Amy C Dr Benjamin Linden never disappoints me. After many years, he spends all of the time I need. He is a thorough diagnostician. He asks the right questions and recalls not only my medical, but also family history. Interested in my children and grandchildren. Talks about your life. Not just your illness. He is one of the real jewels in family practice. A wonderful human being.

Megan True Good healthcare providers seem few and far between these days, but Dr. Linden is the exception to the rule. He listens, is empathetic, and uses sound clinical judgement in his plan of care. Highly recommend and so grateful I found him!

Daniel Monson Best doctor I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. So thankful that I happened to pick him from a random list my insurance provided years ago. I feel well cared for thanks to his knowledge and more motivated to make healthier choices thanks to his compassion.

Jennifer Richmond I have been a patient at this practice for the last 4 years mainly being followed just for check ups with Dr. Linden. I would say my experience was just ok...until I actually needed my doctor and I was greatly disappointed that it took 4 phone calls to get lab results taken care of. When I finally spoke to his nurse she was very rude and I requested to speak directly to the doctor only to find out he was just as cold and rude as she was. I knew right then that this was not the kind of medical care that I wanted to put my health in. I would consider seeking another practice that gets back to patient on a timely manner and treats them with compassion.

Brian Hamilton Dr Ben Linden is a wonderful Dr. He has taken care of my wife, kids and I for years. He is personable, knowledgeable and very intuitive. The office staff have always been kind and helpful. Wait times can fluctuate, but thats a normal thing, when they are treating a patient for a bit longer. I have only had a longer wait te once and he apologized. Love whole group.

Roy Biggerstaff Called since the Dr was assigned to me by my insurance. I was handled very rudely and with no compassion. Interrupted throughout trying to explain and then put on hold while explaining. Again only to have an ill tempered lady basically talk to me like I was stupid. As I told her they are on my insurance card All I was trying to do was understand how that happens instead of being so rude to people you guys should learn some people skills Im actually very happy to find out this will not be my new doctor after speaking with your staff.

Thomas Smith Dr. Linden is great-he is kind, listens, and doesn’t make you feel rushed. Here is my problem with HV Family Medicine. My insurance pays for a yearly wellness visit; that’s great. I go to the doctor, get my check, he asks me how my blood pressure is at home, I say that it is a little high, he suggests changing the dosage of the medication, and I agree. Just because of that short conversation, my visit goes from a wellness visit to an office visit, and I am charged for it. Shouldn’t a discussion about blood pressure be a part of “ wellness”? Be careful what you discuss with your doctor. Shortly after I complained about this to the office manager, Laurie, she said that she would talk to Dr. Linden, and I said I would tell him myself before I go elsewhere. Within 15 minutes, I lost access to my patient portal. Take your chances dealing with the office staff!

Nasser Loutfi If you dont have the very expensive corporate Blue Cross/Blue Shield health insurance Dr Linden will not even look at you and if you gave them an open ended credit card, only a medical practitioner (a nurse) will meet you. Then the practitioner will prematurely assume your condition and will blindly push on you heavy and deadly drugs that can destroy your heart and/or vital organs before even diagnosing your condition to identify exactly what your medical problem is, they are careless and unprofessional in the way they push deadly prescription drugs, practice medicine and treat people.

Jessica L Absolutely horrible to work with. Billing is a complete nightmare. I have been trying for 5 months to get the billing straightened out with them. They forgot to tell me important information multiple times, they keep saying they sent the bill to my insurance and they have not. I had to give them my insurance information FOUR TIMES. Every time I call, I STILL have to give them the explanation that YES, I do have insurance, I have emailed you guys the card multiple times, and here it is again. This is the most ridiculous experience. The last time I had an emergency with them, it took 14 MONTHS to get it resolved.

Pepe Ruiz I went to visit someone here. They seemed well taken care of. The staff was friendly, there was plenty of space to park, and everything seemed well maintained, clean, and comfortable. It wasnt too crowded either. The nurses didnt seem stressed out either, which is a good sign. There was a very pretty chapel towards the entrance. I liked the place.

Sonita Gurung I had the most amazing experience welcoming my firstborn at this hospital. The care and support I received from the staff were truly exceptional. A special thank you to Nurse Grace and Nurse Kim from the labor department, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive throughout the entire process. Their warmth and professionalism made me feel so comfortable during such a life-changing moment. I also want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Rachel Osborne, who was outstanding in every way. Her expertise and reassuring demeanor gave me so much confidence, and I knew I was in the best hands possible. Thank you to the entire team for making this such a wonderful experience for me and my family. I couldn’t have asked for better care!

