Regina Allen I started going here the 1st of September 2024. They are Insistent on doing exercises to help improve my health. I have learned a lot going through this. The staff is just wonderful. Dr Mcconduit has helped my back to get better. I had let the problem go on too long before getting treatment which is my fault.

Haley Maxwell Our family loves Complete Health Medical Center! The staff is amazing and listens to you! Easy to make appointments and come in! My husband has been coming for years. Although I’ve seen how much it’s helped him I had a rough experience years ago with a chiropractor so I was more than hesitant for such a long time. Finally I came in and just laid it all out there my fears and past experiences and they worked with me and made sure I was comfortable the whole time… well 7 months in this has made such a difference in my injuries, prevention of migraines and over all health. I’m just sad I waited so long!! We’ve even brought our 12 year old for chiropractic care and physical therapy! Highly recommend! They offer so much more than chiropractic care too! Check them out!

Eddie Smith When I started my treatments with Complete Health I could hardly be on my feet for more then 30 minutes. Im under going treatment with Complete Health and my improvement in 4 months have been truly fulfilling. I am on my feet longer. I no longer have to plan my outing looking for a place to rest me feet without embarrassment. I highly recommend treatment through them. I promise that you will see your results.

Consuella Jackson Staff is awesome and medical assistance is update date technology. I have coming here two months for physical therapy on my hands and feet neuropathy. Chiropractor for netck back and hips. My energy level, pain and overall physical condition has improved drastically.

Cara Steadman Update: I have tried to call you for 3 days and you are never there and they don’t know when you will be in. Also there is no office manager who can help me. This is so upsetting. My husband is still sick and good luck ever getting him into a doctor ever again. This is crazy if this is how you run your business…. My husband has been sick for 4 weeks. He never goes to the doctor and this visit didn’t help. The doctor refused to give him antibiotics or even a steroid injection. Instead she gave him a prescription for the same thing he has been taking over the counter for 4 weeks and it hasn’t worked. Don’t waste your time going to this place it is a joke. Thanks for nothing we could have just stayed home and saved ourselves $100. Why in the world would someone give you the same medicine that hasn’t worked for 4 weeks and think that would change. Literally blows my mind…

Ashley Murphy Needed to get my Husband seen quick to help alleviate some pain he was experiencing. When we walked in we were greeted by Ryan who was upbeat and excited to welcome us in. We were seen and treated quickly. The staff is kind, funny, and professional. I will recommend Atlas to everyone I know for their urgent care needs.

Shawna Oakley If I could give negative stars, I would. I was seen for an allergic reaction that was causing serious concern. I was in and out in less than an hour. The services were quick because no one was in there and I now know why. For my allergic reaction I was given 2 shots, pepcid and was given a prescription. The pricing for those services was well over $9,000. Thankfully they were in my network and I have great insurance, but even with that being said, my patient responsibility was still over $2,000. I am no expert on medical expenses but I do not see how 2 shots and 2 pills in less than an hour could cost almost $10,000. I received the bill with a text, email, phone call and another text all in less than 24 hours and they were hounding me for the money. Never again will I go here for services, nor would I ever recommend going here because of the OUTRAGEOUS pricing. If you have money to blow then its a good place to go, but if you are not made of money, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Camille Escobedo Dr Hatch and Nurse Shasta and the front desk personnel were all WONDERFUL! They got me in quick and stitched up the laceration in no time at all. They followed up the day after to check on me. I give them a 12 out 10!!!! Definitely would recommend it to anyone who needs to see a doctor ASAP!

