Haley Darden we LOVE dr king in pedi but the front staff seriously needs a revamp on customer service and how to answer the phone. I call 3 times and wait on hold 5-10 minutes each time. that’s an issue

DJ Pediatrics Review
For three years we have loved Collom & Carney, but my wife’s OBGYN is retiring, and our son’s pediatrician is retiring.
We had a baby girl last week, but unfortunately we had to schedule a different pediatrician. Dr. Porter who apparently thinks she’s the only pediatrician in the four states area. (Parents you have many options)
We showed up 20 minutes early for our daughters 1 week appointment, filled out all the necessary paperwork, etc. just to be informed that Porter would not see our daughter because we were not 30 minutes early for the appointment.
Never were we notified it was required that we be 30 minutes early and no grace was given. They sent us home (an hour drive by the way) and would not see my daughter. I am rarely late and very punctual to all of my appointments. I take pride in that.
As a parent and a customer, I’m glad that we will not give a single dime towards Porters salary.
With the good doctors we have had and the great experience we have had over the past years retiring, we also are leaving Collom and Carney.
My last experience was absolutely infuriating.

Rocky Billingsley I had my right hip replaced last year and after 12 months it was doing ok. Now I can’t walk but a few feet at a time and I love be on pain medicine. I have to have shots in my hip every 3 or 4 months to help ease the pain for a time. I would recommend not going to these people for anything. My life has changed because of their incompetence.

ashley armstrong Pediatrics is very rude and unprofessional. You can most definitely tell that the ladies at the front desk don’t want to work. Their attitudes SUCK. No matter how kind or polite you are, they are rude. I did everything they asked of me before my appointment with my kids and I get there and they act like it’s a huge issue that my children have 2 insurance policies. I will be in search of a new facility because we have had problems since day 1. And what’s the point of being 30 min early when they take 45 min checking you in because they want to argue over insurance.

debbie vanover extremely upset over the care that my sister is receiving or actually NOT receiving from the GI dept. apparently they are understaffed according to the NP.... one doc and one NP for the whole GI dept. MY SISTER needs a referral out of town if there is no one available and from the last visit apparently that is the case. When I asked where is the doc I was told out in the middle of the ocean.... THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE......WE NEED A REFERRAL to someone that can actually be there and take care of her. WHO do we call???????????????
