Beronica I finally found a place where I can do everything in one place and it was exactly how I wanted it, while being affordable. I enjoyed my pedicure and full set. I didn’t have to explain multiple times or fix anything later. Thank you Jayden and Ming.

Laney Schlorff Go see Devhen! He is outstanding! I got my nails done while my hair was be colored! Professional Hair Studio is next door and I will now schedule these hair and nails appointments together, as it is so convenient! The nail shop is clean and good pricing! Treat yourself and go give them a try!!

Maria Rodriguez My first time coming to this place which seemed nice and quiet BUT when I tell you guys I been robbed, I’ve been robbed! I’m 30…plus years old and been doing my nails by professional techs since I was young(er).. and NEVER had I paid so much for something so simple. I didn’t want to cause a scene…knowing myself, I would have went completely left..so here I am venting….$114 with a “10% discount” bringing my total to $104… and then.. I tipped, yes.. I know…stupid.. but I tipped $6.00. Wow.. I’m seriously upset and disappointed in those folks there. This amount is for my coffin, medium length ombré with gold flake trims.. a set worth no more than MAYBE 60 bucks!! Lord Jesus!!

Anh Tuan Nguyen Always an amazing job Kay & Tim is so sweet and attentive. I recommend asking for her shell take good care of you. . The facility is beyond gorgeous. It’s very modern and clean. (NA) is the best nail technician I’ve ever had. He does things in his process that I’ve never seen any other technician do. THEY CARE & take the time to make sure you’re getting what you came for. I would highly recommend anyone coming here.

Mackenzie Galdamez The past couple times I have came I had no problems, however this visit today was HORRIBLE. After today, Im not wasting my $$ at this salon again period. To begin with, I came in for a mani & pedi. Front desk asked how long & if I wanted a design for my mani.. which I found weird because they had never asked me that before, especially before even taking a seat in the chair. Once I sat in the chair, the lady who did my pedi was great. However, the lady doing my mani was questionable. The way she was managing my nails felt like she had barely any experience.. she cut me a few times with the filer then right after burned me with the acetone when applying the nails (again, weird because I have NEVER seen anyone put acetone before glueing.) , she asked me how long I wanted them & once I showed her the length, she just snipped away without making sure they were the same length. I didnt questioned anything during the visit since Im not the professional. She didnt even bother to dust off the residue off my hands throughout the WHOLE process so I had dust all over me. For 1 1/2hrs she did not once asked if I wanted a water or anything. I ended up spending $132 just for my left hand nails to be a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LENGTH to my right. Best believe I got my refund! Which they try scamming me too for that. They were telling me I had to pay for my toes again in order to get a refund. Make that make sense.

No wait time regardless if apt made or not they will seat you in a actual chair and give expectancy time 2. Very Clean , organized many many selections in any type of nails 3.Offers beverages with massages throughout your visit 4. Children friendly, although many of us like to be in a nail salon without children I’ve taken my 7 &8 year old who are well behaved , I expected that I would be frowned apon ans skimped on with their treatment but no still treated respectfully and offerd all equil services . This was a bonus to me to have my children treated right because at the end of the day a well behaved person is still going to pay for the services receaved ans they were well receaved 5. Don’t come for me for this one but they treat each other fair with tips I see many places show favoritism ans give more to others and they split in their cubbies evenly I would assume because all around everyone is nice and does great 6.They program your info into a i pad that keeps record of prev service so that you don’t have to remember colors you have chosen , and they have insensitive for discounts after so many appointments

Ali This place is amazing. When you go with a group of people - they actually SEAT YOU TOGETHER!!! My mom and sister and i went here before my wedding and their work on our nails was IMPECCABLE. Absolutely perfect and the nail techs were so nice and fun. This is the only place I go. My sister in law had her first pedicure ever here and LOVE IT!

Tiffany Moppin I am on my third visit in 6 days to correct the $75 nails I received. My first appointment was 6pm on a Thursday and was far from what I wanted but there was no time left prior to closing to have them redone. I came 9am the next morning (Friday) to have them redone. On Tuesday (4 days later) one nail breaks and the tips now black vs gold. Tina Tong I always come to Modern Nails whenever Im in town. Cindy is by far the best nail tech Ive ever come across. I asked her to do a set of Astros nails and I couldnt have ask for a better nail tech to do it. Cindy did an amazing job, she got really creative and gave me a gorgeous set. Shes so attentive and pays attention to the little details that you want. Cindy and her staff are always welcoming when I come in. Such a friendly atmosphere I highly recommend them!

