Leslie Haak I agree with the comments below. I haven’t been able to get my medications for weeks despite many attempts. The portal doesn’t work and I have been unhappy with my doctor as well. I can’t recall a more frustrating doctor experience, please save your sanity and look elsewhere.

Jennifer this place is a joke, do not waste your time coming here. I previously went to get an iud placed in and 5 years later I return to get it removed. Only to be told the health care center in my town made the wrong appointment and I’d need a consultation first. Mind you I was patient enough to be turned away that time even though I drove 30 minutes to be there. I rescheduled for the consultation and while I’m working they call to confirm the appointment and I cannot take phone calls at work. So I missed their phone call “confirming” the appointment while I’m busy and I call back their number from the voicemail they left. And I called 3 times and got no response I left my full name and number to reach me, now 12 days later no call back or anything to resolve my issue. These people are unprofessional and rude, especially with the doctor leaving 30 min early for their personal time. If I could report them I definitely would smh. Don’t bother

Noemi Balderas If there was an option to give this dental office a negative star I would!!! I scheduled an appointment one month in advance, I work until 2:00 am, live an hour away and my Medicaid runs out this month. When I showed up to the appointment they told me that it had been canceled bc they did not update my phone number when I called to schedule the appointment and I did not answer to confirm the appointment the day before!!!!!! The last phone number they had was from 2017!!!!! I do not understand why this wasn’t done when the last phone number they had was from five years ago!!!It is their JOB to ensure client treatment!!!!! The front lady was very dismissive and said “yes ma’am we canceled it.” As a patient who is insured through Medicaid I am a high need client! Then she also told me in a dismissive and condescending way that the the dentist was also not taking new clients. They are fortunate that I do not report them to the ethical board. Wow.

Ali My second review of this place and it’s still so good! Dr. Anil Kumar James Is the best dentist around. He made sure I was comfortable and couldn’t feel any pain while he did my wisdom tooth extraction today. Explained aftercare thoroughly and the assistant was kind and asked if I was okay afterwards many times. And they let me see my tooth! That was fun haha. Whole experience was handled very professionally and with care. Love this place

Nancy Conley Although this is where my primary care physician is located, this was the first time I arrived sick, without an appointment, early on a Saturday morning. Staff was friendly and professional as usual, and the facility is always very clean. Although not first in line, I was seen within the hour by Dr. Walker ( not my primary care physician.) He was thorough and efficient and did not make me feel like he was rushed to get a diagnosis and get me out of there. He said he would ask the pharmacy to expedite my three prescriptions so I could get home asap, and they were working on them by the time I got there. I am just pleased to know that I can rely on this office to provide quality care when my own doctor is not the one on call.

Saenz Saenz I dont understand Dr walker thinking. He thinks cause I have good insurance I wa t to waste my time going to Dr. Who really wants to waste their time. Problem with Doctors they want to put at band aid or say its in your head. No bed side manners no compassion, No respect!!

scf22atx1 Recent patient for surgical services. My experience began with the professional and friendly staff of Dr. Kathleen Koerner. Her medical expertise and Gods gifted hands helped me through my time of need. Secondly, The OR staff from pre-op to PACU, the nursing team that cared for me while I stayed at Memorial Hospital. GHS is about an hour away from where I live. I put my trust and confidence in this facility versus some of the bigger healthcare entities nearest me. Since the surgeries (2) my recovery is on track and I appreciate my rate of healing at this point. The food was delicious and the young man that came to my room to personally take my meal orders- you rock!!!!! The nurse that cared for me at night- I greatly appreciate you walking with me down the halls to help relieve my pain/discomfort. To the Night Charge Nurse- thank you for advocating for me and supporting you Nurse to make that call re: my pain/discomfort. Everyone from receptionist, registration, to the morning housekeeper that greeted me. You are the positive that Healthcare Facilities are not spoken about. My hat is off to you all with my standing ovation. THANK YOU ALL.

Rosemary Sue is the most personable, professional NP I have ever gone to. She is compassionate and truly listens to your words as you explain ailments or health concerns. She always calls back when she says she will and always follows up with any concerns we have. Thank you Sue for being such great person in this crazy medical world.

Michelle Mendoza It is too difficult to get through to someone to schedule an appointment or for any reason. It’s easier and faster just to go into the clinic to get anything done and this is extremely inconvenient. Staffing needs to increase to specifically handle this issue. I am strongly considering going out of town for care. Other than this, I am extremely happy with Dr. Thomas. He is compassionate, listens and is never rushed.

