In the middle of an extended trip, it became necessary to put my dog to sleep because of long term pain and incurable illness. They had never seen my dog before, but still saw her and helped me through an extremely heart wrenching experience. Words are not enough to express how much their kindness was to me.

Chris Stevens Its alright, the vet is nice and the staff is friendly. I took my dog for heartworm medicine, and they argued with me she had been off her medication which she hadnt (we ordered online). So I gave in and just let them do the heartworm test which I wasnt told any pricing for. I go to get her medicine and Im told my total is 80 something, cool. Got home, I was charged 125 instead of the 80 I was told at the counter. No one said anything about cost of a test or anything other than the medication. So now it costed more than I expected and wasnt told until I called and asked. Make sure you get them to be clear about what services require payment. Just really disappointed.

Tony Brooks Terrible Doctor, she treated me like I was faking my illness. When I changed doctors, I was diagnosed with 2 spinal diseases, I ended up having to have major surgery on my spine. Because of the spine disease, I had to be medically disabled, and now Ive lost the ability to turn my neck. When I was under Dr. Falcons care, my blood pressure stayed high, had she tried to do her job and figure out why my blood pressure was always high, she could have diagnosed my illness sooner.

Patricia Jahn Lawson My husband and I retired from Houston to Pt. Lavaca, fulltime in 2010. We had world class doctors in the Medical Center in Houston. My husband and I, have had some very serious medical issues over the years. Dr. Falcon has interacted with those doctors on numerus occasions. Everyone of them were so impressed with her they commented to us on what an exceptional doctor she is. She has proven to us that she is one of the best doctors we have ever had!

Patricia Jahn Lawson Weve retired down to the coast from Houston. We still have some of our specialist doctors in the medical center in Houston. Dr. Falcon is our GP doctor. Because of my husbands health issues she has had to interact with many of the doctors in Houston. The doctors we see are truly world class, and they have commented on what a outstanding doctor she is, because of their interactions with her.

Itsy Mitsy Rude staff, couldn’t answer one simple question regarding accepting insurance. I called prior to make an appt and was told yes we accept your insurance only to be told no in person and wait 5 hours to be told okay we can see you but the dr doesn’t want to see you until 4 hours later because you missed your appt time. When it was their fault I missed it. Luckily a different dr was on call and saw me. They were so rude and handled the situation so poorly, especially on the way out. The reason I stayed so long waiting was because no one knew how to answer my question about whether or not they accepted my insurance. They were scrambling left and right, they have no phone etiquette and are outright lying just to get you through the doors. The person I had spoken to didn’t even communicate with the other staff about my insurance and then backpedaled and tried blaming me when I was clear about my insurance before during and after making the appt to not waste my time. Then they made an appt without my consent after the visit and still being so rude and condescending.

sezada “Sergei Zavalov” Doctor are great but assistant personal are awful, specially over the phone. Those people do not care if you are without prescription for days and do not transfer your inquiry to the doctor. Forced me to find a better health care provider.

Arie FM Sometimes there is a long wait time, but Ive really liked this clinic and everyone who works here since I began coming here EXCEPT one of the ladies at the front check in. I wanted to ask a question and she didnt even allow me the chance to ask the question when she said impolitely "grab a ticket Im busy!". I didnt interrupt a conversation or anything like that I waited till she finally looked at me when I started to speak. She could have easily said "give me one moment maam", but no. Sadly, she is the reason I didnt give 5 stars. She is a middle-aged woman has short brown straightened hair with blonde highlights and wears glasses.

Marcia Thompson Time Kwii is the best. She asked me exactly what was wrong. What pains and problems and she got right on checking out my troubles. And whatever test my husband wanted me to have . No problem she took care of it. Got back to me in a timely fashion. She’s good!

chariett edings I just wanted to personally thank each and everyone of the staff of the surgical team and the director. You are amazing. And the nurses were a dream. After 2 attempts at a tubal litigation. The 3rd time was a charm. Not because of the hospital. They did everything in their power to take care of me. They made sure I knew I was safe and made sure I was comfortable. I will definitely be going back to them for any procedure/surgery. Thank you again for everything.

