Leighsa Gill My daughter Sloan reccomended this place so I decided to try it! Im so glad I did! I love it! Teresa did my nails and she did an awesome job! I love, love my nails! I asked for STRAWBERRY GLAZE and she delivered, even better than the picture I showed her! Everyone was very nice and the salon was clean. I was impressed with the young lady walking around wiping & spraying down all the surfaces. I will definitely make this my regular salon!

Lilia (LiliaTheSuccubus) Loved the atmosphere of this salon. I went in for a quick acrylic nail extension and pedicure for an upcoming shoot I had. They take walk-ins and looked extremely busy! The place is huge and there were several amenities, such as drinks, a mini bar, and the classic massage chairs. The employees made a huge effort to cater to my needs, even getting me 3 cans of Sprite haha~ My pedicure was very enjoyable and they did their best to help me with choosing the right colors I was looking for since I am colorblind. I loved the results and even learned a lot of new things by asking my techs. This was the first time I got colored acrylic rather than normal acrylic with a gel polish coating on top. It turned out to be cheaper and I couldnt be more happy with how it looks. It also lasts longer since the only coating that would chip is the top coat and I plan to simply buy my own gel top coat if that happens. Thankfully it has been several weeks and none of the nails have chipped, but I may have to cut them since they’re growing rather long~ I added a photo of the current length.

Karina Chavez The WORST set of nails I have EVER had. Didn’t get what I wanted at all and on top of that didn’t even cut my natural nail to put the extension nail on and the chunkiest nails I ever had. Was offered a drink but never got it, worst experience and it sucks because their pedi service is good but my second time going there was not what I expected.

Scout Odegaard Love Aura nails! Have been coming here for about 2 years now and have an amazing experience every time. They have a huge selection of colors and have been able to do pretty much any design i’ve asked for!

Jackie Flores asked for this design and was not pleased. i didnt realize until i was in my car and didnt want to embarrass the lady who did them, so i called and they werent very nice. had to pay $50 elsewhere to get them fixed. after paying $85+ $10 tip here. might be a good place if you want a simple color/design but if you want something neat, dont recommend.

Nidhi T DONT GO HERE!! The worst. I went for a full leg and full arms waxing. They took 1.5 hours in total. Lady who was waxing didn’t even see that the wax was cold kept layering up again and again. When she was bullying, she made massive straps and pulled on the same place 2 to 3 times leaving my skin, scarred and burnt. That lady that had an appointment so handed over to another lady only two strips of waxing was left behind my leg. I was made to lie down on stomach so I could not even see the behind of my legs. The new lady started waxing all over again to the same place, which was already waxed. After my multiple times telling her to stop as she was burning me, she finally heard me as she couldn’t understand English and stopped. I’m attaching photos here just to show how badly I got burnt. While being the lady at the counter says oh because it took so long, I’m gonna give you 10% discount. They didn’t even apologize for the fact that they burnt me. Your 10% discount isn’t going to make me get my skin back. I have to go see a doctor now. The worst place don’t ever go !!!

Atena I’ve been coming to Vuvuzela Nail Salon for the past four years, and I can’t recommend it enough! Emily and Mia are true artists—they always go above and beyond to make every visit a fantastic experience. Emily’s creativity always brings my nail ideas to life, while Mia’s attention to detail is absolutely superb. She ensures every nail is perfect, and her professionalism and warm personality make every appointment a joy. The salon is always clean, welcoming, and relaxing. M Freeman Not impressed. I got dipped nails. All of them are shaped differently. The nail color was not the same color as the sample. The girl argued with me about it and says the color is always a few shades, lighter, which I’ve never experienced. She was rude and gave me attitude. I dropped it. They have reasonable prices, but there is nothing special about how they do nails. Literally each of my nails are shaped differently. They look sort of flat and bulge out at the sides

Ashley N Burditt Lynn did an amazing job! She is sweet and kind and she didnt hurt me at all. She made my nails dainty looking just the way I like them to look. I have already made an appointment yo see her again in a few weeks and I might add a pedicure as well! Thank yall❣️

