megan sawyer stayed over an hour after closing and they all had very positive attitudes still. an older lady and her daughter did my nails and did amazing. Highly recommend!

Bethanee Johnson I’ll start by saying there were several other 1 star reviews that have been deleted!! I really wanted to love this place. The shop itself is a cute set up. However, my nails are trash and so is my pedicure. My deluxe pedicure was very short. It took them maybe 20 minutes to complete the whole thing(wax, hot rocks, ect). The polish looks like a 6 year old painted my nails. Then I moved over to have my nails dipped. Except, they did acrylic instead which I hate. But I wasn’t trying to be rude about it. So I didn’t say anything. Now I wish I would have.. the nails are thick, on my cuticles, very lumpy, discolored in some areas, and this one lady would not leave me alone about a design on my nails. So I ended up with what should have been a snowflake on my nails. Now the real kicker. After a 15% tip, my total was right about $138. AND the lady had the audacity to tell me the design was a ‘gift’ and I would not be charged for it. Extremely overpriced. Very terrible quality. I have never had a worse mani/pedi. I will never go here again.

Lily DeLorme Wonderful service! Miss Quinn was very knowledgeable and helpful and did a beautiful, fun set of nails for me. Miss Erica, who did my pedicure, was also very good and chatty. The prices seem to be a little higher than other places, but thats because you get what you pay for; the service was very excellent.

Carley Smith People are sleeping on this salon. It’s always quiet, clean and relaxing. Bee is so talented and prices are affordable. I love this place.

KA BA Theres a reason why everyone is raving about Rio! This was my first French manicure Ive been happy with since I moved to East TX. I loved my nail technician that day so much I dont want to say her name because I know shes going to get uber busy & I know Ill be back soon, but Melissa is wonderful! Super talented and so sweet. I really hope she and this salon are blessed with great success. Beautiful salon (clean, mod chic, and zero chemical odor) & everyone there has a wonderful personality, cant wait to go back!

Aaron Vickers They were absolutely amazing. They made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The pedicure was so relaxing I could have fallen asleep. I also got my nails done and Kim did great work. The experience was so worth it. Thanks

Randi Mannix To be a walk in and a newbie they took great care of me! Nathan did my nails and they look amazing! Im very picky and he hot it on the "nail"! I love my nails and definitely setting up my next apt there!

Samantha Kelly Definitely loved getting my toes and hands done but do not recommend getting your eyebrows done. The lady did one eyebrow then asked if it was okay if they were thin and of course I said yes so they would match but after I got in the car I noticed that they weren’t even and one is thinner than the other.

Jazmine Schwark Loved the experience I had here. Mimi did such a good job on my nails. They go above and beyond for anyone. They didnt have the color I wanted so they custom made the color for me.

Anne Brown Kassandra (Kassi) is sooo talented with nail designs! I absolutely love my nails! David on the pedicure is absolutely magic and so relaxing! I highly recommend Nail Studio for your mani/pedi needs!

Kristi Fuentes My first experience here was fantastic! Im not usually one to stray from my normal salon, but I had received a gift card to this wonderful spa, and I wanted to give it a try. The service was quick and very friendly. I asked a for a simple design on my nails that turned out beautifully by Stella and a great premium pedicure by Vivian. I was constantly, but not too frequently, asked if I was okay and if i needed anything. It was a very clean, relaxing environment. The actual salon itself is a little hidden away from view, so it might be missed if its not looked for. Overall a great experience, and I will definitely return in the near future!

Morgan Smith Lavish is by far the greatest nail salon in longview! not only do they care about the people that come in, but they take pride in their work & make sure every person is happy with what they had done. katie is & will forever be my go-to girl! if you’re looking for a pedicure, ask for Amy! these two girls are hands down the best.

Amy Williams First time in and I was very impressed with the atmosphere! The business is for sure investing in themselves. It was so nice. The gentlemen who did my toes (Dung) could tell my little girl felt unsure while she was sitting in my lap. He gently spoke to her and asked her name. Very great priced!

Shera Wade I got a pedicure , it started out okay. The man asked me if I wanted to do the gel polish and I told him no. He asked me three times. After the third time of telling him no, he starts laughing and talking to one of the other workers in another language. I had a friend with me and it was clear he was laughing at me. I had surgery a year ago and still have swelling in my toes. His behavior was unprofessional. Customer service is everything. I will not go back.

Dorian Marling Tan did a great job on my nails today. He fixed what the manicurist before him messed up and made them look pretty again. Love them!! I’ll definitely be back!