Matty Jeng I had my baby at the hospital in April but let me tell you the staffs are amazing as well. My doctor Dr Vandell delivered me but the staffs were very kind and helpful during my surgery . After my surgery, the anesthesia person came to see how I was doing and the other staffs as well. The hospital is really nice and clean. The staff are also very respectful but lady had a little attitude in the beginning but she probably was having bad days . Will definitely delivered my baby again if I ever get pregnant again Thank you all

Karen Around this time last year I gave birth. I was already in labor and I was taken to the waiting room before delivery. The nurse that I had asked me questions regarding my medical history. I advised her immediately that I wanted to get medications and epidural. She proceeded to check how far I was and I know for a fact that she did an illegal membrane sweep without my consent because she rotated her fingers and I felt immense pain. I told her that it hurt a lot after she did that and she stated it was just a cervical check although I KNEW it wasn’t. I again advised her that I wanted medications. She left the room to “call my doctor” for me to get approval to get medicine. I called her 3 more times because the pain was horrible and she denied me medicine. She then came back to the room and told me she was going to move me to a delivery room. In the span of all of this I requested for almost 4 hours for pain medication and she did not give me any. Now after 4 hours of her knowing I requested medicine she wanted to insert her fingers AGAIN to check me. I told her I was not going to let her do that and I wanted to speak to someone else that would not violate my rights. I explained exactly what happened and I was finally given a epidural and when I was in the process of giving birth the nurse that refused medicine to me and did a illegal membrane sweep comes into my room and apologizes. I was so traumatized by this. People like this take advantage of people and think we do not know our rights. Maybe it was racially motivated I do not know at this point.

Erica R I have been here 3 and a half hours and they have not called a single person to the back since I have been here. My son lodged a toy up his nose is why we came here and people are constantly leaving. When we ask whats taking so long they avoid the question and say they have no time frame for us. Dont recommend.

Elyse Hamilton Delay, denied, died. Thats what happened to our loved one in the care of this Healthcare system. We are, grieving, hurt, but the overall sentiment regarding this tragic situation is anger. Our loved had health problems for months and continuously sought help from this Healthcare system and had several hospitalizations at various locations within this Healthcare system. All of her outside providers affiliated with this Healthcare system. She was a responsible patient. She followed up on all of her concerns. She was mindful the her insurance may not cover some providers and that was part of the reason she sought care from this Healthcare system. She trusted them. We watched our loved one decline to eventually receiving critical care and no one had the answer. She was passed off to several providers until this final hospitalization at this location. It was during this hospitalization the we realized how bad the ball had been dropped with our loved one. We could not get consistent information regarding treatment. Some of our family arent clinical people and some plain language could have made a major difference in our decision to keep our loved one in this Healthcare system. We ultimately decided that we wanted our loved one out of that system. We lost all confidence in the care our loved one was receiving in this system. We requested a second opinion. We wanted out. We initially received acceptance at a Healthcare system in DFW where I happen to live and worked for several hospital organizations. We were later told our loved one could not be sent to Dallas due to a bed issue at that time and once a bed became available. The Healthcare system in DFW called for daily updates for several days until the transfer was eventually canceled for reasons that are still unknown. We as family reached out to the facility reached out to the facility and DFW and they were expecting the transfer to happen. By the time questions were being asked our loved one continued to deteriorate. There are so many unfortunate missteps that led to the passing of our loved one. Healthcare is about saving lives. We felt treatment was done cautiously and based on providers fears and not to save a life. We have so many questions that we intend to ask in due time. Working in the legal side in Healthcare Ive seen this happen to so many other families. Never in a million years did I think someone in my family would experience this situation. When we asked questions we were given customer service responses and not full transparency. A lot of the staff talked at us and not to us. Patients have rights and full transparency regarding their Healthcare. We are seeking accountability and justice for our loved one in the hopes that no other family experience a loss of this magnitude. We are thankful for the members of the staff who showed empathy and kindness. The nurses and day to day care team were kind, but administration not so much. They were more concerned with defending decisions rather actively listening to patient concerns.

Carol Mattson My love one was transferred out to a mental hospital. He came in with a UTI. Had confusion which comes with it. After that it was downhill from there. Today Christmas Day I was just told he passed away. I believe the horrible mental hospital was the worst nightmare. Was restrained too many times. Always sleeping. Hmmm. Couldnt feed himself. Yes he was old and maybe we dont matter so much. He was a creative of God and we all deserve better.

Theresa Griggs My son was seen by a nurse practitioner. He had lab work which was not reviewed for three weeks and we were unable to obtain results. He is a liver transplant donor and having ongoing abdominal pain. This establishment needs to be reported for negligence!

Jennifer Jolly Linden Life Center is a joke! Their "too dog" Joan, as she basically referred to herself thinks shes God and assume others are out narcotics because they are drug addicts. I specifically told my doctor what meds worked best for me, and he still refused to prescribe them. Said it wasnt allowed, when I know people personally hes prescribed the same medications to. Instead he prescribed me a medication that will basically make my sexual drive non existent. Im 27 years old. While the doctor was nice he prescribed me medication. That costs over $60. I have four sons and am a student. Never go there for anxiety issues EVER!!!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE WHO DOESNT LISTEN TO THEIR PATIENTS.

Jd Wayne I went there for a follow up after knee surgery from a motorcycle wreck. All i got was the pain seeker treatment. Akward silence and a couple of questions while she spend 30 mins typing. Then the np or whatever she was (with her work boots on), gets up and leaves with no word. Oh but they took my money. Not even an aspirin was prescribed for the cruching pain in my leg knee and arm. Id give them no stars if i could
