Jaimee Williams The spa is beautiful and the service providers are always great but the front desk always makes it a terrible experience, I have been here twice and each time they drop the ball. They have changed my appointment times multiple times with no heads up in advance to me. The last time I went, nothing for me was ready, no robe or slippers they had to scramble to get it ready then my massage and facial were supposed to be back to back, I go to the waiting room and was there for 30 minutes, only to go to the front desk to find out that my facial time was changed with no heads up, so I guess the front desk just did whatever they wanted to do (this also happened the first time I was there on my birthday). Then because of the dropped ball I was offered 10% off, the lady who did my facial offered me a free add on service and told me she wouldn’t tell the front desk, then I get up to pay and they did not take the 10% off because the "free add on" that the service provider did was more than the 10% off. Um that is not how that works, if you offered then it should honored, but I wasn’t in the mood to argue because I was so irritated by the multiple dropped balls that I just wanted to get out of there. Like I said, the spa is beautiful and the service providers are great but due to the rude and scattered brain front desk people I wont be returning.

Maatie Wallace My experience at the spa with the massage therapist was awesome, as well as with the facial technician. I’ve got a massage and a facial for Valentine’s Day for my husband, and honestly I’ve had better experiences at hand stone spa, I did not have to hear the receptionist talking to each other for the whole 50 minute massage, and it’s not as if they were checking people in and out because I could clearly hear them too going back-and-forth with their conversation, the best way I can explain it is if you’re trying to get a moment to yourself and you step into your bedroom but you can still hear your kids screaming and laughing outside of your Door. The two women who sit at the desk when I walked in had this look on their face as if I stunk or as if they couldn’t be bothered with me. But the young lady who showed me around was very nice. I wish the receptionist ladies were more welcoming it would make the experience probably better and quiet as it is a spa.

Carrie Obarr Hana did a phenomenal job on my facial. It was so relaxing and my skin looked radiant afterwards. She was so friendly and the apple spice mimosa afterwards was fantastic. She recommended a product to purchase that not only feels great it smells good too!

Bailey N Massage was good and of acceptable quality but was highly disappointed with the customer service. The masseuse and receptionist were both unfortunately very rude. I asked to not be near the front lobby when getting a massage when checking in because of a prior bad experience at Woodhouse Spa when a previous massage was interrupted by lobby chatter and voices. The receptionist who checked me in never mentioned it being an issue. When arriving to the massage room, I was once again placed near the lobby. I asked about switching rooms to one that was not in ear shot from the front desk lobby and, not only did I get a harsh response, it cut into my massage time. In addition, my “assigned” locker had been accidentally taken by someone and the next locker they gave me had a broken lock. The room used for the massage was as cold as the service provided. I have tried Woodhouse Spa multiple times to try and see if maybe I just got unlucky once or twice but unfortunately this does not seem to be the case. Disappointing experience overall and will not be recommending. I strongly suggest choosing elsewhere.

Yvette Goodman Tim was the worst massage Ive ever had in my entire life, and Ive had plenty. I booked a deep tissue 50 minute massage, explained I didnt care about my front and to concentrate on my back side many the sciatica pain I was experiencing. He gave a Swedish massage instead and not once did he do deep tissue. Spent about 1 minute on my sciatica area gluts, and not nearly enough on my low back and down my leg. When he announced it was over and I said what about my sciatica, he said "oh you should have told me your gluts. As if it was my fault. Does he not know his anatomy. Before coming in I saw him on his phone in the parking lot smoking. Not sure if that had anything to do with him relaxing into a Swedish instead of deep tissue, but this not worth $20 much less the $120 they charged me for 50 minutes of gentle rubbing. The girls at the front desk were nice but said they couldnt do anything to refund me because they had no management authority. I was in so much pain and disappointed that I shed a tear in the quiet room waiting for my hot tea. Whole experience was awful. And the locker they gave me when I set my stuff there the shelf collapsed, but luckily did not fall on me. The girl said sorry then walked away. She did not help me or offer to get me another locker.

Valerie Hopkins Trish is AMAZING! I’m new to the area, booked an appointment online, and I’ve found my new nail tech! She did such a wonderful job on my piggies…(deluxe pedicure with glitter gel polish) and she gave me an absolutely beautiful new set of gel nails with French tips! She took her time and made sure they were perfect …by far the absolute best experience I have ever had with a nail technician!!! I’ve already recommended her to family! Salon was pristine, with great atmosphere…and I was so relaxed when I was all done.

hailey stafford Everyone is very nice and sweet! They ask you many times through out the process if everything looks good! Never too busy and they don’t rush you out !

Dez Rodriguez This is the worst set Ive ever had. She clipped off ALL my skin on one of my fingers to try and cover an uneven file. It burns like no other with how raw it is. Polish all over my skin, lumpy shape, and glue all over my fingertips. I was here for 2.5 hours!! I had my toes painted, set taken off, and this one put on for $95. This should be criminal. DO NOT come here.

