Jordan Davis Didnt understand some aspects of the pavilion i had never known of one before. I really appreciated the trust and the ability to be worked with and the help received. As for the staff Steven was a great help in guiding me through the place. I will not forget my stay and the help received is greatly appreciated.

Mandy Parks Ive only had 1 day here and I already love the place. Way More Better then CENIKOR. They dont turn heads from people with disabilities and actually provide transportation to and from there. I recommend this place if youre seeking mental help and help with addiction.

Sandra Mester I, like everyone else, didn’t know why I was going there. I was worried about losing my independence and my family. As time went on, I realized that wasn’t going to happen. But, they weren’t going to throw me out on the streets either. It became a community of like minded people who shared a life experience and shared our values, fears and hopes for our future. That made us very empathetic towards one another. The staff, therapists and doctors work together to make sure that we get whatever we need and have a safe place to go.

Molly Denton I have. Repeatedly. Its the hamster in the wheel game. Feel free to call me. Record at pavilion. Thank you. The staff on the whole is exceptional. Without doubt. Im here to present solutions. I had a lot of free time. CEO I met would be a great place to start reasonable requests. Bless yall❤

Mad Love my stay was definitely rough to start, the only reason I was able to handle it so well is because this was not my first stay. It had its ups and downs just like any hospital, some staff was wonderful other staff needs to reconsider the job they have. If you cant treat people with care and compassion you dont need to be in healthcare. The Drs. Basically want to fill you with pills. They dont really help you in the sense of what you need to do individually. They were short staffed so getting one on one therapy was difficult.

Miki S Somewhat of an honest review and a warning. If you are seeking inpatient mental health care and you are not in immediate danger, travel somewhere else to get the help you need. They do a good job at one thing: keeping you from harming yourself and that is basically it. Its like pulling teeth to even try to get a therapist or someone to help with other issues. It is merely just a place to isolate you and keep you from harming yourself. So once again, if you are not an immediate danger to yourself or others, let someone you trust take you somewhere else for better help.

estrella Idk about everyone else but I had a pretty good experience here. Sure there was a couple bad staff members but the good outweighed the bad, I was in the DDU and most of the staff was absolutely amazing, Liz, Alberto, and Chelsea were amazing techs, Rudy and Susan were some of the best nurses, and Susan the case manager was so patient with all my questions and was just very good. The one thing I will say is do NOT trust anything Dr. Hussain says, he is a liar and its crazy that he is allowed to work there after blatantly lying to patients, everyone knows the stigma around The Pav and its hard to disprove it when you have doctors walking around lying. Other than that I had a good experience!

Roma Orca I went for an appointment to have an ultrasound and I was able to talk to a woman who was there in medical uniform, I told her that I would pay for myself and she told me that the price for an ultrasound to diagnose pregnancy was 1500 dollars and that I better go to the emergency room saying I had bleeding, now I have my insurance and Im going to change clinics, they are not pleasant at all! She treated me as if I were ignorant, believing that I would not have the money to pay.

Sarah Cortez W&C has been my childrens primary care giver for 5 yrs, starting put they were a great doctors office. But now they are not so good, I have had multiple incidents of trying to get a appointment scheduled bit they seem to have a day of not answering the phones. Just like others say the staff is rude, and if you do not ask they will not tell. Overall experience- want to find a new doctors office, besides these are my children we are talking about.

Michelle Brown My daughter went to see Dr. Castillo, and it was a horrific experience!! First of all, she had to wait about an hour to be called back to see this Dr. After she was finally called back, she waited in the patient room for another hour and 1/2!! When Dr. Castillo finally make her appearance, she was rude, and hateful. Obviously could not have cared less about her patient!! My daughter had questions that she never even asked because she could not wait to get away from this woman!!! By looking at her other reviews, it is obvious that this happens a lot!! I’m sorry I sent my kid to her!! It WONT HAPPEN AGAIN!

Rosa K I had read many bad reviews before going but I decided to try anyway because maybe she wouldn’t be so bad. I was wrong! I addressed some concerns and questions i had but she didn’t seem to care. I was very nervous because I was gonna get a pap she did not try to comfort me because I was very jumpy. She was very impatient. She was very aggressive with it so I was tense the whole time. I could not hold back tears when she left the room. It felt like she was in a rush to get the appointment over with. She just does not make a patient feel comfortable which is the number one quality a doctor should have.

