Josh Dyba Unprofessional. Will leave you on hold for hours. Had to call back multiple times. Doctors are always revolving there and usually never stay long term. Had some questions regarding general medical practices (nothing that would violate HIPAA) and they refused to help me or point me the right direction. Save yourself the headaches and time and go somewhere else.

Kimberly Meredith Medfirst has been my primary care provider for about 3 years. Of the 10 or so appointments I have scheduled for myself and my husband over these 3 years, 2 have NOT been canceled. Many times when an appointment is rescheduled, it’s canceled again. By the time they honor your appointment, you’ve waited a year or more to be seen. Extenuating circumstances happen and I am very understanding of this- but extenuating circumstances are the trend at this office.

Tiffany Czarnomski This clinic is all about the money. They push too many appointments onto the physicians and thus their ability to actually "practice medicine" is compromised. If you are looking to have a personal family physician this is not the clinic for you. I respect the physician we have signed up with but the clinic management and pushing everything into telemedicine or to scheduled phone calls for a follow up is not how a family clinic should be run. This clinic will end up closing within two years if they keep this model up and it will likely end up being akin to an "urgent care, get me seen, push the pills clinic". If you want proper management and great family care, this is not your clinic. Most of their physicians are leaving this group because of this style of "cattle herding" and taking their skills and knowledge elsewhere. Their patient portal is also difficult to navigate and keep and link all the family members to the guarding account. Not all my children are linked to my account. And since the physicians are overworked not all the documentation and results are uploaded or entered into the patient portal account either. Thats how $$$ focused the clinic is. Ive been in healthcare my whole life and not seen a clinic run this poorly in any state Ive lived in.

Natalie Johnson Awful. Just awful. The first visit my parents went to was with Dr. Rodolfo Canizales-Collazo. They gave a wonderful report of how polite and kind he was. However, we found out that Dr. Rodolfo is anything but a nice guy.
We went yesterday for a 1:20pm appointment, but began to notice that the doctor was late, and it was now 2:07pm. I went out the office to inquire...only to find him and a female nurse playing hanky-panky with the door wide open! Nurse had no shoes on, the doc was in his chair playfully stooped forward while the nurse was on top of him, seemingly reaching towards his lap for something. Whatever they were doing, it was extremely unprofessional, and we were being held up over foolishness.
I interrupted and asked is the appointment still on because it was pass 1:20pm. At that point, the doctor was most likely embarrassed (at least I hope so), but the meeting didnt get better from there. Dr. Rodolfo basically tried to scare my mother into diaylsis, a procedure she vehemently turned down. Each time I countered what the doctor was saying, he became offended because he wanted to force his will on my mother.
He outright said that shes going to die, and he was faulting me. My mother was told that she was suppose to be dead years ago, yet shes still alive. I argued that he cant force my mother to do something against her will. Needless to say, we left and probably wont return.
Sorry, Rodolfo. We might be Black, but were not dumb. We know that dialysis targets minorities, and that its a huge money maker for your industry, but not this family. Be a better doctor and husband.

Jose Ramirez I was told only appointment is 3 months out . I scheduled the appointment. When i arrived i was not seen due to the doctor taking a "personal day". I asked to be seen by another doctor or nurse practitioner and they said there was no doctors working that day (during a week day). The office manager also stated she were the highest authority in the building and there was nobody else i could speak with. They refused to give me a note showing that i showed up for an appointment that they cancelled in stead they wanted to give me a note saying i had changed my appointment. When i told then that i had taken time off work for my appointment and they needed to see me or compensate me for my time they told me to just go back to work. I was then offered an appointment 2 months out. So to be seen by this practice it would have been 5 months from the day i scheduled my appointment. I urge you to pick a different practice so you dont die waiting to be seen. Also their answer to everything is wait months for an apt or go to the ER. Very unprofessional staff.