Erin Willis December 13, 2024 I came into the Altus emergency center in Waxahachie about 4:30 AM because of severe nerve pain in my right hand. I have been having this issue for about five days and I had not slept in about five days. I don’t know if you’ve ever had nerve pain, but it is very intense and nothing really seems to calm it. When I got to the clinic they took me back, I told them that I was seeing a chiropractor and that he thought I had thoracic outlet syndrome and possibly carpal tunnel and that’s what I was being treated for. I had previously had this issue last year in March 20 23 and I had gone to Airrosti and the doctor there is the one that told me that I possibly had thoracic syndrome. Well, it has returned and I have yet to get an MRI so when the doctor walked in and asked me who told me that I had thoracic outlet syndrome, I explained to him what was going on and he asked me had I had an MRI and I replied back to him No, I had not . He did not look at my hand. He did not look at my shoulder. He put his hands on his hips looked me straight in the face and said well we don’t do that here so I don’t know what you want me to do for you. I was in shock, and I was already emotional from not sleeping and being in pain for the last five days so I didn’t quite know how to take what he was telling me, he was extremely rude, short in his answers did not make me feel comfortable whatsoever, completely disregarded the fact that I was in extreme pain and that was very clear that I was. He made me feel like I didn’t matter and because I hadn’t had an MRI he made me feel like I wasn’t worth treating because I hadn’t been actually diagnosed. I cannot believe that a doctor would treat a patient the way that he treated me. If this is how he treats all his patients shame on him, nobody should be made to feel like they don’t matter and that’s exactly how he made me feel. Me and my husband got up and left. I didn’t even stick around to see if he was gonna give me a prescription because he made me feel so terrible. I will never return to this clinic. I will never recommend this clinic. I would never allow my children to go to this clinic. I’ve written this one off my list. UPDATE: This places has now sent me a statement for $2400, for the service of placing your hands on your hips looking your patient in the face and telling them I don’t know what you want me to do for you!

Liz Yates I can NOT say enough about Dr Michelle Teeter DO. She acted fast and so quickly in getting treatment set up. She stayed in touch with us throughout and made sure we had everything we needed. Her level of communication was excellent!!! I can’t say enough about her. We feel blessed to have been in her care!

Charles Burchfield I was treated wonderfully as always . I was elated to see Dr.John Bousquet return to the practice after his leave. From the front desk to the lab , and the exam I , as always, found everything to be top notch. The practice is clean and everyone is pleasant to deal with , and each patient is given all time needed with physicians.

Krista Heyer Praise God, Dr Fung is always so encouraging and offers words of comfort and wisdom from Christ. She answers every question and goes above and beyond to accommodate us. We went in for a cold and she combined our baby’s four month well-check (which was in two weeks), so I didn’t have to come back! Also, nurse Lisa is a God-send! She talked to my baby and made her smile after getting shots. She is the fastest and most efficient shot-giver btw. Baby can’t even cry hardly and she is finished! Highly recommend. God bless

Blaine Buchenau I am always pleased with visiting the B S & W clinic in Waxahachie. Check- in is easy, I never have to wait too long in the waiting room and the exam room is clean and comfortable while I wait to see my doctor. The nurse is very efficient with her duties and after I talk with my doctor, she reviews the results, gives me a copy of the paperwork and directs me to blood work or to the exit. Great place and great professionals. I’ll keep going back.

Barbara Bankston Dr Ogbonna is always point on. She genuinely cares about her patients. Always welcoming your concerns, questions and comments. Truly rare in this day and time. So delighted to have her as my doctor and on my side. Very approachable, easy to talk to and reach for concerns and help. The best doctor ever!

Michael Wilson DJ Guillory Its very helpful, very kind person and very prompt. On getting me a new machine. I called him on a Sunday morning and he was here within an hour to replace my broken machine. Hes delivered oxygen to me many times and its always been cheerful helpful. Good Nature person I like him alot good job.

Nicole Mancera My experience was quite good, actually. Being new to the area and starting a new insurance company, I was able to see a PCP right away and get my annual physical. Center was clean, and the doctor I saw explained everything very thoroughly. I love going into an office that is getting in and getting out feel without having to wait in the lobby forever.