Kelly Amason I want to give a shout out to Dr. Elthridge the er doctor. Out of 5 visits to two different hospitals and several visits to primary doctor, Dr. Ethridge is the one that took the time and stayed by my husbands side. This dr. Is the one that found the problem and talked to hospital, now my husband is getting the treatment he needs and addressing the problems head on. First doctor that actually smiled. Mayne McMahan I feel small town hospitals get a bad rep. I would imagine medical centers in such a small community would have limited funds compared to huge medical complexes in large cities. Im not making excuses, only reasoning. That being said, I have only been here once. I thought it to be a fairly nice campus, very clean, and seems to be maintained well. All of the staff I dealt with were very cordial and professional! I live very close to Austin and San Antonio, but for some strange reason was sent by THE largest government medical bureaucracy to this small rural hospital for some tests. Go figure. Fine by me, visited the coast, had some great seafood, made a leisure trip out of it.

J H This office is ridiculous. Trying to make an appointment, left messages 3 times in three days. No one ever ever call me back. Guess they do not accept new patients, or, office staffs are too lazy.

Florenda Cordova I went in for a routine wellness check up. My insurance covers it 100 percent. My Dr. who I have seen for years never mentioned a calcium blood test. Two months later I receive a bill from hospital for the calcium blood test for which my Dr never mentioned to me. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to call billing for mistakes that were made. It’s like the fifth time they made a mistake. Especially when it comes to coding. Maybe they need to give a class to everyone there in good communication and coding. I will be looking for another Dr.

Richard Michot September 25 during the visit my doctor ordered a blood test that I had the next day on 09/26. I was expecting some results on Monday 09/30, but nobody call and I get no news before I decided to go on 10/02. I waited too long time for the results and left for coming later and again waiting until the nurse came and gave me the results. I think thats unacceptable they dont care of the patients (people), no respect of customers that pay for all the medical services that are living about. For sure I never use again that facility and I think one star is too much but I cant put less.

Itsy Mitsy Don’t waste your breath, they have some pretty rude, inconsiderate and ignorant people answering the phones. I tried making an appointment and this woman tried to get out of the call with me when I kept insisting to make an appointment and then told me about some ridiculous requirement that isn’t applicable to my insurance if she had really known and my insurance confirmed with me when I called them so I called them back to ask more about it being just a policy they specifically have for this facility or more information since no other obgyn office has asked me this. The second woman I spoke with also had an attitude and confirmed she wasn’t the one I first spoke with, her answers were very dodgy to a basic yes or no. Just sounds like they don’t deal with patients with care or basic human decency. I’ve dealt with HORRIBLE OBGYN offices like this before and a phone call like this tells me they have more red flags.

Auditha Smith The building and entrance looks nice, BUT the front ladies don’t have any customer service manner at all. I am new in town, made appointment to see a doctor for my 2 yo daughter who had high fever. I forgot the doctor’s name we were going to see (my husband made the appointment). The grumpy front desk old lady said she couldn’t find appointment. I added more information, maybe because we are new patients? Then she snapped at me, very rude “I KNOW YOU ARE NEW PATIENT”. I was confused, went back to parking lot feeling sad and worried. Talked to my husband, and turned out we went to the wrong clinic. We had the appointment next door at Port Lavaca Clinic Associates. Thank goodness we are not with Memorial Medical Clinic. Looking at google reviews, no wonder they have bad reviews. So I don’t recommend this clinic. Please find other health care clinic that is more friendly, helpful, understand and appreciate you, and have great customer service. As for the doctors, next door have GREAT doctors as well as staff :)

Briana Alonzo Very dissatisfied with being welcomed as a new patient. The front desk receptionist named Olga was very rude, careless, and heartless. As a new mom it is already very intimidating and hard to walk up by yourself to ask concerning question about a pregnancy. I as an expecting mom, expect receptionists and nurses to be welcoming and reassuring during a time of insecurity. The earliest appointment available was in 3 weeks, and I just wanted to see if the doctor would be available to ask 1 question that was not keeping me at ease. Olga said there was nothing that could be done and that I had to wait the 3 weeks until the doctor was able to see me.
