Elizabeth The staff is nice but its very apparent the office gets over booked. Ive always appreciated a doctor that runs behind but still takes time with their patients. Unfortunately I sometimes arrive really early to wait up to a half hour, but they rush through everything and I dont feel like I can ask questions. If I can squeeze them in they kind of get answers but I definitely dont feel like Im really welcome to ask. Im grateful that they were able to help me, but it just kind of feels like a "good enough clinic" to make sure the baby is still alive and kicking.

Ajah Evans I’ve been calling doctors all over Conroe to get scheduled without success.

lohamy ruiz If you speak Spanish, dont even come here because they treat you badly, even if you arrive late for 1 minute, they dont want to serve you and speak to you with arrogance. Terrible service for Hispanics.

Rachel Ashcraft I went there because of a tonsil checking, and for nose congestion, the medicine worked overnight! My doctor was super sweet best doctor Miss Scarlet Reed!

Mitchell Castie Not one person had a clue what was going on brought my 2 sons in to have tonsils removed for told all this information we thought was helpful but none of it was they told us we would get brought to recovery immediately after surgery so my 6 year old son would not panic when he woke up but instead we were left in the waiting room until he was released when we asked the nurses what was going on they were useless had no idea about anything to busy standing around flapping their gums drawing a easy paycheck I’m a very upset parent and this is far from over I will be speaking to the director

Deborah Bryant My daughter was admitted into this hospital for 5 days deathly sick. If she hadn’t called me to take her when she did. The doctors had already told us a couple more days. She would have been in ICU. She finally got to go home last night. But everyone from the ER to the floor was amazing. Only reason I didn’t give full stars is because there kitchen needs some serious attention. The food was just awful. Very well priced but they had to do it cheaper just to get some to eat it. There was also a lady from the business center came up to talk to us and she was RUDE. But with the doctors and nurses being so good that all I was concerned about because they were the ones treating my girl. Get a handle on the food and business office and I would have nothing but great things to say about this hospital.

Fran Allen My mother was taken to Conroe ER and they did a good job evaluating her. Her surgeon also did an excellent job with her surgery. Once she was on the regular care floor it all went downhill. Her Call button went unanswered for hours (pain meds were needed and a super long wait) .....too many patients per nurse. She was left sitting up in her chair for hours on end. Her meals did not get ordered/sent several times. She also got a bedsore from not being moved often enough/lying in the same position for hours. Two of my mothers grandchildren who live out of state sent her flowers which were delivered to the hospital lobby, left unattended at some desk and were promptly stolen and never made it to her room (the security guard said that sadly this happens all of the time). Two days before she was to be transferred to a skilled nursing facility, ants and termites were discovered in her room. Our family requested for her to be moved to another room and that did not get done until the next day. Next time an ER visit or hospital stay is needed our family will make a further drive to take her to a different hospital with a better standard of care.

fine 1998 They are bad customer service!!! My boyfriend was having a bad anxiety attack and his heart was skipping and they still made him wait in lobby and I’m very disappointed

Andre I recently had a short stay at this facility, and I can say that it was a mutual exchange and fulfillment of the Human Experience -- for myself and all persons involved. Will be visiting again soon, I love it! The food is absolutely amazing, I LOVE home-cooked meals, they heal the SOUL!

Shea As an past employee all is great, all employees do and care the best they can, However when employees get infected with SCABBIES for 5 months and voyages dont care and fire you because you miss work is just wrong. Hundred of income loss, hundreds of medicine to buy and absolutely no help or care from voyages. If they dont care about workers what does that say about your loved one that needs help.

Joe White I think Voyages has its issues as Im sure everyplace like this does. The greatest part of this facility is the staff. The nurses and techs are so wonderful. I had a fellow patient cursing them out and proving to everybody there he is a racist at heart. But the staff took it. I had to get a med right after and the nurse was so nice to me like 5 minutes earlier she wasnt being called horrible things. The worse thing was the complete hit or miss when it came to food. Breakfast seemed to be a real challenge. But breakfast and lunch all came out on nice trays. But dinner was in a styrofoam container because the kitchen staff didnt want to stay over to wash the trays. So you would rather cost the facility money from your budget that could go towards better food but you are going to waste money ordering these containers and hurt our environment with toxic styrofoam. The beds are not great but not too bad either. The group therapy sessions 3 times a day were really great. But some patients showed their exhaustion because they needed at least 20 to 30 minutes of private therapy while in their. The counseling staff is also really great but they need to address suicide because 65% or more of patients are there for that reason. Overall I give Voyages 4.5 Stars. They take private insurance and you will know if you have to check someone you love in there that they will be safe and treated with a lot of respect and grace.

Emilie Warschauer My mother is currently at this facility and it is awful! We were really scared after seeing these reviews but tried to give it a chance. At first they were wonderful and acted like they really cared. Now can’t get no one to return my calls, my mother may have fallen and had some kind of seizure and has bruising on her chest where someone had to rub it to get her to come to, but the nurse response was” she must of had it before she came here” ugh no ma’am she did not! I saw her Saturday at the visitation there and that bruise was not there. My mother has been there a week and still hasn’t actually seen the DR. Please I understand that it’s hard when you’re dealing with a family member having a mental crisis but please don’t allow them to come here. They do not care about their patients or their physical or mental health.

Y S Horrible service the Admission and Discharge coordinator is also the supervisor and shes never available to speak with family members in regards to the patients there. This place should be closed down by the state.

nimetra king I just want to see my son and make sure he’s ok. Haven’t heard from my son in months. To be honest I think someone did something to him. And they trying covering it up. Getting me some help because this should be against the law to keep someone from their children. I miss my baby so much and have so many sleepless night just up thinking about him. Don’t know what to do.

