Yess Ponce This is by farthest the worst medical attention Ive received in my life. The total wait was 6 hrs, after being told it was a 2 hr. wait. Why lie to sick people, seeking medical attention? I was issued tests 3 hours later, then waited 3 hrs later to receive diagnosis. The worse part, during all the waiting I developed a fever, chills and I politely asked a young man how much longer. First, he commented it was 3 people before me to get results, 2 hrs passed and nothing. Finally, after waiting 3 hrs. For doctor to give me diagnosis the doctor has the audacity to carry conversation with an employee for 5 minutes talking about her father being a police officer and doctor telling her he needed therapy. This doctor is ridiculously unprofessional, to top it off they couldnt find my test results. My file wasnt even placed outside my room, which my door was left open no respect for my privacy. This facility deserves 0 stars. Warning, to ill people dont go, and waste your money or time.

Cassie L I have been a long-time patient of Valley Day and Night Clinic, but after my recent experience, I will never return. After moving back to the area, I visited the clinic today for a routine issue—only to endure an appalling five-hour wait while receiving less than five minutes of actual medical attention. This level of disregard for patients’ time is completely unacceptable.
Throughout my visit, there was a total lack of communication or concern from the staff. Yet, they were quick to collect payment upfront, ensuring that even if I had chosen to leave in frustration, I would still be charged. This clearly demonstrates that Valley Day and Night Clinic prioritizes profit over patient care.
Given this experience, I will not only refuse to return to any of their locations but will also strongly advise others to avoid this clinic. The lack of professionalism and respect for patients is inexcusable.

jacob harris Ive been waiting for 2 hours and people whove been here for a shorter amount of time are called in before me because they have insurance even tho they made me pay 95 as soon as I get in here. They continue to still put people in front of me, it just makes no sense why not charge me after the visit? so I can leave if its taking to long to call me. Im also not paying for attitude from the front desk, asking a question equals attitude with them.

Benjamin Keene Made me and my wife wait 3 hours when we were told it would be under 1 hour wait. Not cool. Tons of sick people waiting just to get seen. Wil never be coming back. They made us pay first and then were not even available to give us a refund.

cecilia espinosa Waited almost two hours to be “seen” by a doctor for less than 60 seconds. He did not even make eye contact. This was a very impersonal medical service, when it should feel like your doctor cares about you. Most he did was put a stethoscope on my back and made me breathe twice when I had told them I was having chest pain and a burning crackly cough. I tested positive for the flu but felt pneumonia symptoms. I understand that the medical system is just busy and pumping people through but, what ever happened to examining the chest, glands, throat, ears, etc?? At least looking your patient in the eye and referring to them by name. Will not recommend, will not return. Very disappointing.
Not only that but my at-home thermometer kept marking between 100.3 and 101.7 (oral, full battery, medical grade) and the consultation offices used a forehead infrared thermometer which measured 98.5 which tells me their equipment doesn’t work.
Was not briefed on medications either.
Would give 0 stars.
