Fidel Soto It’s a shame that my stylist wasn’t honest to tell me that she didn’t know how to do a mid-fade. I didn’t tell her anything and I even tipped her so she wouldn’t feel bad but honestly that was the worst haircut. Too sad that this is the second location near by and I received a “yes, I can do that hair cut” when I show her a picture, she didn’t even use blade to shape my beard, horrible service. I don’t know how people give good reviews, oh well! I’ll leave two pictures of my haircut at this location and the one picture I showed her to get my haircut done right. All I ask, if people doesn’t know how to do fades, say “I DON’T DO FADES “

Van Dammit Jessica right off the bat she was welcoming and introduced herself. I had an idea of what I wanted and then described it and she hit the nail on the head! She was super patient and kind and took the time to listen to exactly how I wanted my hair and not many people may trust the stylist but you can definitely trust Jessica, she knows what shes doing and she knows what looks good. I truly appreciate her patience and kindness, I will always recommend Jessica! And PS Best haircut I have had in years my girl can agree.

Hannah Sutfin I do not recommend this place. My husband got a haircut and beard detail. His hair was not faded properly, way too long in the back, she did not clean up around his ears. He refused to go back in and get it fixed or get a refund but just want to warn others. Spend your money somewhere else.

mike ho My third visit to this location was very uncomfortable. While waiting, a guest had concerns about his online booking which led to a back and forth bicker between staff and the guest. The guest could have approach the situation better, but staff should be aware that there are other guests around, and shouldn’t use mockery/jokes after the guest had abruptly left the store. When it was my turn, the stylist had never cut a fade before, and recruited help. For the next 30 minutes, I felt like a training subject between a stylist and the student. The student start asking the trainer if there is anything she can do to pay her back, the trainer said no it’s your haircut I don’t want anything to do with it. I didn’t want to be rude toward the stylist trying to learn, but she should have made me aware before I sat down. After a 30 minutes class, the stylists asked if there was anything they could do to fix my hair- what? They didn’t offer a wash, or clean me up. I was extremely uncomfortable and unhappy, I just wanted to leave.

Chris FitnessX Leah in Brazos town center in Rosenberg TX was awesome she’s very friendly and a deserves all the starts there is.Her customer service was fantastic and whatever you want she will give you and maybe even strategize your cut if need be. Overall Leah is the one you need to go to she’s the best !!!