Rylee Kunkel I took my 17 year old daughter for a 3 month followup for her medication. This woman walked in and without even greeting us scolded my daughter for having her mask not pulled up high enough. While we’re were in the common areas, both my daughter and I had nose and mouth fully covered. While in the private room with the door closed, my daughter had adjusted her mask momentarily but still covering mouth and nostrils. Dr. Castillo lectured her saying, “no matter where you are in this building you’ll keep your mask fully up. There are pregnant people walking around here and you’re breathing everywhere.” Shocked, my daughter and I just looked at each other. She quickly reviewed the medication questions. My daughter was so embarrassed by the scolding she didn’t even feel comfortable answering her questions but stammered through it. My daughter then tried to tell her that she is waiting on test results from her primary care doctor, due to having health issues the past month. As soon as my daughter said one of those tests we were waiting on was a mono test, the doctor interrupted and said, “oh, and you’re in here breathing all over my things!” I cut in and explained that my daughter had been tested for Covid and many other things, including diabetes, leukemia, anemia etc. and was negative. I explained to her that her office policy would allow me to remove my mask because I’m fully vaccinated however, just weeks ago I had a horrible Covid case and by her own policy I could have exposed “all the pregnant people walking around here”. . Mono is not an airborne illness. Our main question to her was, would this medication she prescribed contribute to the symptoms my daughter has been having for a month that we were actively seeking answers to. She rudely dismissed the question and was completely preoccupied with a mask being 1 millimeter down the bridge if my daughters nose in a private room, with the door closed, before she even came in. She had no regard for the information that my daughter has had fatigue, pale skin, swollen lymph glands etc. for a month. No patient should ever be treated like this “doctor” treated my daughter. If she felt like the mask needed to be higher she could have politely asked for it to be adjusted. We were being compliant with office policy and didn’t deserve this treatment. We will be finding a new care provider. I wouldn’t recommend this rude, tactless, uncaring, provider to an enemy.

Joe Boss Just have to say that this woman is not a kind or understanding person. Seeing a medical professional one hopes doctors have the best medical interest for there patients. Well for my wife this was the complete opposite. Without going into much detail my wife sees other specialists for other medical reasons. When she saw Castillo, an OB which is her “specialty”, thought it best to take on all my wife’s care and that she was an expert on all other matters and aspects of her other health issues unrelated to obstetrics & gynecology. Not once but twice my wife left with tears after her appointment with this woman for berating her and saying that everything my wife is doing is going to cause a miscarriage. Personally I would not recommend this woman to practice for one’s OB needs. My last advice to the reader or someone who is trying to find a Physician. Make sure whoever it is you see has the best medical interests in there views, not just physical but mentally and emotionally. Thankfully this is America where people can pick there own doctors that make a person feel good and heard. So don’t ever feel like there are no other alternatives or just stuck with a certain physician because more times than not other physicians are more than willing to take on new patients and give the best medical care they can provide.

Ashlyn Nicole Dr. Castillo delivered me back when I was born in 1997. I was flipping through my baby book and found her name and saw that she was still practicing. After seeing other reviews I thought I would also share my story- I was born with a staph infection that occurred due to the use of a scalp electrode monitor. I was a very sick baby and was sent home on IV antibiotics. The CDC investigated my case and my mother was not a carrier of the infection. Another baby delivered by Dr. Castillo a week later also developed a staph infection but did not make it. I am now 25 years old and about to graduate from nursing school. Every nurse I’ve ever talked to is baffled that I was sent home and not cared for in the NICU or at least the hospital. I understand that mistakes can happen and people can change and grow throughout their careers but I want other expecting mamas to be aware of what happened in case it’s still happening to others. I am lucky to be alive.

Gisela Miessner Avoid this clinic like the plague. Absolutely no aftercare after major colon surgery. Simply discharged after 6 days. Nobody cares if the patient dies. Absolutely inhuman. The doctor Saadaldin simply discharged a patient with this operation. Without therapy, just put out on the street, even though he knew that the accident caught him in transit. How irresponsible is this doctor.

Mandy Archibald The staff here is amazing. My father-in-law was admitted into the ICU cardiac unit. Through the 4 days we were there Misty and Luke watched over him like angels. We have never had nurses like these two. Tammy, the case worker was always available to us for any questions and made his release to the nursing home the easiest she could for us. I am sure this hospital geinually saves many lives on a daily basis due to the nursing staff that go above and beyond for their patients. Thank you Misty and Luke!!!❤ Chris and Mandy Archibald

(6) Reviews Plum Creek Specialty Hospital:

