Rod I’ve never been in a hospital with so many staff in tune with each other and what was going on. It was truly amazing. Each and every nurse over 5 days with my mother had patience beyond belief. It was magical. All of them at the same time working 12 hour shifts. Also the room was very nice and had plenty of sitting area and a fold out sleeper couch.

Ms. Myra G I’ve been coming here for years to get my labs done and have never had any issues. Last week I came to get a minor surgical procedure done and everyone (admins, nurses and docs) were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I received a great level of care. No issues or delays.

Aziz Moten Methodist Willowbrook Hospital genuinely impressed me, not just with their medical expertise but with their inclusive approach. Finding a Muslim prayer room available 24/7 by the North Entrance was a comforting surprise. It’s clean and welcoming, a quiet space for reflection any time of the day. This thoughtful feature really highlights the hospital’s effort to cater to all. It’s the small things that make a big difference, and this detail certainly made my experience feel more personal. Highly appreciated and recommended.

Bill Rosicato I would like to recognize Ms. Carmen. Today while waiting for my wife I noticed Ms. Carmen helping a patient.
Now Ms.Carmen was on her way to her station, she noticed a patient was lost. Ms. Carmen walked the patient to the proper area and made sure the patient was comfortable and safe!
Ms. Carmen exemplified everything that Methodist Hospital stands for.
I introduced myself and complimented Ms. Carmen on her caring for patients.
Methodist Hospital is very lucky to have such a wonderful caring health care professional. The world is a better place because of Ms. Carmen.
Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas Ms. Carmen.

Paige Avellar Honestly, very unimpressed with the midwifery unit. They scheduled me for a well-woman checkup on February 26th at 8:20 AM. I live 45 minutes away so I woke both myself and my 9 month old baby up early to make sure we could arrive on time. I get there and check in and the secretary says she can’t find my appointment. She looks into it more and sees that they booked me for February 26th…of 2026. She says she’ll go back to see if any of the midwives are available to see me for a well woman checkup; mind you, there’s no one else in the waiting room. She comes back with a sticky note with a phone number on it and tells me that her manager said to call and reschedule. No accountability for their actions and no attempt to rectify the situation. So I call and make another appointment; I’m not going to make a big deal about it.
About a week later, I get a voicemail from the midwifery office telling me that the provider that I’ve scheduled with is not accepting my insurance plan. I know that this isn’t true because I made sure to verify that all of the midwives in their office were in network with my insurance plan BEFORE I even made the first appointment in February. So I call them back and the secretary tells me that she needs to place me on hold to follow up on something. Then she comes back and says that none of their midwives are actually doing well woman visits at this time. Why would you schedule me for a well-woman checkup TWICE if none of your midwives were performing these services? ALSO, do not advertise these services on your website if your midwives aren’t offering them! At this point, none of their lies and BS were adding up so I just told her that I would go ahead and try to find a different practice.
Despite all of their shortcomings, I really tried to keep it cool and be patient because it was important to me that I receive well woman and future pregnancy care from a midwife and their hospital is one of the only places that has midwives in network with my insurance plan. I don’t know why they tried to push me out so quickly but I don’t think I deserved this kind of treatment. 10/10 do NOT recommend.
