Jentry Wells I love Dr.Gartson. she has been my doctor for many years and I recommend her to everyone. I wish she had a PA to help with all her patients. The wait times can be very long because she is the only doctor in her practice. If you know her, you never want to leave her. Dr.Gatson is a loving, caring Dr. who listens to you and will explain and answer any questions you have.

Monica Flowers Dr. Gatson is a very good doctor. In addition to being personable, she is also knowledgeable. When I go to her, I feel like my care provider is human, with feelings and not a robot. I appreciate her using her knowledge and personality in a way that makes me feel she cares and I am welcome in her office. Some doctors have such big egos and are so distant, you might as well have a robot in their place. But Dr. Gat isnt one of them. She realizes knowledge is great, but being up close and personal is better. I am grateful for Dr. Gatson.

Judy Faggett My first time seeing Dr April Gatson she listens to you made me feel comfortable checks everything out. Gave me diagnosis setting me up with everything I need. Would recommend everyone who needs new doctor to call and get yourself appointment with her. You will love her too. Thank you again Dr April Gatson

Eve Summerill-Neel I actually had a primary care doctor “fire” me for questioning his assessment of my medical conditions. It was the best thing that ever happened to me, because a friend suggested I see Dr. Gatson. That was 8 years ago, and I’m thankful for her intelligence, knowledge, compassion and skill. Having said that, pack a lunch when you have an appointment, there is ALWAYS a long wait. Honestly though, it is worth any inconvenience to have her as my primary care.

C. S. Great doctor. Keep in mind she will not be on time, bring a book. She is giving the same quality of care that you will receive, to her current patient. No question is too big or too small. An old school, highly knowledgeable physician. If you are in a hurry and cant wait, ask for the first appointment if the day. Wait until 0930 to call and not be placed on a long term hold, or call at 2pm for the same quick conversation. She really is worth the wait.

Joy Parker Dr. Gatson is very nice and she actually listens to your complaints. The front office is not organized. They don’t communicate well with the back office. They also forward the phones early, so they won’t be bothered. Then when you do get the answering service, they don’t take messages! They only tell you the office hours and they are quick to hang up in your face.

JEREMIAH AND SARAH GLOSSER Called today to get an appointment for my husband. Woman who answered asked if she could place me on hold for a minute. I was on hold for over 10 mins before I hung up and called back. She answered and when I told her what we needed she said they were booked out for another three months and so I asked her if there was another office that she would Recommend. She was very rude and said, I don’t have that kind of list in front of me. Would NOT recommend that you even try to go here.

Dannielle Molesworth Weve been patients of Dr. Gatson for over 5 years, along with my mother before she passed. We only visit her for our yearly exams unless we have to, here inlies the problem the office hours are so limited, they leave early or completely close without notice. Like today at 2pm I again called about a serious problem with a new medication and they were closed early. When you call for questions with the Dr., you are told that you will be called back, you are NOT. If you have mail order prescription service, they are routinely ignored when requests for refills are sent. Not to mention the long lobby wait times prior to seeing the Dr. The later your appointment time the longer the delay. They do not seem to care about patients.

Cathie Porterw I was recently a patient at North Park for 24hrs. While waiting for a room to become available at the main hospital. I received excellent care from the Nurses and Doctors there.Since I was there so long I also met the lady in charge of food service, Sirreno Estrada. She goes above and beyond to make sure that every patient (there for an extended stay) receives exactly what they want and need.You can tell how important it is to her to take care of the patients. Dinner was at about the same time as I was going to be transferred by ambulance to the main hospital. She brought my dinner in a to go box. I highly recommended Northpark Hospital for your Emergency Room needs.

Ashton Green At North Park, you know you are in good hands because you are being cared for by the best! Each member of the team treats you like an individual with respect and dignity, and truly cares about getting down to the underlying problem. They are quick, efficient, and empathetic, and truly make you feel comforted during your most challenging times. My providers went above and beyond to discover my diagnosis, leaving no stone unturned. North Park rocks!

Karla Jackson Was nice to be seen quickly and not take hours for test results, diagnoses and out the door. Could be a little more comfortable when laying in bed with top sheet no pillow or blanket. Of course I was very sick and still having residual illness even now.

Leah Reed I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Freimer. He took the time to listen to me, and went out of his way to help me get the procedure I needed. I have spent hours upon hours at multiple Emergency Departments with nobody to truly care. This doctor gave me hope in Healthcare again. On top of that, nurses Leah and November were absolute angels. The IV stick was easy and I had zero pain with it. Meds were given the correct way and explained in detail. I want to thank everyone with an open heart. Bless you all!

Susan Fowler I highly recommend NorthPark ER. Nurse Whitney and Dr.Stiles were quick with information and treatment, easy to understand, and very caring. I was told to expect to be in and out in 2 hours and it was right on time. Thank you for your care for me.

Mike Matthews Extremely well cared for when I went into the ER with a life threatening event. I would say their Trauma team is one of the best in the country. They literally saved my life twice in the past 3 years. The recent event involving the ER staff, hospitalist, supporting providers, the 4th floor nurses and staff seem to care for me like they would their own family. They are very much appreciated.

Larry Michels I experienced a profuse nose bleed while shopping at a store near the hospital. I went to the E R and was promptly treated to stem the blood flow. I was taken to an observation area where I remained for about 45 minutes to be sure the bleeding hadn’t resumed. The staff made a follow up appointment at the Marshall hospital. (Where I live). I haven’t had any problems since .

Kelvin Williams Dr. Sneed was the worst emergency room doctor I have ever experienced during my lifetime. When she confirmed what I suspected my diagnosis was, she didn’t even try to start a treatment. She tried to discharge me and didn’t even go over my lab results. I went into the ER the Friday after Thanksgiving and she was going to try and make me wait until Wednesday of the following week to get treatment when the resources were available in the hospital. Typical protocol is to treat the patient and if they need additional follow-ups then the doctor should make recommendations. Dr. Sneed did not do that. My sister who has been a nurse in multiple areas such as psych, hospice, ICU, pediatrics, etc. had to step in and enforce that she treat me, if not my symptoms would have gotten worse and potentially lost my vision.

Called the 10-5/10-6 to check on my brother (Robert Earl Rayson III) and I recorded the call of the nurse telling me he was alive when he was discharged. When actually he died at hospital. Also Ill be there on Longview police department next because the entire city has leadership with bad business practices and no employees with empathy at all thank God for mercy and grace

login grisham This place made me want to crawl out of my skin. The waiting area and the walk to the exam rooms reeked of a foul odor. I was asked to leave a urine sample. When I went to place my sample in the little door where they instruct you to leave it my jaw hit the floor, there were SEVERAL samples that patients had left in there that the nurses failed to retrieve..to the point to where patients before me started stacking their urine samples on top of others. I was absolutely disgusted and brought it to one of the nurses attention as she proceeded to have me follow her to the next room where they do labs on the samples, I sat my sample down in a clear bin with other samples like she asked me too and walked back to the waiting area in absolute disgust. The entire third floor lacked cleanliness and the staff lacked personal hygiene. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

S G Dr Alosi was brought in unannounced at my last device check at Chistus Good Shepherd Hart and Vascular Longview Texas to defend a new medication prescribed by Dr.Bolan. after her intergeneration I left hospital in a full blown panic attack!! When asked who she was she lied and claimed to be a 3yr intern...

Gary Gibbons Registration in suite 100 is absolutely awful. The two people they have working had terrible attitudes. Talk about slow! 1 person working registration on Monday morning. The DMV moves at a faster pace!!!!!! Helpful hint. Show up an hour or more early. Or find another provider.