Latisha Williams 2/13/25 I scheduled an appointment for 2/14/25 @1pm to get my nails done. I checked in and waited for 21 minutes. When I asked how much longer would I have to wait, the lady advised that they were booked up because it was Valentine’s Day and everyone is getting acrylic and designs. If you were booked up why schedule the appointment at 1pm on 2/14/25? I advised them to cancel my appointments. I had also scheduled for a party of 4 for pedicures and a couple of manicure as well because we were celebrating my Aunt. I must say she enjoyed her pedicure and her nails looked great as well. The ladies that provided the service were great and the group room was very nice. That’s the only reason I’m giving 3 stars, but they should really work on their front desk staff. If you book an appointment stick to it. I drove from Katy to receive a service at a specific time. I had a schedule to keep and so should they.

Roxie McLeod I absolutely love Infinity Nail Spa! The vibe is fantastic, with great music and complimentary drinks that make every visit enjoyable. I have never been disappointed with their service. Despite never making appointments, I never have to wait long. No matter who does my nails, they always turn out great. Infinity Nail Spa consistently delivers an exceptional experience. Tiffany was my nail tech. Love her!

chocolate drop This was my first time going to this nail shop and I had very poor service and a bad experience. I will never go back . After a few days of going my nails looked a mess and they didn’t even want to fix it . If you have a nail shop you go to regularly keep going where you know. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this nail shop ever !

Ethan Clark Awesome sauce. Arrived with no booking, was seen within a couple minutes, and got a fantastic manicure that Im super happy with. Comfortable environment and friendly staff. Couldnt be happier!

Ninotchika Marsden This is my first time patronizing Grand Lux Nail Salon Lounge and i will definitely return. The location was peaceful. Harry was/is amazing! He has a great eye for detail. I love my nails and feet. I am beyond satisfied and though I want to give others a chance on my return, I just may request him for all mani & pedis. His massages melted my tense shoulders into butter. Thank you bunches for a relaxing experience.

Trisha Scott Wow! This place was absolutely perfect. I’m in town for my husbands cancer treatment and this was a nice relaxing break. My pedicure is beautiful and she spent a lot of time on the leg/feet massage, which of course is the best part. I also got a facial too and it was so relaxing and my skin is glowing. Everyone there was so friendly and the salon is very clean. Thank you for providing me with some calm and relaxation during a time where my days are spent focusing on being a caregiver. It was nice to do something for myself.

Brianna Payne I tried not to leave a review, but for $130 plus a tip, this is ridiculous. My nails were done Saturday 10/12/24 and I had to return that Sunday 10/13/24 because I woke up and my POWDER full set was chipping. It hasn’t been a full week yet as the date is 10/17/24 and my SHELLAC toenail is peeling up like paint! The toe job was already clumpy, but I ignored it. Not to mention the same nail that was fixed Sunday (10/13/24) is chipping AGAIN, along with a different thumb nail that has started to lift. I am a teacher, so not much is done to destroy these nails on a daily basis this soon (excuse my ashy feet as it was cold today and a point needed to be made)! And please don’t try to BS me as if it was my end or anything else, because I have more receipts and we can take it there.

aunya walker This was my fourth time at this particular salon. Each time I visit it got progressively worse. For example, the price went up, and the quality of service went down. Today I asked for A refill and design. Ms. Ann struggled with the requested design so I attempted to find easier designs for her. I was still dissatisfied with the design, which I politely expressed. She said she would give me a discount considering she could not accommodate me however when it came time to pay, she then gets the manager to nickel and dimes the price back up to $90. And they charged me $40 for a polish change on my toes because it was a French tip….. this place has become extremely overpriced for the quality of service that you receive.

Bee Jones I usually don’t leave reviews but I am floored by the level of service I received today. I have been a LONG time customer at this establishment for a while; I’m usually satisfied with the service that I receive. Lately I’ve noticed inconsistency with fees so I made it a point to ask the nail tech today a very specific question about cut down fee and shaping and was given miscommunication. When I saw my charges I brought it to the attention of the front desk thinking it would be an easy fix; we are talking an additional $10 charge. After doing so, another man that was seated at the front desk (who I later found out was the OWNER) was extremely RUDE and told me that we would have actually charged me more. I was wasn’t rude at all, just simply explaining that the fees could have been better explained. Service has declined and always seems rushed, I won’t be back. If you don’t like tons of nit picky fees, mediocre service, and bad customer service go somewhere else.

