Cara Fuller RUN AWAY from this place. (Warning long review) Another review stated “ tried to blame me for her and her staffs incompetence and negligence” and I couldn’t put it any better myself. My son is a patient of Dr Holmes. Well, he had one phone visit with her. She prescribed medication. He responded well. That was last year sometime. Since then, we have spent all day holding the phone in hand waiting for a call for a phone visit that never happened TWICE. We were told they tried to call and we didn’t answer. Yeah right - we waited all day, no voicemail or missed call from her or her office. We had another appointment cancelled because she was on leave. Today, they cancelled his appointment because she “called out sick”. They offered me a reschedule two months from now. My son is out of psychiatric meds and will crash. A “crash” for him is generally violent. Dangerous for him, us, and his siblings. Dr Holmes refuses to refill the meds till he is seen. His nurse said she would send her a request when they called to cancel my appointment. That was five hours ago. I just called to check on it and was told they had not heard from her and the nurse or whoever I talked to was rude and dismissive about it. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor. Literally any other doctor. This place is terrible.

Granga Judy FOREWARNING: This is a lengthy review, but I wanted to share as much of the horrible experience I had so you would have enough “negative” to stay far, far away from this place!!! The ONLY reason I gave it a 1 star rating is because I couldn’t leave a review if I didn’t select a rating!!! I had been referred to this office (mistakenly) by my PCP. I decided to go ahead and see the Nurse Practitioner since my referral was mid-October and Dr. Holmes was booked up until March!! I have seen Nurse Practitioners in the past many times at several different appointments elsewhere so I chose to be seen in 3 days vs 5 months. I should have followed my gut feeling (and nose) when I walked into the office/waiting room and was met with a musty smell and what used to be light colored, suitable for sitting furniture. Or, when I was told by the receptionist, that the nurse practitioner was running late because she had an “emergency” visit…which was literally being conducted IN THE HALLWAY right beside the very small waiting room (with only cheap partial privacy glass between us)!! It was loud enough for us to hear her yelling at what was visually and audibly (the voice) of a CHILD!!!! When I was called back to her office, she wasn’t even in there, the chair was uncomfortable and placed unusually far from her desk. When she came in, she appeared frustrated and almost angry, and it took a really fast downward slide immediately!!! She was very hard for me to understand (very heavy accent and didn’t speak loud enough for me to hear her since I was sitting so far back) and extremely rude!! She didn’t want to hear/know anything ABOUT me…no eye contact whatsoever and just focused on her computer or her notes the entire time. So, when she said “tell me what is going on”, I tried, but she cut me off about 5 words in to ask what medications I was taking. All she wanted to know was what medication I was taking and telling me how wrong the combination was and that it “overlapped” with my current prescription medication routine (meaning more than one medication for certain same diagnoses such as depression and anxiety). But she never listened when I tried to explain how “TREATMENT RESISTANT” my depression and anxiety are!!! Now, I must add, that prior to February of this year I had a phenomenal psychiatric Nurse Practitioner that I had seen for years!! He listened and worked diligently for a long time to get my medication combination and dosage as close to right as he could!! He changed my life significantly twice…my first visit with him gave me hope…My last visit brought “panic” back to it. He retired and I have been searching for another “good” one to take his place. I’m still searching!!! Now, THIS “NP” started barking about taking 2 medications for the same symptom/diagnosis and what all I needed to STOP taking!!! My body does not work that way!!! I have been taking most of my medications for YEARS and I could quickly become suicidal if I stopped taking them! I have an ACTUAL card that I take everywhere with me that has a QR code that can be scanned to show bloodwork results that PROVE my body only responds to some medications when given by a certain route (some with pills, some with shots, and some in liquid form). It also proves my body takes higher than normal doses of some medications to treat my symptoms since I don’t respond to normal doses effectively because my body only uses small amounts of those medications and the rest is “sent to exit my body”. But, again, she refused to listen to my information and also refused to scan my QR code. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! This “lady” was so downright rude that I almost got up and walked out…but I had already paid my copay for the visit which literally took about 8 minutes!!! I told my husband in the waiting room (loud enough for all to hear) that I would NEVER set foot in there again!!! Thank you if you read this very lengthy review!! I just can’t describe the level of fury I have with this place and the disservice that all of her other appointments are receiving. So sad!!!

