Ingrid Avila I asked the stylist to do my hair a certain way and it came out complete opposite on how I wanted it. So we had to fix my hair and the stylist was acting immature and throwing a fit because I didnt like it. I felt like they didnt want my service and she had a appointment after me so she was rushing me. The way the stylist handled the situation made me cry at the salon. I regret going there and wasting my money.

Analisa Luna Im giving 2 stars because of Carmen and Isabel. Carmen gave me great customer service and Isabel tried her best to fix someone elses mistake. Not only did Sarah do a horrible ombré. My hair was so damaged and got such a bad cut I had to cut it even shorter. A year later Im still so upset that this happened and I still struggle with my hair! $280 down the drain. Paid to eventually have it fixed to something completely different and way shorter than I wanted. They make you sign that you wont post negative reviews which is why now you cant do it at all on Facebook. I felt rushed she didnt show me the back and she took another client while I was being charged. Do not pay until you have throughly inspected their work!!!

Crystal Rodriguez Ive been going to Del Sol and Spa for 3 years now and I love it I wouldnt change Claudia for anything she does a great job with my hair and I get complements all the time. The staff is always friendly and environment clean.

Buffy Got charged $30 for a layered haircut. My hair is now choppy and uneven on both sides, including my bangs. I was so embarrassed that I had to fix it myself at home.

Adriana M OVERCHARGED me for a haircut that I thought would be $7!! I did not like it the first time and asked for a tiny bit more to be cut off and she charged me an extra $8 that she not only didn’t tell me about but was not evened out. Will NEVER be coming here again and going to have to be getting it evened out some place else, I could have gone to a more professional salon that knew what they were doing if I knew the lady here was going to charge me $15 for an unprofessional haircut that was supposed to be $7!!

Queen Of Tacos It’s a ok place. I only recommend if you have no where to go last minute. Never had a issue until today which we entered, and didn’t get greeted until 20 minutes later but Apparently there were plenty of workers available but none of them came up to greet us or ask us who we were here for? Not the best customer service but whatever. They were all in the back god knows doing what. While the lady in front just ignored us.

Chris Roane I took my daughter in recently. Olga was her hair stylist. She did the most amazing job on her hair. She was able to make it look exactly like the celebrity photo we brought in. Olga used so many techniques and special tools I was in awe. BEST HAIRCUT EVER!!!! ASK FOR OLGA!!!!

Anna Lagunes DO NOT COME HERE. my friend Jules came to this place and the person who helped her (Carlos) treated her horribly. Not only does he aggressively work on hair but also works so unprofessional!! Left her in bleach for hours .. her hair literally fell of!!! He said he’d fix it and then never replied to her.. DAYS LATER. He needs to REFUND her for his awful service. We went to get supplies to try to rescue her hair.. my friend was crying so much. The least they can do is refund her.

Adriana Gonzalez SUPER unprofessional and rude! I would not recommend. Made an appointment with Rosy G. (head of salon) and called a couple hours before to confirm, which is when she decides the appointment was not worth her time and flaked last minute. Mind you, I had also been in contact with her the day before where she confirmed the appointment once more. Had I not called to confirm, She was not going to contact me at all to cancel. Be careful booking here, don’t let them waste your time! As an owner of the salon, I expected the upmost professionalism from Rosy and this was by far the most unprofessional experience I’ve had with a stylist. *** Response to the comment below: It is really sad that you need to lie to protect yourself. To clarify and I’m sure you remember from the phone call we had, I asked if it was possible if you could do a home visit for my handicapped 80 yr old grandmother. You accepted and made plans to come on a specific date. You confirmed on the phone and went ghost through text after a couple of vague exchanges. As far as commenting on other people’s education level - this truly further proves the level of unprofessionalism you hold yourself too. How dare you. Also there’s no need to lie on other people to save face. Nobody said $10, but nice save.

Giovanni Trujillo Ive been coming here since I was 12 i personally got to meet Gracie and had her cut my hair now her cousin levy cuts it shes amazing and gentle does great work on me and women alike. Best prices for quality work.!!

Michael They don’t clean their equipment after cutting ones hair. Caused me to get a breakout around my neck. Thanks for that.

JULISSA ESPARZA I totally recommend this place, today we took our 2 boys ages 3 and 7 and Rosy did an excellent job. She was very patient and very friendly with my kids. She takes her time and is very well at what she does. Very satisfied, thank you Rosy.

Mercedes Rodriguez I worked with the stylist Gabriella - I had a very unfortunate experience. I had a color (balayage) and cut w her a few days ago, loved the color and the service I got day of. Today I got around to straightening my hair and it was so uneven and choppy. I sent her pictures and asked her how she plans to rectify the situation (I wasn’t sure if she was planning on a partial refund or if she was going to offer something for the inconvenience) but she went on to make excuses on how the correction haircut I was to receive was free and that’s her rectifying the situation. Ultimately I did not feel comfortable with her doing the correction after the back and forth. I messaged the owner and she was very helpful in wanting to get me to a new stylist to do the correction but my originally stylist Gabby blocked me on Instagram so I was just not comfortable even stepping into the salon again. I’m sure the other ladies at the salon do an awesome job - but for the overpriced hack job I received I was VERY unhappy (~$350). I DO NOT RECOMMEND GABRIELLA.

Claudia Galan I went to the dry room for a hair makeover and I absolutely love how it turned out. My stylist was very patient with me. The service was great. She took me in such a short notice too.

Janeil Morales No one & I mean absolutely no one in south Texas could do this old Hollywood glam hair like The Dry Room . With training in NYC, MC is the best! Makeup was also done at Dry Room and got so many compliments , woke up next day still with a head of hair and a full face of makeup. Definitely recommend. ❤️