Marty Weeniehead Very friendly people and Angel was the most thoughtful and gentle therapist. She remembered that I was diabetic and kept that in mind through the whole procedure. I am hooked on this location.

Skylar Spring The establishment was clean and staff were friendly. Cindy was very polite and did my white powder nails. I also had a color change on my feet but they looked rushed.

Lolo Best nail quality place Ive been to in the area or really ever. Their nails are always even and never pop off or break. The way they lay the powder down is perfection, never thick and ALWAYS even. My nails never lift, and I can wait 3-4 weeks for a refill. I just wish there was more than one or two ladies that did nail art/designs. I love the owner I always choose her to do my nails, but the other two Ive had do my nails give the same quality. The place is very clean and I will highly recommend them to anyone needing their nails done.

Tamika Blackwell First time I came here two years ago I said I wasn’t coming back. Nina was too pushy and the work was basic. However today my regular spot was full and wanted me to make an appointment. So I came here and the moment I walked through the door I remembered why I said don’t come back but I had my daughter with me. The place was empty. I had shellac nails but Nina kept pushing for me to get powder saying it was faster. So like an idiot I said yea and no it was not faster but definitely more expensive and I did not get a manicure with the powered nails. And the color did not match my toes. When checking out paying $150 she asked if I was adding a tip. REALLY. NOW this is the last time seriously. I do not recommend.

Kristin Scott Nice place and all technicians do a fine job. Victor is so good at manicures esp the dip. I keep gling back because they look great for weeks! Plus, they have a princess chair my daughter loves.

wendy ross This place is amazing! In and out in 55 mins. Two people working on my nails and feet simultaneously. They did a beautiful job the very first time I visited. My nails have not lifted and it’s been 4 weeks since I had them done. You won’t be disappointed!

Dara L It was my first time here. I just wanted something simple for my nails since they’re growing. I got a simple French gel just to go about my week. Ms. Kim was sweet and even asked if I wanted a design which I agreed to and opted for cute little hearts on both index fingers. It came out so cute and natural! My mom would definitely love it here. I’ll bring her sometime!

Naomi Gutierrez Kristine was amazing, super sweet and nice. She was fast but made sure she did everything to my liking. She was so fast and did a great job. She even let me change my color before starting. She is patient and I’m definitely recommending her. The customer service was nice and very friendly. Asked if I wanted drinks. They explained services before sitting me down.

Angel Cross I walked in today and got a full powder set done by Vicky. The front end ladies were super nice when I came in for a walk-in! Vicky was so sweet and has been doing nails for a really long time! The space was nice and clean and they offer you beverages. I will definitely make an appointment to see Ms. Vicky again to do a refill or different design. My total cost was $60 before tip.

Esthi Beee This has been the worse nail experience I ever had. This is the second time at this salon. The first time I got a pedicure only with an acrylic tip. My toes were thick. Months went by and I was in a time crunch and didn’t have time to travel to my usual nail salon. Today I asked for a full set, I asked for the most experienced technician. I stated to the receptionist as well as the nail tech that I like a natural look. I showed them a inspo pic of the color shape and length I would like (2nd pic). After the tech (Amber) laid the acrylic I noticed it was extremely thick. I asked if it was a way for them to be filed down so they’re more natural looking and showed her my inspo pic yet again. The color is nowhere near the inspo pic but I didn’t mind because I was unable to find the exact color so I will take fault for leaving that to the tech to decide. After as I continue to look at the finish product (1st pic) while I finished my pedicure I hated my nails so much I was holding back tears. As stated prior I’m on a time crunch and have an even to go to. I told the receptionist I was not happy with my nails and I didn’t feel comfortable paying for them and stated I didn’t have time to get them redone. They said I would still be required to pay full price for my nails which were extremely lumpy and thick and uneven. I opt to have them fixed even though I know it would make me a little late for my event. Thomas was able to file my nails down to make them a bit more bearable even though I was left with no color on my nails at all. And still had to pay for a colored powder full set even though I do not have color on my nails at all. I left paying $99 for subpar nails. My toes are not cute either however they are bearable. I’ll never come here again and would not recommend.