Debbie Wallace Had to mark 1 star just to add a review but this practice does not deserve it. Waited 4 hours past appointment time just to see her for less than an hour visit. Was told to call in 10 days to let her know how medications were working that was over 2 months ago and still no call back. Several calls from us and insurance to get paper work filled out and still no response. Would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Now thanks to Dr Holmes we no longer have insurance.

T Johnson I would NEVER recommend Dr. Holmes or her office to any of my family and friends. After waiting three months to be seen by her, she cancelled and rescheduled my first appointment, so I had to wait another three weeks. Then at the rescheduled appointment, I waited 2 1/2 hours past my scheduled appointment time just to be seen. Her receptionist, Angela, is extremely rude and does NOT give her messages and it took her 2 weeks to get back to me regarding having a prescription filled. I also needed a form completed by her that had a due date and she never completed it. In addition to this, when I had an emergency because of the medication she prescribed me, it was not treated as such by her receptionist when I called her office during business hours letting Angela know I was having an emergency she told me Dr. Holmes was too busy and hung up on me. I then called the after hours EMERGENCY LINE, which I dont know why they even have because Dr. Holmes herself did not get back to my on her emergency line, which she is in charge of. She did not treat me with the respect or dignity I deserved and tried to blame me for her and her staffs incompetence and negligence. She clearly takes on more patients than she can attend to, which in my opinion is very unprofessional. She also is more concerned about her reputation than her patients. I would NEVER recommend her and advise you to seek help elsewhere.

Wanda Burke would NEVER recommend Dr. Holmes or her office to any one.My grandson sees her monthly. Her staff is VERY RUDE, they never relay messages to Dr. Holmes. It takes 2 or 3 days and several phone calls later in order to get them to call in refills. They will schedual your appointment at 1 time and then not even call you in to be seen for 2 hours after the time. This is pure negligence. She clearly takes on more patients than she can attend to, which in my opinion is very unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend her. And IF there is somewhere else near by that would take on my grandsons insurance we would change in a heartbeat but there isnt. So where stuck here.

Ora Miles I had a sleep study scheduled on Feb 13, 2025 at 2130 hrs. I arrived at 2115 hrs. My sleep study didnt start until almost 2230 when the technician started putting all the wires on my head, arms, and legs. I think her name was Martha. She did give me a form to fill out but I figured if I filled it how I really felt, then it would not get turned in, plus she was rushing me. When attaching the wires standing in front of me, she passes gas loudly and smelly. She said excuse me and then proceeded to continue to pass gas several more times. She had told me to put my stuff on the table upon arrival so I asked how would I be able to get my stuff while all wired up. She told me that I didnt need my stuff. I responded that I had my Ipad in my bag so I could read to make self sleepy. She then picked up my bag and purse and tossed it toward the bed and it landed on the floor. I had to tell her that was really rude and uncalled for and I would not put up with that type of behavior. So once she got me lying down in the bed, she picked up my purse and bag and put it on the bed beside me. I asked her for some water to take my medications and she brought me an 8 ounce bottle of water. When I started drinking it with my medications, she told me I couldnt drink it all because I couldnt get up to go to the bathroom. I informed her that I drank plenty of water all the time and I was not incontinent and knew what I could drink and dont have to get up during the night. The next morning I was supposed to be awakened by 0500 and discharged by 0600. But she came in the room at 0515, turning on the lights and telling me she had to unhook me and I needed to get dressed right away. I can only assume that she was still running behind from the night before. She casually mentioned the 2 papers for me to fill out and return to her. This woman had no good bedside manner and I hope no one else has to go through what I suffered. The only kind thing she did was bring me a blanket when I was cold.