Donna Godinez Doctor Charles Thomas Spencer I went to the emergency room at 8:30 AM this morning. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice. Didn’t take but maybe five minutes for them to call me back. Got to a room gentleman that took my blood pressure was really nice and then a lady came in after She just looked at me asked me how tall I was and how much do I weigh What looks like to me was she was taking notes on a piece of paper that had other written notes and then another guy came in sat down. I turned around and said hello to him. He tells me he’s Dr. Spencer. What can I do for you? I told him I was not feeling well. He asked me what was wrong. I told him my back hurts. My chest hurts. My stomach hurts from coughing, and between all of those answers, he kept interrupting me wanting to let me know that people are not taking the flu shot, but that doesn’t mean that you have the flu. I will listen to your lungs to See how They sound. I asked him if I could get x-rays to make sure I don’t have pneumonia because my mother has gotten it twice he checked my ears said they’re filled with fluid more than likely. I have a virus. Said there is nothing we can do for that. Asked me what I was taking it home and what medicine am I taking other than for the cough? I started to give him a list of the medications that my doctor has me on because I always want to make sure that if any other doctor prescribes a medication it’s important that they know what it is that I take and in between giving him the names of them, he is telling me that those are not good. The doctor knows nothing about me. He was rude. Very cold and doesn’t speak to you with concern that you are there to get help with whatever you are sick from. Took no bloodwork didn’t do any X-rays I was told to Sudafed is bad. NyQuil with honey is bad and what I needed to take was ibuprofen Tylenol, and maybe drink pure honey. I felt like this guy was very discriminatory towards me because of the way I look. I was wearing my basketball shorts with a hoodie jacket. He doesn’t give you a minute to ask a full question before he assumes he knows what I’m asking and gives my his opinion. He says that’s his job “I’m a dr and I’m here to give you my opinion” I understand that doctors are to give us opinions on why we are there to get help but there’s absolutely no reason why a doctor needs to tell anyone that we shouldn’t be on a certain medication. This guy knows nothing about my life and has no idea why my doctor prescribed certain medication for me to be on due to the death of my daughter. I’m a 55 year old woman with an HVAC certification for over 20 years. I have recently been diagnosed with lupus and had to quit my job and I was treated like a Mexican with no job or insurance. I wasn’t offered a breathing treatment when you could see that I was having a hard time breathing. I wasn’t offered any kind of help for the coughing etc…. I will contact my lawyer that is helping with my disability and see what I can do so this doesn’t happen to other people. It was unacceptable belittling discriminatory, and 100% uncalled for. Got a call from the Texas medical board and that was about it.

Chris Fowle West Houston Community Clinic although occasionally very busy still takes the time to be kind. Dr. K always has a great attitude and answers any questions. Today the phlebotomist was out and the young lady (Andrea)filling in for her was very professional and did a wonderful job. Going to the doctor is not ever fun but it helps when the staff is kind and friendly.

Noemi A The nurses are very inconsiderate of first time moms. I should’ve been scheduled for an induction way before I hit my due date, here I am 2 days past my due date and no scheduled induction. I called multiple times just to be sent to voicemail. They don’t make anyone a priority what so ever. Don’t come here for first time pregnancy’s they don’t care about you, nor assist you when you have questions.

Jayla Scyrus If I could leave 0 stars I would! ROSA is a lousy associate to this clinic. Given a simple task as to answering the phone and collecting information she has failed. When a person is calling a clinic they are in need of help! I patiently waited for 14 minutes before I got an answer! Then I was unfortunately met with ROSA who was not patient with me gathering my information and decided to hang up in my face! I called again and unfortunately spoke with her again when asking to speak with someone else about my concerns the call was once again disconnected. Spring branch Pinter clinic location please teach your associates patience when it comes to the patients. I should not be met with lack of professionalism especially when calling my HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS!

Ryan Miller My wife was just transferred here from another doctor that no longer accepts her insurance they have you come in early which you do they have none of your records on file you have to fill all everything including where your pharmacy is you sit here for 20 minutes and they had to do paperwork to fill out you fill that out all while watching person after person go in and they are people that are obviously have appointments way after yours. Then everyone up in here except for one white and two black people that have been sitting in here since weve been here are still waiting while all of the Latinos are going right in racism at its finest.

Tanesha E. Thank you Dr.Marsh for seeing me in a time where it was extremely urgent, this visit saved my life! You are amazing at what you do & I hope that in any other instances if I need to see a PCP that you are still at this office. The front desk was not so professional however everyone else in the back were helpful, kind, patient and easy to to communicate with.

Maggie Harrington My husband was recently seen for a medical episode. The attending doctor, nurses and staff were friendly knowledgeable and competent. The ER doctor took time to discuss labs and findings and future steps in his health. We were very satisfied and appreciative.

Elise Hernandez Could give ZERO stars if possible. Few months ago my sister went into labour with her daughter. Gonzales Memorial told her and i quote. You are no where near having your baby. Go home and get some rest. Contractions continued so she went to Seguin to a hospital and turns out not only was she in labour. The baby was BREACH. She was immediately rushed to surgery for an emergency C-Section Both lives could have been lost because of Gonzales Memorial Hospital.