Lora Cotton Went to the Richmond TX location because it was inside Walmart and I KNEW would be accessible (due to broken ankle.) The gentleman, believe hes owner or manager did my nails (refill & shellac) and Ive never been happier. I told him I wanted something "festive" for the holidays and he responded that hed take care of me. When he was done, I was ELATED!! Hed done a simple double color (raspberry red with a red glitter top) with the ring finger nail being "plain" raspberry red with a hand drawn snowflake. It was simple, but beautiful!!!! Definitely recommend!

Kizzy Carsen The older lady is HORRIBLE! Shes rough when using the drill. She doesnt listen to the customers as in what they want. She ruined my coffin shaped nails. When I told her what shape I had and wanted to keep, she filed one hand down too short. I told her I was not satisfied. She said she would correct it however, shed already filed them down to where I could no longer have coffin shape. Now I have to go elsewhere for a soak-off and get an overlay. I REFUSE to ever go here again. 1 star was given only because of the young lady whos good at pedicures. Unfortunately its not good enough for me to EVER spend my money there again.

Jamie Jimenez Took my daughter so she could sit in the princess chair but nope it was "broken" Wanted to leave right away but my baby wanted her pedicure. The lady was RUDE that worked on me.!!!!! She had a customer come in and she rushed my pedicure. Only massaged my legs for maybe 2 minutes.  She already painted my toes so I told her no feet because the massage would have messed them up. Whos does the polish first??? So I paid $35.00 for a half pedicure with a 2 minute massage!!!! She then asked if I used lotion because my skins horrible! RUDE,RUDE,RUDE!! The one lady that worked on my daughter was very nice. She was older and took her time. Im glad she was nice because I just kept smiling so my baby would enjoy her time. Never again

Tiffany Wilmore I popped in just to get my toes polished. Of course I was upsaled, but I didn’t have time so just requested toes polished. The nail tech was not friendly toward me and proceeded to “skip” a step by not applying a base coat. When I corrected her, she said some customers don’t want a base coat, but she never asked if I was “that” customer. Overall, the experience was poor due to the lack of integrity and friendliness…2 stars is being generous and merciful…

xchubxyoda DON’T GO HERE. Destroyed my nails and told me it was my fault my nails were weak. Just look at these pictures. Never has a nail salon done this. And then to gaslight is crazy. Save your money, save your hygiene. Extremely disappointed. Hopefully this doesn’t turn into an infection. Not to mention everyone being rude.

Nyla Mitchell The absolute worse experience. From being asked every 5 seconds if I’d picked my color and having sample rings forced in my face in every color except the color I said I was looking for, to arguing with me (literal yelling) about the shape I wanted my toenails filed in and how my toes are actually not crooked, to refusing to allow the the friend I came with to sit close to me for our nail service. The gentleman who did my nails was polite- my nails are flat (without apex) and poorly done, but he was pleasant. However the lady who did the pedicure- took everything I could do to not lose my temper, and even with me speaking calmly she insisted on interrupting me and yelling. At one point she even started discussing my service with another patron to prove her point and I had to very firmly address her inappropriateness which of course led to the very cliche language switch and chuckles amongst the staff. I was wondering how they had no line or wait on a Saturday morning- now I know. Their quality is inferior, if you want matching nails and toes the color selection is limited, and their attitudes are horrendous.

Victoria Sledz Tina did my pedicure today with a bonus design on my big toes. It’s been a while since I’ve had a design on my toe but for $5.00 it was worth the extra bling. The shop was very clean despite being busy. Service was great! I’ll return soon.

Meilyn Charge 55$ for only 25 minutes of service, even not providing bottled water. Lying about the service items. I have been to many nails stores. This one is the worst one ever. When I saw the review is so low, I should not go inside this store. Such a bad experience with full of lies and the person even made my feet bleeding without apologies. Rather than providing 1 hour service, only 25 minutes and still ask me for 55$. Such a ridiculous nail place.

Skylar Spring My friends and I came here for a girls date to get pedicures and we were pleased. This establishment was very cleanly,clean, and the workers used new tools on our feet! The only con I have about this place is the pricing for pedicures, if I’m paying $25 dollars for a pedicure it would be nice to scrub the calluses off our feet.