Nancy Kujak I love this place! It’s the best! It is calming and the service exceeds my expectations every time! There’s no bad chemical smell, which is awesome because those smells give me headaches. The decorations are in line with the calming vibe—it really adds to the relaxing experience. There’s a wide variety of options for the pedicures; I especially enjoy that many come with an upper back and neck massages! The last time I got a pedicure from Van, and I told her I believed I was beginning to get two painful ingrown toe nails. She took care of both so now I don’t have any more pain! This place also will give you a free water, tea, or alcoholic drink! My family and I tried many nail salons in Houston, but this is our favorite—and we highly recommend it!

Nightingale A. Went in to get my Christmas nails done and my nail tech Victoria was very sweet,nice,gentle and did her job well. Customer service was also phenomenal and free drinks?! Heck yeah! I will definitely be going back.

Frankie Marsh Love this place. Clean and quick. I go to Nani for my nails and Van for my pedicure. Picture below of Nani’s design— she always does a great job, very detail-oriented and makes sure her work is perfect every time! Van gives a great massage and works well with damaged nails. All tools are sanitized individually and they use liners in their pedicure tubs. Went to a bunch of local places and finally found them! Highly recommend.

Kristina King Made an appointment online for a $50 dip manicure with Van. When I walked in, the staff seemed surprised; my tech was not aware of her appointment, but she took me anyway. I got a basic dip manicure on natural nails. Was not asked to wash my hands prior, and like others mentioned, the drill bits were kept in a metal mint container. The polish bottles looked beat up. Overall, it did not feel super hygienic. We did three coats of dip and then the clear coat was cured with UV light, which I was not expecting. There were no frills like hand lotion or massage. Ultimately, I was not very satisfied because my manicure did not last long at all. Within a few days, I had to trim and cut my cuticles which had already grown out. The polish became dull and started showing signs of wear through the topcoat. Before the two week mark could hit, the polish was coming off in 1 whole sheet as if they were fake nails.

Lindsey Legins Nani is amazing!. Very thorough and makes my nails look fire! It doesn’t matter if you get a single color or design she will always have you looking right! I’ve been looking for a good nail tech here in Houston and she’s definitely the one! Come check her out!

deanna watkins Never will I ever go to this place again. If I could give 0 stars I would. Overpriced and under skilled. I got a full set and pedicure. Finger nails look like toddler nails and they cut my toenails so low then added acrylic.. of course they charged me.. and not to mention everything hurt.

Rachael Davis My experience from the front desk to my seat were amazing! I didn’t have a wait at all. Upon sitting,I was greeted my Alphonso and Jessica,who were very welcoming. Jessica did my nails and Alphonso did my toes,and everything came out perfectly!! They have amazing personalities to go along with their skills. I’m so thankful I found them. They are my new Go To!!

Emma Aldaco kiddo wanted acrylics and had a picture in mind so we decided to come here after looking up reviews and i am so impressed! it’s clean, the service was excellent, and it’s a very pretty and open space that doesn’t feel cramped or uncomfortable. she was so happy with her results! we will definitely be coming back!

devanna nunez Today was my day off from work, and I came to got a pedicure and it was very relaxing no rushing at all! I chose french tip for my toes. & got my eyebrows done!! my nail technician was very nice!!

Seven Régan My mother went here yesterday, she decided to try somewhere NEW being that she doesn’t get pedicures often. Upon her visiting here she says she got put into a chair rather quickly because they were all sitting around. My mom said the lady that did her feet pulled skin off. She dug so far into her skin her food began to BLEED. Firstly she CUT THEM DOWN SO LOW (seen in picture, it looks SO CHOPPY) even though my mom showed her a picture of what she wanted on her feet! For what she “did” they were gonna charger my mother $65. Instead of causing a scene she spoke with the manager about her inconvenience and he gave her a “discount. 50 dollars EVEN STILL!! Definitely would not recommend here I wish I could give 0 stars!
