Beaux “Sheshe04” Alicia took me at the last minute, beacuse another braider canceled on me last minute. She did a wonderful job on my hair. I highly recommend coming to see her.

Briana Marie Margaret Edwards I paid $145 to get a quick sewn in weave. When I got there the women that I was scheduled with to do my hair says my hair is not 3 in. Theres a extra $130 I have to pay up top of the $145 I paid online to book a appointment. They talk to me in to gluing in a wig and some other ideas. They picked out a couple wigs for me to decide on. I picked one. They put stuff in my hair. Put a haircut on my hair. Put me under this heat thing and then put the wig on. My head is on fire. It was way too tight. My circulation was bad. I had very bad experience. This was for my birthday/ wedding this month. I was not told that I had to pay an extra $130 that was not anywhere on the information of booking an appointment. I took the wig off. Found a hole in the wig towards the middle top of my head on the wig. I would not recommend this place

Natalia Nix I was notified that the stylist was running late 20 minutes before my appointment, and that was fine, but I ended up waiting 40 minutes after the appointment time. Once she got there she never turned on her “open” sign so I wasn’t sure if I was good to go in, and texted her asking if she was ready for me. No reply, so I just went in after seeing another customer try to do a walk-in. It was an awkward experience, no apology for waiting, no hello, just “you here for the trim?” And I sat down. I’m not the most talkative, but conversation and professionalism are appreciated. The cut itself was fine, but not worth 40 minutes and 15 dollars. I’m disappointed that this wasn’t a great experience, I was really looking to find a reliable stylist in town.
Update:
I reduced my review to one star because I noticed how uneven the trim was once my hair dried. This isn’t surprising since she did not section my hair, she just brushed it all out and started cutting. I tried to be optimistic and figured she had some sort of system. Nope. She cut the middle, then the left, then the right, and now it’s all over the place. thoroughly disappointed.

latoya savage I havent yet been but spent 2 days driving around Waco trying to find a stylist and was turned away and was told I need to book them even though I was right there in triple digit weather driving from place to place and just wanted the stylist to look at my hair to see if the style I want could be done because I have very thin edges. Not this young lady. She was pleasant,
professional and got me in for the very next day. I respect anybody about their money and not thinking shes to good to talk to someone trying to spend their hard earned money. Much respect! Im sure shes going to do an amazing job on me.

Jakayla Harris The owner is a bit rude and unprofessional. She acts like she’s doing you a favor by doing your hair. I think a lot of hair stylist forget that it’s a service industry and not only should your work be good but, also your customer service.
She was about 30-45 minutes late to a 10AM appointment. I thought I was the only head she had to do but no, she had three total heads at 10 AM. She never once apologized for being late, instead she rushed to braid us down. I understand that things happen but you should still at least be remorseful and at least make us feel like you care.
All in all, the hair i bought from her store is soft, doesn’t tangle and minimal shedding. i like the hair.
the sew in is very tight and bulky looking. Not a flat install at all.
I probably will not visit this salon ever again.