Double edged fist Disgusting excuse for an ER. If you are in pain, DO NOT waste your time coming here. They don’t care. I came in for severe abdominal pain. Place is pretty clean and neat, but that’s the only thing positive. The guy behind check in window doesn’t say a word. You pick up clip board and fill out two sheets, just to hand back in, to silent Bob. He later comes out (still not saying a word) to put on your plastic bracelet. I then later get called in by a young female tech/nurse whose pants are on so tight they looked like they were airbrushed on. Don’t know anybody’s name cause you can’t read their IDs and they don’t introduce themselves. Anyway she barely says two words while trying to take my blood pressure. She screws it up so the guy at the desk has to tell her how to do it. She starts up machine then takes a seat and starts getting on her phone. A real assurance that I’m in for real professional care. Not! Her attitude sucked. Fire her! You don’t belong being in the medical field with an attitude like that. So I’m asked why I came in. I explain that I’m in pain. At no time am I asked my pain levels or offered anything. I was just tossed back in the waiting room. So the waiting begins, with no communication. I have no idea when I’m up, how long the wait is, etc. It’s a whole different ball game when you’re in a large amount of pain, and have to just sit there. I eventually left and went elsewhere. This place is just unreliable. It’s unsettling to know when you need urgent medical care, that there is none available here. Complete lack of humanity. Shame on this place!!!

Nancy Dodson This is a very professional facility. Staff, nurses & my doctor (Frasier) is the best. I always knew what was going on, and it all turned out like they said it would. The doctor is outstanding not only as a surgeon but great bedside manners. They gave me confidence in the hospital nurses & my doctor. Can’t thank you enough for all you did for me.

Kayley Meshaya The nurse was very kind to me, I barely saw the doctor. My PCP wanted me to get an ultrasound on my gallbladder and stomach to confirm suspicions or to rule them out. The Dr at another ER wanted me to get an ultrasound of my ovaries to rule out ovary twists. They only did an ultrasound of my ovaries then gave me a drip for a stomach ulcer (that they didnt test for!). Then proceeded to cut the drip short and send me out once they confirmed I did not have a twist. When I asked about the ultrasound my PCP requested they refused. ALL OF THIS TOOK OVER 4.5 HOURS

Schkueben Schkneiben Hi folks, I was in healthcare and leadership for 25 years ranging from being a combat medic in the Army to leadership in level 1 trauma center and Emergency room. The staff here are amazing with bed side manners and care, the ER is very clean and the coffee is good too. I will point out Reilly RN if you are a veteran; she is amazing. All the people have been great though even Dr Hobbs as well. I will come here again if needed. Very empathetic treatment people.

Richard Vernadeau Went to Dr Gangulys office at 8:30 simply to get the paperwork to go do lab tests. Girl at the reception area told me to go to waiting room that it would be a few minutes. 15 Minutes later I returned to the same reception and she said shed go back there and see what was taking so long and meet me in the waiting room. 10 more minutes pass. I go back to the receptionist and she informs me that they were having to change the ink in the printer. So then I get the paperwork. It is now 9:06. I go down to the Labcorps to hand over paperwork and have tests run. I sit down in that waiting room and one woman sitting there informed me that there was nobody in the lab and that she had been sitting there 20 minutes already. I waited another 15 minutes and another lady had sat down also right as I had come in. Two of us had pushed the button to ring the lab room to let them know we were there. There was no response during the 15 minutes that I was there. I got up and left as I had other appointments elsewhere and was on a time schedule.

GinaMichelle AvinaHernandez Dr. Coleman treated me like A person, a woman; not like someones whos beneath her or stupid. She saw me for almost two yrs, throughout the COVID pandemic, even after I moved too far away to make the drive. Her intake nurse helped me and was so kind and understanding even when I was so late every single time. Dr Coleman often called to see how I was, called and in a prescription to another Pharmacy if I needed it or after hours when I was late. She changed my life many times, now Im a more capable mother and woman! Im so very totally grateful Dr Mrs Coleman; for her professionalism, kindness, understanding and patience. Heaven knows, I am late the majority of times.