Bre 10/10 recommended, I had Kimberly do my nails she did exactly like I requested and could’ve been much happier! The timing and cleanliness amazing, definitely will be back! I’m also throwing before and after pictures after getting my eyebrows waxed, I believe Amy she did the eyebrows she did amazing work too!! Will be recommending more people!!! Love love love !!!

Kierstin Robinson First time being here as a walk in and they saw me right away. I loved everything about it. Everyone was nice , the salon its self was so cute. Bill did my pedicure, it was a very relaxing experience. Angel did my nails, and she did an amazing job. She checked with me after each step to ensure I’m getting exactly what I wanted. Everything was done in a timely manner. I will definitely be coming back.

Brittany Johnson Anthony and Win were great! Very attentive constantly asking me was everything ok and listened to what I wanted while also making suggestions! Win fix my mimosa which was great and also asked if he could add a design in my nails! Anthony paid close attention to my cuticles and my massage! I haven’t been to another nail shop since they opened!

Jennifer Parker This was my second time going to Oh My Nails and I was so impressed with their customer service! Angel was my nail tech and what a blessing it was to have her do my nails! She listened to what I wanted and made sure she did her best. She was super sweet, knowledgeable and made sure I was taken care of while I was there. I will definitely be back to see her.

Regina Ross My sister and I both went for mani pedis and both technicians were great. They didnt rush to get you done and out but they werent slow working either. They seem to care about the pattron and want them as comfortable as possible. I will be sending anyone I know to the shop and I will definitely be coming back.

Courtney Shaw I went in and got Lee…. OMG SHE WAS 10/10!!!!! So professional, and quick but not in a rush. She was the most gental nail technician( I tend to pick my cuticles) and she didn’t irritate them at all! I 10/10 recommend and will definitely come back

Che Mat Each time I come to the shop they give me exactly what I ask for. I show them an example of what I want and they execute everytime. I called the manager to let her know that I would be arriving to the shop 10 minutes before closing and they allowed me in with no hesitation. Great people. You can tell they care about their work and the relationships they build with their customers. 10 out of 10

Shelisa Killingsworth Pedicure is exactly what I needed. I set out this morning to get a well needed pedicure, one of my concerns was to cut out the sides of my toenails. But who to trust to do this was a question for me. I arrived at grand lux , and they did not disappoint. She took her time, she made sure I was satisfied with every aspect of the pedicure. I can truely say that she performed well above my expectations. I will be.a return customer! Thank you so much!

Brandon Aills I loved the interaction and greeting as soon as my daughter and I walked through the door. We didn’t wait one minute and we was offered drinks for an eta of 10 minutes but it wasn’t even that long! more like 3 mins! Everyone was so nice and welcoming! My daughter’s first time for a nail polish and they were patient and very polite with her! And not to mention the amazing quality of work and service I was given! My nails look amazing!!!! every time we come here we leave highly satisfied, can’t wait to come back! GLDS’s atmosphere is by far the best place in Longview! !!! Clean, friendly, and pleasant!!

Eric Kerr First time going there. Took my wife for her birthday. She had a great time. We got a mani/pedi, facials, and massages. The ladies that helped us were wonderful. Will definitely be going back. Edit: Second trip and still wonderful service. Mv and Maya are awesome.

Ashley I had a fantastic experience at Grand Lux Day Spa! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the bright and modern ambiance. The staff was incredibly polite and welcoming, and I loved that they offered a drink as soon as I sat down. I got my nails done and a pedicure, and both services were top-notch. The attention to detail and care made the experience truly relaxing. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for great service in a beautiful setting!

Cassidy Cartmill River nails that we’ve talked about checking out? They are phenomenal and I’ll never go anywhere else. They did them PERFECT! And it’s so laid back and comfortable. Vanessa even helped me pick out a color after telling me the one I was choosing is more translucent, which I did not want. She was doing my mom’s nails not mine, but still helped out! So glad she told me! Na was just as great and shaped them to perfection!

Kathy Tivet Love River Nails! I had a pedicure a few weeks ago and it was fantastic. I brought my best friend here for her birthday and she loved it as well. Very friendly nail techs. Came back yesterday for a fill on my nails and Vanessa was so great and did a fantastic job. I will be a long term customer.

Searrow Lewis I adore Zoe! Aside from her attentiveness to detail, the customer service upon entering means so much to me. They always greet me by name, and are so sincere. Having a career that requires me to be on my feet all day, I look forward to the massage during a pedicure. They never disappoint; even when I don’t have Zoe, I’ve not had a tech who doesn’t massage well.
