Jacqui Blackowiak I called twice more than 24 hours in advance to reschedule and no one called me back. The next day I was told I had to pay for the full service. It’s unjust that they didn’t pick up their messages or bother to call me back. I know they have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy so I made sure to call both times before 24 hours and got their machine both times. I will never go back there. I NEVER rescheduled less than 24 hours ahead. NEVER. And if you were more affordable rather than gouging everybody’s eyes out maybe I wouldn’t have to. I don’t want to hear about you rescheduling and not charging me because your policy is 24 hours so you shouldn’t charge me anyway. I don’t believe your “sweet” response at all. You’re just in it for the money.

Dylan Palmer Andrea has been cutting my hair for well over a decade! She has always done a phenomenal job and always finds a way to get me on her schedule as her services are in such high demand. The salon is a very welcoming and relaxing environment. If you are looking for the best salon and stylist in DFW, look no further.

Sherry Romano I have been going to this salon for almost 2 years now after moving to Texas from the Midwest. I have worked with both Anastasia and Melanie. Both do a terrific job and listen to my requests while also providing great tips. Salon has a very friendly environment. Highly recommend!

Christel Blake This salon does a great job no doubt, but on several occasions, they gave me a price during consult that when completed was actually double the consult price. But I have to say, thats not even my main complaint, I had cancelled an upkeep appointment for my extensions and rescheduled for a future date, but because the woman on the phone didnt cancel out the previous appointment when I went back in for the new appointment, they added $100 to my total bill without even telling me until after I paid, I was so upset bc I had cancelled that appointment but they charged me for their mess up!? Anyway, I wont be going back there, who does that to their clients? Ive spent thousands at this salon for my extensions.

PS. After seeing other reviews saying the same thing about the cancellation and how they were wrongfully charged, I knew I should have checked the reviews before going here. Camille amongst others remembers my shock at the time I was charged because I was unaware I was going to be charged $100 for their mistake. So her response is a lie.

Savannah Lammers I had already reviewed this place before, but wanted to give an updated review! This place is amazing! Not only did my hair dresser listen and follow through with what I wanted, but she also ensured I had an enjoyable time. I work 6 days a week, so this is one of the few places I get to relax. I appreciate the staff making sure we all enjoyed ourselves and for giving me a good laugh. They also call if there may be traffic or if their appointments end early so that I can prepare ahead of time. Of course, my hair looks amazing and the salon is the cutest! Go get your hair done and sip a mimosa too!
