Mac Esmi (Esmi) I believe its under new management. So sad this place use to be good. If the previous owners see this post please let us know where you moved too. Definitely not coming back to this current location. The man the comments keep mentioning is the one who did my nails. Not only was I there 2 exhausting hours but he messed my nails up twice and had to redo them and still they didn’t come out good. I have been trying to grow my own nails for a while. They are finally long enough to where I can just ask for them to be dipped. I had my normal shape nail he filed them and didn’t even ask before he did it. Not only is my nail thin, but they broke and chipped on the second day. Spent $65 for nothing.

Daisy I went here to get my nails done as a treat. The nail techs were super friendly and welcoming. I told them about how I didn’t want my natural nails to be filed down too much, and they accommodated to my wishes. The service was quick and efficient with very little wait time. I really enjoyed my time there and I definitely would recommend this place to others!

Yajaira Ramirez Tina is a high quality pedicure technician who always exceeds your expectations, my mother and sister have been going to Tina for about 7 years she is great.

Andrea Brooks The experience was just okay. My total ended up being $63. I asked for a regular manicure and dip with a pedi. I did not get the manicure that I asked for. They only had one black dip with sparkles, but the sparkles were tiny so I said I wanted more sparkle. She told me she could do it. So after dip, she did two layers of silver gel sparkle and never asked if I liked it. When it started drying the shine was fading and when I told her, she just spread the oil around and said it was fine. Now, two hours later, the sine is starting to fade again and my nails are starting to look super dull. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but I probably won’t be going back. Oh yeah, the also had two different people do my fingers so they don’t even look the same, like why!

Rita V I’ve been coming to this place for almost 10 years! Emily does an amazing job each and every time, matches any nail inspo I provide. However even when making an appointment she is never able to see me on time, definitely over booked. There is always a wait time. This past time I went I waited 45 minutes, even with an appointment. My refill nails were rushed because there were other ladies waiting and these pictures are proof of it, ended up with a fungus. So upset this happened, unfortunately will not be going back.

Esmeralda highly recommend Hannah. i was told to go to her by my friend and Hannah did not disappoint. she is quick but precise. i will be coming back for Hannah to do my nails. i did have to wait 2 hours but i don’t mind because it’s good work and price is good! 5 stars

Rachelle Awful and over priced. I ended up spending $80 on a set which was ridiculous to begin with but I said Ill just do it this one time since i was going on a special trip. 3 days later they started popping off. When I got back in town 6 days later from getting them done I went in and they fixed the 7 of 10 nails that popped up. The very next day they were up again and I called where they told me I would just need to pay for a new set. I was like seriously, they didnt even last 2 weeks. She said we only guarantee for one week. I will not be going back. I told my daughters and they said thats why they stopped going there. They charge too much and they dont last at all.

Jackie Ramirez Went in just to get a simple dip manicure and came out disappointed. This was my first time here and I wont be going back. The woman who did my nails couldnt even file them straight and they came out crooked. She also put on way too many layers so my nails look very wide. I took a phone call and she told me to get off my phone which I found VERY rude. I know how to take a phone call and not disrupt a nail tech. Also they tell you to have a seat when you come in and I ended up waiting an hour. It would have been nicer for them to tell me to come back.

Rosa Rodriguez I came here only because its right off the highway and also because i saw good reviews but definitely experienced the WORST SERVICE EVER ! Before she even touched my nails i told her not to cut alot since my nails are my own and i never do the full set i just do the simple manicure on my Own nails. I also told her i wanted them in a square shape. As she was cutting them i noticed right away that she was doing an oval shape. I shopped her right after the 3rd nail and she basically ignored me and continued cutting. Once she was done with one hand i showed her the other hand and told her SQUARE she then understood what i was saying and cut more to make the square shape. At this point my left hand nails are longer than my right because she had to reshape the oval into square. She was getting ready to cut my left hand nails when a customer was complaining about her nails and they all laughed at her rudely. At this point im irritated bc she messed up and cut my nails short and then this other lady was complaining and all they did was laughed at her. I kept calm and let her finish her job. Tried not to look at exactly what she was doing bc the more i looked the more i was getting mad and disappointed. She didn’t polish my whole nail as you see some spots are unsuccessfully done and needed more polish. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Dont let the reviews fool you.

