly behavior from these so called professionals and I would 0/10 recommend coming to this salon unless you want to be publicly embarrassed and ridiculed just because they hate doing their job.

Danyale Turner Showed the stylist the picture I wanted of an angled Bob my hair when I cam in had at least needed a trim but it was a little past my shoulders the cut I asked for in the picture the front of the bob came a little above the shoulders tell me why is the front almost chin length i went home washed it tried it and straighten it . Ive had an angled Bob for 12 years i know how to style it. This is what it looks like NEVER GOING BACK

Millie Rose I am beyond dissatisfied with the way my hair turned out. After three years of growing out my hair, went in to get a trim and have my ends colored blonde. I asked for kind of an ombre from my natural color, to blonde ends. Diva was the one to do my hair. The cut ended up extremely uneven, and she was barely able to lighten it at all. The part she bleached went up past my ears, when I specifically asked for it to stay below my shoulders. I went back the next day to see if someone else could fix it. The manager did the correction. She fixed the cut but my hair was literally orange and yellow when I left. After spending over $250 my hair looks really bad, and I am going to have to pay someone else to fix it. Please dont waste your money. JC Penney does not know how to do hair. Ive included a before picture, and pictures after both visits.

Matilda Bellomy Being an older woman who actually styles her hair, I wanted a short layer cut from the 80s and 90s. I have gone several times with photo and instructions. I got a short chili bowl, a long chili bowl and a spike. They dont get it -even the seasoned master cutters.
