They are very hospitable, as I waited I was offered something to drink (lemon water was my choice) Its very spacious and the decor is very modern and I loved the positive vibes. My hairstylist Abbey was a delight she administered a scalp treatment, facial and I am very happy with my hair cut I had a great experience! Thank you Abbey and Breeze Salon! I’m not an easy customer since I always want something different but she hits the color right on the dot. From blonde, to red head and brunette. She carefully explains what will work and will not. Jessica Bowman This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a salon. I came in as a new customer because I just moved to Austin and this salon has my brand of extensions (Vomor), which is what I have been getting for the past few years. I just needed an extension move up and partial highlight, and left with my hair looking like this. And these photos were AFTER I asked her to please even the ends out at least… it was even worse right after she was done and she thought it looked “great”. Not only did it look bad, but she was also about to let me walk out with one extension hanging half way off. If I hadn’t said anything it would have fallen out that day. Also, 3 of my extensions were extremely ruffled/kinked at the root, causing damage to the extensions. Now, I am dealing with damage at the top of my extensions and will have to go cut my hair up to the shortest layer to make it even at the bottom… extensions are ruined and will have to pay for more again. I asked for a refund JUST on the haircut and the salon didn’t even honor that - now I’m out $600+ from this appointment, plus the next $1000 I will have to spend on new hair from them ruining it. I am only scratching the surface on the main issues here - I do not recommend.

Valerie Carter I just moved to Round Rock and was so fortunate to have been referred to Breeze by my nail tech. I was lucky that Abby was available for my free consultation and booked me the very next day. She is amazing! My hair looks amazing! ❤️ She took her time to figure out the best course of action and executed her/our vision perfectly. I’m so happy with every aspect of my experience. The entire staff was helpful, friendly and fun! 10/10!!

Claudia Wickard This wasn’t my first time at Breeze Salon, but it was my first experience with this stylist. I’m leaving this review with deep respect, but also with great disappointment in Breeze Salon in Round Rock. My husband kindly booked me a haircut as a birthday gift, and I was so excited for this treat. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized my hair was unevenly cut, and my bangs were completely asymmetrical.
Paying nearly $100 for a haircut is not cheap, and at that price, I expected the results to reflect what I asked for. I showed the stylist several photos of how I wanted my hair to look. Instead, I left with a cut that feels rushed and careless, and what should have been a joyful birthday experience turned into disappointment and regret.
The stylist, Shantea, barely engaged with me. Her energy was cold, she didn’t make an effort to have a conversation, and she didn’t even want to blow-dry my hair or provide the massage that’s included in the price.
I trusted Breeze Salon because of its reputation, and I genuinely thought I was in good hands. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below what I expected.
I called the salon to see if they could fix my hair, not to demand a refund, and the woman on the phone was very kind. However, I was told that any corrections need to be approved by a manager and that I’d have to send photos via email for review. Even then, there’s no guarantee I’ll be accommodated. To hear that after such a disappointing experience feels like an insult.