Reva Molot This place is a joke! They need to shut down ASAP! Full set Acrylic applied wrong and was a complete mess. I paid 50.00 which service was not even worth 20.00

Shalynn Arnold Horrible job. On my nails. She was very sweet but the work was terrible. First and last time going. I always get gel polish so I dont have to be careful about my nails drying properly. Never had them smudge like this 5 mins after leaving the nail shop

Gabrielle Perry DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. They are under new owners and the work is horrible. I asked meme for a full set, and she did my nails horribly. As I was asking her to correct errors, she got upset, yelled at me, put her hand in my hand and told me not to come back. By this time I had already paid because I got my toes done too and the other lady left earlier so she wanted her pay... had I known my nails would look like this I would have never paid. As I walk out she then comes to my car knocking on the window apologizing. Seriously don’t waste your time here.

Nico Kwagmire My son and I went here for mani pedi’s. We had a very nice and relaxing time. Pricing was great. This was my first time to get any nail services in Garland since I moved here. The ladies were very attentive and our nails looked great. The chairs we sat in worked well. They were talking and had a good energy with each other and laughing. I will definitely return for services.

Neyda Navarro The service depends on who you get, DO NOT get Tina she did my nails and cut/made my cuticle bleed, on top of that she filed my cuticle which hurt SO bad and didn’t do what I wanted. They are SO rude and while getting my manicure I saw the person next to me get hurt by someone else. First and last time I go here as they did not do a good job! Also they do not have a big variety of colors to choose from. My nail had began hurting and coming off and it took off half of my nail bed!!!! Will not be coming back here EVER again.

Bless Ade This nail salon is a solid 3. My friend and I went to get a pedicure. My technician was quick with my pedicure and her technician took VERY LONG for the same exact service. Now, I would have liked my technician to take her time, especially with the massage, but she didnt. Also the quality of my toes was great, like chefs kiss. My toes looked cute, but my friends was just ok. So its an enhhh for me. Other reviews mention that it depends on who you get and I agree.

Jessica Rodriguez The employees were nice but the outcome of my nails was horrendous. I had glue all over my fingers and they charged me $5 extra dollars for coffin shape. I don’t mind paying but if you’re already charging me $25 for the nails (And their bad) why would you charge more for a shape. Also waited till the last minute to tell me it was extra. The paint job was not good. I needed up with bubbles and smears. My index finger nails is super crooked. The acrylic doesn’t even end at my nail bed it goes over to my skin and on the sides of my fingers. Payed $35 for a nail set that started breaking off and chipping after 2 days. Not acceptable. Yes you get what you payed for but I’ve payed less for nails that look 5x better than these. Never going here again. They just care about getting the customer in and out as fast as possible and getting payed.

Shelli White I am actually shocked by how low the reviews are. I finally found the perfect place where they actually listen to how I wanted my nails done and they did it. I didnt have to go home and finish shaping my nails. Besides that it was amazing to be able to have a great conversation with them. As people were coming in they knew everyones name. It was like a big family. And when I got the organic pedicure. That was amazing. The warm neck pillow felt great. The place was clean and beautiful and very welcoming.

Binh Le The nail salon is under new management and it looks very clean so much nicer. The new owner sisters are friendly and provide high-quality services. I got my gel manicure done here and it has been more than 2 weeks and the gel have not peeled yet. They can do a lot of cool or elegant designs. highly recommend this salon and will definitely come back for more services in the future with them! :)

Kamya Beals They are very rude don’t spend your money with them ! They pick and choose who they want to be nice to .And yes this location have a big problem when it comes to greeting certain people as well. They greeted me told me where to sit and everything but when my mom came in 1 -2 mins after me they never greeted her ! She was standing for at least 5 mins just WAITING to be sat and greeted , but they never greeted her so she did what any other person would do and just walked out ! I still got my toes polished even after my mom walked out but that will be the very last time they get any service from me ! And this not the first time a situation like this have occurred with them. And then when you correct them about it they want to play victim. And let me be very clear the two older ladies that work here are very nice ! It’s the 2 younger ladies that work here that are VERY rude with bad attitudes!