Debra Herrera This place is a joke the director Mr.Rone should be an actual patient here, there motto is "I can not confirm nor deny". They keep patients clothing and private item that the family has bought patients when the patients are released. Who ever the one responsible for deeming a patient able to stand trial is just as crazy as the patients them selves! Thats obvious when MHMR has deemed my little cousin on the highest level of schizophrenia a person can have, but yet this facility said he was competent to stand trial, and then San Antonio state hospital said that its impossible for him to stand trial, that should tell anyone something about this place. I actually believe they have the patients answering the phones here.... No Help what so ever!!!

Vana Wanda Brazeal a APRN has authority and leadership as if she was a Doctor! She’s a nurse practitioner and has everyone that works around scared! She wrote a report to the court that I was currently severe manic bipolar because “I’d been divorced twice and the police report”! She said in one report she thought my reporting of the police arrest as delusional and refused to help me! The same day just hours earlier, one week from admission, Pitman found me Competent to Stand Trial (CST)! James Pitman, an actual doctor found me competent and Ms K (Brazeal) that afternoon says I’m manic! Wants me to choose one of four different drugs, like a candy store, your choice and then we will see if there is an improvement! Witch doctors? Pitman seems legit! I could not find one other Nurse or employee that agreed with Ms K! Yes I broke my pinky playing basketball

Backyard Rambo Seems to me that the people making bad comments are there due to their legal matters and to stay out of jail. Im looking an inpatient facility for my mother who has dementia and cant get into the clinic until January 2024. She needs meds now!

Vanessa Trevino Front desk staff is very rude. Utmb canceled my afternoon appointment and said the only availability was today at 10:30am or at the end of the month. Which I am due to deliver my baby at the end of the month. I take the appointment and will admit was a FEW minutes late because of the very short notice and was having car trouble. The rude lady with a ponytail at the Front desk who sits on her computer playing on her phone. Said I should have told the appointment setter I couldn’t make it?!? She acts like she’s a doctor and knows what she is saying. You have no right to tell me to not make or attempt to make an appointment. I told her that I am a high risk patient and that’s the only time appointment setter said was available. This lady is literally lazy! The office waiting area was completely empty! No one was there except for me! I had a very bad experience at this clinic and will not be going back. It’s no wonder the wait area was so empty! Who wants to be pregnant and get mistreated? I literally looked forward to my ultrasound appointment. After two miscarriages and being able to see my baby grow is a miracle. I wish i could have gotten this rude front desk staffs name because I’d put it here! My advice to you ponytail lady is if you can’t show customer service get another job!

Josie N I’ve gone a couple times and everyone who I talk to on the phone and the women at the front desk have always been nice and easy going. As well as the nurses and the doctor who helped me! Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews about the people at the front desk or on the phone

Silvia Garcia I had an appt yesterday 4/11 at this clinic for my 1st ultrasound I was super excited and as soon as I walked in I was waiting in the middle of the front reception desk and nobody was acknowledging me. So I went to the lady on the left and she rudely said hold on Ill be with you in a sec with an attitude. The lady to the right was super nice and had a smile while she helped me instead. I sat down and waited to be called in, and all I could hear is that front desk lady to the left complaining of her sore throat. My ultrasound tech was amazing and super informative. When she gave me the paper to deliver to the front the same rude lady says " you need to come to the other side and give me the paper" when she could of literally turned her chair around to reach for my paper. So I go to the other side and wait in the middle and she was up getting something from the printer and ignores me with my hand out and goes to sit down and tells me yet again " Im over here". I will not be coming back here because of this. I drove all the way from Kingwood TX to get treated like this. If you dont like your job, or dont feel well does not give you the right to mistreat patients!

Alexis Lewis They are very rude. I will no longer go there ever again they front desk ladys are rude she started yelling my information out loud over the counter about my insurance not working I drove 40 mins to them and Im 31 weeks pregnant and they denied me wouldnt check me or anything I asked for payment arrangements the lady gonna tell me 8,000 upfront they are lazy and very slow I didnt even get seen and they sent me a bill for $65. Very rude and unprofessional they made me feel uncomfortable.

Wayne Woods I was admitted for MRI and cat scan I agreed to stay the night only with the assurance from the Dr that I be given my VA prescribed medication. I was not given my meds except for sleep. I take meds for complex PTSD. I had 2 major episodes and after that, then summarily dismissed because I was agitated. I warn anyone who cares about their family, DO NOT GO THERE. This is my second visit in 4 yrs and was denied Veterans benefits both times.

Sandra Tankersley I was brought in by EMS great guys. However my experience in ER was awful I was put on by pap for pneumonia the nurse was rude loud when I asked for sponge mouth just to wet my lips and mouth the male nurse yelled at me that he didnt have them . I didnt ask for a drink I just wanted to wet my mouth. A washcloth would have worked he yelled so loud my daughter heard him in waiting room. They put me on levophed for low BP I asked if they would consider volume expander like albumin as I had bad infiltration with levophed he continued to yell so loudly my daughter came to my rescue. Im retired nurse you dont treat patients like that . I didnt ask to be taken there as a matter of fact I requested to go to Hermann. EMS said I was to critical. I will never recommend Conroe regional even though ICU staff were great and floor nurses were also nice. The ER nurse had no bedside manner and was rude to my family as well.