Amanda I came here last Thursday when I couldnt get in at the salon I usually use. The ladies are incredibly nice and the pedicure was great. I was absolutely exhausted and was in a hurry to pack so I didnt extensively look at my nails until the next day. When i did i noticed there was a heavy gap between my cuticle and the nail on practically every single one. It looks like i got them done 2 weeks ago. My middle finger has the biggest gap and its misshapen. Then the gel on my thumb bubbled up and tore which has never happened to me before. I usually do dip but just let the solar happen this time cause i wasnt actually asked so I didnt think about it. I wont make that mistake again on my part. I really liked the ladies there and it was refreshing to see cute animals on the tv and not HGTV like the majority of places. I just wish my nails looked like they were worth the $120 i spent.

Amanda Andrews Not a welcoming place at all!! Walking in the lady behind the desk yells at you if you have an appointment and is very rude and sarcastic. Just overall not a great experience and terrible atmosphere and vibe. Much better salons around I don’t recommend this place at all She tore my cuticles up!!! I have never in 36 years had this happen

Millie King Amazing Service!!! Amazing Nails!!! I highly recommend this nail salon!!! I got a full set acrylic nails. I went with a friend of mine and we didn’t have appointments, so when we got there they were kind of busy. But we were immediately greeted and shown where to sign in. They ask what type of nails we wanted and based who did our nails on that. Also while we waited they continued to communicate what the time frame looked like for starting. The nails we got were amazing and I will definitely be returning. They did amazing work and I’m incredibly satisfied with my nails!!

Marrci LeeAnn Two stars because the atmosphere isn’t completely terrible. My pedicure was perfectly fine. Manicure, not so much. The first tech who started on my nails told me the reason my nails were now so short was because I had “broke “ them. False. Only one pinky nail was damaged. The other two fingers she claimed were “broken” had zero damage to them. Not even chipped polish. She got up and left her chair and another tech took over. No big deal. Then over 5 layers of polish and some weird stripe that was supposed to mimic magnetic polish and I’ll have to go somewhere else to have this polish removed and redone. Frustrated is an understatement.

Morgan C I used to loyally come here all the time. Now, I will never come here again. I’m sick of getting stuck with the lady who can’t do nails then gets a bad attitude and rushes your nails when you try to correct the mistake. I’ve gotten her about 3 times before in my life, and this was the final straw. I’m not putting up with this anymore. I tried to be nice and visit my old favorite place after coming back from Austin, but thanks for reminding me why Belton is the GHETTO.

AnnaBelle Bittencourt They did an awesome job. The staff was very kind and performed services quickly and neatly despite being very busy. My nails came out amazing and my pedicure was very relaxing. Edit *3 weeks later* My mani pedi stayed in amazing shape the past three weeks but it was time for a refresh. I went with an almond french tip this time and they did not disappoint! This is definitely the go-to nail salon in Belton.

Samantha Blackburne I have been coming here for years and I cannot recommend Expert Nails enough! Hannah and Jimmy both do such a wonderful job. I always get dip polish and their deluxe pedicure. They even do 20% off Mon-Thurs! You can’t beat the price for the service you get.

Today was nails and pedicure day. She is meticulous with each nail, is constantly checking details of her work, when I first arrive for appointment she is looking at growth and how they look after three weeks. My feet stay dry and pedicure she suggested today was absolutely what my tootsies needed. Please stop in and see her. Welcome to Belton!

Angie Vankirk This is the third time I have been to this establishment. I must say the when you first walk in based on the appearance, it appears to be a very nice place. Very professional looking. You will soon notice that the isnt many nail booths. Mostly pedicure chairs. The people are somewhat friendly. The quality of their work is poor. The first time I went I got my nails done at a pop up nail table. Second time the last had acrylic all over my hands and I was way over charged! Third time and most recent was Sunday January 19th. I took my daughter to have a girls day. We sat down and we was rushed into a set of nails. My technician was rude. She didnt try to converse one time. My daughters nails were not all that nice either. I give this place a one because zero want an option. They are rude, over priced and their work is unsatisfactory. I am praying pics of my nails I just got done Sunday today is Thursday. Sorry about camera quality.

The service provided were fantastic and the prices are very reasonable and fair. High quality results for a budget friendly price!! Highly recommend!

Brittany Duble I have used this 4x in the past 2months spending well over $150 each time. I thought I had found my nail place. Had my nails filled and a few days later two of them crumbled and broke and one chopped half way off, the next day I was drying my hands with a towel and it was lifted so bad that it pretty much popped off. All 10 were lifting by the time I got up there to see if they would make it right. Instead, they looked at my nails and pretty much said the job doesn’t look familiar and said they were short handed. NEVER will I EVER step foot into that place again and will not ever give refer anyone to this place. Stay far away, you have been warned.