Heather Parsons I got a pedicure here today. The staff was friendly and the salon was clean.... but as a nail tech myself, I was quite saddened that they rushed my service. My cuticles were not clipped or propperly pushed back and the massage was nothing more than a lottion application. Callus remover was not used even though the service addvertised it and my heals could have used a lot more work... My basic understanding of Vietnamese allowed me to over hear them say "They got the delux...make it quick". I do pedicures and manicures all day, ...very thoroughly... it would have been nice to have that quality of service for myself for once...

Riley Texas Stopped in here after shopping at Walmart. 1) Simply need to take off gel polish & paint with regular polish 2) I ran out of time, so I only got the the gel taken off 3) She then said, "that will be $10.00." 4) I pointed to the price list. It says polish change... $6.00 & Up 6) I didnt get any polish, my nails were plain. No top coat , nothing! 7) She started talking to the manager angrily... . but I went ahead & paid her the inflated price of $10 8) I have a decent job. The $10 wasnt the issue, issue was I didnt get a polish change ....I will NEVER return here. Unethical staff, deceptive establishment !!!!

Kala Byrum I actually thought everyone was really great when I first walked in explaining I was bringing my daughter in for her homecoming, and she was getting her hair fixed next door. I got a pedicure, which was great! Then my daughter walks in and everything changed. The man doing my toes did hers and was extremely rough with her feet to the point we all were watching to see what was happening. He took the toe holder off my toes to put on her toes directly off my feet. A lady asked about my nails and I said yes but I rather yall start on my daughter since she’s the priority. Everyone proceeded to be as slow as possible and 3 and a half hours later they accomplished 2 pedicures and one set of nails. People came in after and got their nails done while I sat in a chair waiting. I wish I could say it was miscommunication but I continuously stressed the importance of us being out quickly and was told her nails would take 45 min. Well fast forward to now, she is late to her homecoming and finally getting dressed leaving me time to write this review. It’s sad for such great work there’s no actual care for the people. Especially when I said repeatedly it was a special occasion and we’re in a rush. If they were honest, we could’ve just left and painted ourselves. It unfortunately felt intentional.

Yunique Carmichael The only reason I’m ok with one star is because my feet was soft and the pedicure was nice. However I went to get my nails done for New Year’s Eve and I got a full short set and a simple pedicure for $100! I told them I wanted French tip and white toes not ont was the shape of my nails horrible and uneven but my toes was bad too. I had to reshape my nails when I got home and my toes are so bad they are not fixable. I wasn’t going to leave a review seeing that this was a last minute one time thing because I have a actually nail tech but THEN Jan 6 my account goes into the negative $100 because my account was charged, refunded, and charged again! Like whyyyyyy would yall refund the money instead of just KEEPING IT! now I’m missing money that I absolutely need at this moment because they don’t know how to do business. If I could dispute this charge I would! 0/10 recommend!

Michelle They are so nice here and treated me like I belonged. The nail tech was very good and I’m very satisfied with my nails. I have been going to them off and on since I was in high school. I just moved back to DFW after being away 10 years and I can say they are the best in the south Garland area hands down for making you feel welcome and appreciated. Thank you.

sharon felton This place has really went down. First of I had to tell the lady to soak my nails to get the powder off. She grind and soaked my nails until they were sore! I used my own nails. She broke some of them off! She never was able to get the color off so she put another color on top! When she finished my nails it was color all over my skin! I told her I wanted powder but she used overlay! Then they had the nerves to charge me $95 for a job that a 3 year old could have done! Im never going back. All the good workers have left that place. I wish it was a way that I could post pictures of this crappy work they did!

Lyracy Island Channel This was the worst nail shop I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I was there from 6:00pm to 9:00pm and paid $100 for some bs!!!!!! I was there way too long and paid way too much to get such horrible treatment. I showed the lady a picture multiple times and asked if she was able to do it, she said yes and proceeding. I told her I didn’t like how thick she was and she couldn’t shave them down properly. Unfortunately since I had already been there for so long I couldn’t even get them fixed. I’m beyond dissatisfied and I’ll never come back!!! I do NOT recommend!!!