Jake My loved one is currently (at the time of typing this) serving time temporarily at Plum Creek Specialty Hospital for physical rehabilitation. Here is a list of things that I have noticed that are ATROCIOUS. FOOD: The food there is horrible. Many times I have seen the nurses or just random people delivering the meals that the Plum Creek chefs have put together. My loved one has asked many times what the dish that theyre giving her is, and they usually say "I dont know". STAFF: Buckle up, this is a long one. - I do believe that, by law, it is required for a physician of some sort to put together a plan (no matter how complicated or basic) to show the physical rehab. assistants what they need to do. (ex. This patient needs to do at least 20 minutes of physical rehabilitation a day, blah blah blah.) My loved one is doing random amounts of rehab a day, even though the doctor at BSA specified that she needed to do at LEAST one hour a day to regain her strength. This is one of many things. - The RNs are usually very caring, and fun. But most of the other staff... not so much. At the front desk, the only time I have ever seen staff there is if they are waiting for pizza to be delivered. - Another bad thing is... at the time of me typing this my loved one has been in the Plum Creek Specialty Hospital for 6 days, and has not ONCE seen a doctor of any kind, only RNs. - Once again, another staff problem. I have heard the nurses talking to (who I can assume to be a physician or director) someone on speaker who is being asked to come up to Plum Creek, and is saying "Im not coming up there." - The cleaning staff are bad too. I see them sitting in the chairs on their phones a LOT, but, as theyre running through the halls, the should be able to see the candy wrappers and sometimes potato chip bags that theyre speeding past to look at a video on another persons phone when theyre supposed to be... cleaning. I may have left a few things out... but you get it. TLDR: Do NOT send your loved ones here, unless you have absolutely no option at all. There are many better place to go.

Darvial Sumner My father is at this place he had knee surgery and has an infection. When he first got there they brought him a wheel chair that had poop on the seat for him to sit in then when my mother saw it the nurse just covered the poo with a blanket instead of disinfecting it!!! This was the first nite sense lots of horible things have gone on...they told him he could only bath on sertain days of the week, and when he did go to take a shower they didnt help him at all and told him to grab the bar on shower wall to help himself get into the shower with no help, floor was wet and remember i said he just had knee surgery so I am really worried about the men and woman that cant tell others they way they are treated!!! I am giving my mother this web site so she can tell you all more so you DONT take anyone to this god for saking nasty place.

Katt Matuza The staff there lie. If they want something they lie to get it. My example. My loved one was there for assisted nursing at the end of her life. She had spent a week at plum creek before being transferred to a hospital due to an infection and when it was time to go back she begged us not to send her there. I didnt think much of it at first since she was out of her facilities at the time but after dealing with them I now wonder. We signed a DNR at the hospital but that one doesnt count at a rehab. Okay, so we go to sign another one. I arrived at 7:45 am waiting for a social worker that they didnt know when came in or if she came everyday. No one checked a schedule. They just told me to wait in the waiting room to see if shed show up. A nurse told the front desk clerk that if she didnt to come to get her so I could talk to the next best person. I waited until 8:30am when the desk clerk came to me and told me I should just leave since it didnt look like a social worker was in today. I reminded her that the nurse told her to come get her and her response was "Oh you heard that". Still the front desk girl was young and seemed new so I just shrugged and waited to talk to some one. 9am and a different nurse comes out and tells me to follow her into the hospital wing. Along the way asking anyone we encounter whether or not theyve seen this social worker. Everyone says no. Now I am faced with three nurses that show me the DNR and tell me that they need it signed. They are all talking over each other and I say I can get it signed, but that I had a few questions about her care. After a few times asking about who to talk to about care they kept insisting to talk about the DNR and trying to get me to leave. I finally said that the DNR will be taken care of but I still wanted to talk about care. They told me they had those meetings on Mondays and we could talk about it then. That really bothered me that they did not want to answer questions or give me someone that could. At one point I asked if family could be witnesses for the DNR and they said "no problem" I double checked when dropping it off and they said it was fine. My parents went later and signed another one since they have to have one for the hospital wing and one for nursing, and double checked the one I had been in charge of for nursing. Everyone there says there is no problem and were all good. The next day the missing social worker calls to tell me that the DNR is invalid since family signed and that I was made aware of that fact. Im now pissed. I told her that they told me family was okay. She then says that typically the social worker does this and if I had talked to her instead of going to the nurses there probably wouldnt have been a problem. I then pointed out that they couldnt find her. She then says that she was probably out to lunch. I then say at 7:45 am she then says she was there and doesnt know what happened. At this point I tell her Ill get it to her as soon as I can. She brings up making my loved one comfortable or if we want to try and make her get better. I tell her that some family is heading our way and before we talk hospice we need to talk to them. And now she says that my loved one probably wont make it throughout the night and the whole family should come up there. I start calling people, and my Mother calls the nurses station to see what my loved ones condition is. They tell us that shes weak but there is no reason to come immediately that she should make it through the night just fine. What I suspect is the social worker did that to be mean or to force hospice to start happening or to make sure that we all come in to sign instead of having it faxed to us and dropped off. Whatever her motivations shes a liar she lied about being at her job in the morning and that my loved one was currently dying. The nurses lied about what they told me and my family about the DNR to cover their asses. The front desk girl tried to lie so she wouldnt have to track down someone for me to talk to.