Haley Cohee If I could rate this place 0 stars then I would, it makes absolutely no sense why you guys are my primary care provider, (listed as my primary card provider on my insurance card) but yet won’t see me because I have an OB even though it’s separate and my OB/insurance has stated that? Why are you guys my pcp if I can’t receive any primary care even though my insurance says I can…? One day they will let you make an appointment, the next they won’t. They are clueless and it really seems like they don’t know what they are talking about, it’s unprofessional and frustrating. Even if you manage to make an appointment they make you wait over 2-3 weeks to be seen but that’s pointless because you might not even be sick by then. I’m done with this clinic.

Shabnam Khan We went for my childs wellness check and it was great. The doctor was so kind, the nurse was sweet and the receptionists were also welcoming. We had a very positive experience there. The only thing I wish they had was an air freshener in the bathroom.

Danny Null The treatment and respect I was given while at Baylor hospital in Waxahachie was the best anyone could ever ask for. There dedication was beyond basic care. Every one of the people I delt with while there from doctors,specialist and nurses gave over 100% of themselves to take care of my every need. The staff was dedicated in every aspect even the people who brought me my food was perfessional and kind. The food was delicious and the rooms where very clean. My visit was unexpected but has changed my opinion of hospitals based on past experiences. The hospital staff where perfessional at all times inspire when I was a pain in there butt. They never let my bad attitude change the way they treated me. They saved my life, and I can never say enough how grateful I am.

Maria Garcia Im leaving a one star Review because not all nurses were bad. The ER service was good until Lily, an ER nurse took over. If you have an elderly parent in the ER and you get her as a nurse...ask to be assigned a different one! Says a lot about who is there just to receive a paycheck. Also, there was a Doctor whose name I did not know; but he showed up in my mothers room at 6:30 am to let us know that my mother was going to receive normal solid food for breakfast. Well, breakfast time came and the Doctor did not notify anyone of the change; causing us to stay at the hospital one more day. On top of all of this, they tried to give pain medications to my mother more than 4 times; when we made it clear that she was not in pain. All of this is unacceptable! Over medicating their patients, Doctors not charting their notes or changes, inconsiderate and disrespectful nurses; As if having my mother in the ER wasnt hard enough for my family already!

Sam Daniels I see a lot of bad reviews. I guess it just depends on the different individuals that treat you. But I just had total knee replacement and everyone that treated me was kind, respectful and caring. They wasnt rushing to get out. They answered all my questions and explained everything they did and why. Ive had both hips replacements. At a different hospital in 2018. And I didnt get near the care that I got here. So just a big thanks to all the nurses that treated me. I appreciate it.....its nice to see there are still good caring people out there. Thanks for making my knee replacement so pleasant.

Rachel Greer I had to go to the ER yesterday for what ended up being appendicitis and from every nurse, doctor, surgeon, and even the insurance woman, I had an amazing experience. I haven’t been to an ER in a decade and I was surprisingly pleased with how smooth the process was and how kind everyone was. I was in and out in just under 7 hours and that’s including having an appendectomy!

Shelly Phillips I would rate this hospital with a zero if possible. I brought my 96 year old mother to this hospital. She went in talking and alert, by the end of the week she was in a vegetative state, her doctor was over a hospice care center, he was insisting that we place her in their care, which seems to me like a conflict of interest. They also gave her a bunch of medication that she should not have received at her age or with her other health conditions. As a doctor, he should have known the medications he was giving her could cause the issues she had to get worse. It was almost like the only goal was to get her into his hospice care to make money off of her and our family. They sent her home to hospice care and she was septic. They did not inform us that she was septic. We took her home and then took her to another hospital, where according to them, she shouldn’t have been in that state. At this hospital we found out that her kidneys were not failing, that the feeding tube that Baylor said had to go through her neck, did not need to go through her neck and that she should not have been sent home septic. I feel that if we would have taken her elsewhere, my mother would still be here but Baylor failed to make that a possibility because their doctors are in the business of making as much money as possible and not taking care of their patients.
