Chris Boyd This is, without a doubt, one of the best salons Ive ever been to. The staff was friendly and nice. We walked in, and they still found time to cut 3 of our childrens hair. The cuts were professional, and the price was of value for the cut.

Kristi Drake I contacted Rebeca to see if she could do my highlights and trim. Showed her pictures and explained exactly what I wanted. She ruined my hair. She cut 6 inches off of it and turned it orange instead of blonde. I requested my money back, which I should never have paid her. I ended up having to call the owner. He was very nice and professional. I showed him my before and after pics. She tried to refund me only part of what I paid. When I insisted she give me the full amount back, she finally did. She sent it via venmo and with a very ugly message. So unbelievably unprofessional of her. Do not let her do your hair. I wish there was a way to post pics on here.

Lolli Grubb Came in on Black Friday, had Tiffany as a stylist. Asked what I wanted when I came in. Asked for a cut (trim really ) she asked if I wanted a shampoo and I said yes, she knew my boyfriend and started talking to him while taking me back to the chair. I did not get my shampoo, I’m not one to correct people, so I just let it go. Figured she was distracted catching up and it was fine with me. I asked for a wolf cut with medium to short layers. A local came in and talked about the whole time I was in the chair but during my consult she asked why I wanted my hair cut. I said because of the breaking and feeling extremely dry. I asked what services I could have to help. She’s asked if I have ever done a deep condition before under a dryer I said no I’ve never done that. She didn’t offer it. I then asked about the K-something or other treatment I’ve seen online, she said it was the K-18 and that it’s very expensive. Then continued just talking about other things. Again didn’t bother to offer that service. Not sure if they do that or not there or not, or if she was just offering information but at the same time it made me think she just assumed i that I couldn’t afford that service. I will say I looked like the Trenchbul from Matilda that day but still. Don’t judge a book by its cover. That was my second time there. First time was 2 years ago on Black Friday. I color my own hair. Usually do my own cutting too but to be very honest depression sucks ass (especially this time of year) and sometimes it’s okay to ask for help. Or in my case, pay for it. Either way it’s been two very different experiences. One did a phenomenal job and the other really just made me feel like I was bothering them by being there; to top it off she very dryly said if I didn’t like my hair cut to comeback again. Uhhhhh no thanks. I don’t look great with short hair and it’s short enough as it is but now I have to find yet another stylists to fix this mess. It’s like a 5year old had at it.

Erin Ingraham One star is one star too many! I asked for 3 inches to be cut off with light layering & framing around my face. Razors should never be used on baby fine hair for the framing & unblended chunks does not equal light layers! Needless to say, I won’t be returning nor will I recommend this salon.

SharinMythoughts I was not happy with one of their Hair Stylist. I want to a salon because I wanted a hairstyle. I didn’t need a haircut. I hate when I go to a salon. I play along prices and they just give me a haircut. It was disappointing. So a call back and I made an appointment with the manager and she does a great styling job.

Myndi Padilla Tiffany was AWESOME!! I HIGHLY recommend her. I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted & she helped me decide. I’m picky about my “part” when I get my hair cut cause I want the cut around my face to lay perfectly when I style it, & she let me part it myself. She got me in & out super quick, & was super sweet. Great conversation too!!

Priscilla Alcázar-Flores I flew in for a trim, highlights, retouch, and trim with Sam earlier this year. I was out in 45 minutes which is not enough time for the services I paid for. To add insult to injury, the stylist was abrasive, unfriendly, unwelcoming and looked as though she doesn’t enjoy what she does. She’s not a people person and I won’t be returning or recommending her for any service. I do highly recommend Jeb at Bella’s Hair Salon for all your hair care needs.
