Taylor Gomez TINA IS AMAZING! She clearly loves what she does and just wants the client to be happy. You never have to worry about her not supporting your decisions and executing perfectly. Thank u so much Tina. My favorite set ever. This location does hands and toes at the same time which is super considerate of time but also the service is just great.

Emily blue Had the absolute most AMAZING time at KTT nail salon. The staff was so lovely and wonderful, these technicians are extremely talented and care about customers comfort. It was my first time here and they made me feel at home, chatting with all of them was the most fun. Usually sitting in a chair for two hours gets boring but they were all the sweetest and i loved each and every conversation. Also came with amazing complimentary hand and body lotion. :) A real special thank you to Ashley for these stunning nails, thank you for your hard work. Shes a very talented artist. If you’re looking to find professionals and friends this is your spot! Much love to all the staff!

Nieka Make an appointment with Sam. She does an amazing job and she is super sweet and accommodating. Ive gotten my nails done by her 2 times so far, and my nails never lifted and they stayed shiny the whole time. The picture of the maroon nails have a matte finish on all but 2 nail, which was my choice.

Lacey Prieto This place is truly amazing. The customer service is top notch, they serve complimentary drinks, they have attention to detail and overall take great of you! I asked for a special nail set with a marble accent and they made it happen! Will be back time and time again!

Kathryn Peardon I went there one time before today and they put my solar nails on so thick I had to go back the next day and get them redone. I went today and got my nails shellac and my toes painted my nails are bubbly and thick and the sides are all onto my skin. My toes are the worst part. I paid 45 dollars and ended up going to a different salon to get them fixed. I will never go back lesson learned. They also didnt put a base coat which causes nails to yellow.

Kelsey Hegemeyer There have been a few times I have gone in and have gotten a great mani/pedicure, but there have also been times when they havent been so great. I, honestly, have to say that this is a great place to go, though. Many people have said that the service and everything else about it is horrible, but if you go in you will see that the employees are extremely sweet people. Also, I have been to a million places to get my eyebrows waxed and there hasnt been a place like Peters. The lady is very sweet and has always done a fantastic job! I have shown several people Peters Nail Salon and they all have said the same thing that Im saying. So I do recommend Peters. No body is perfect at anything so Id give them a chance.

Crossfit 145 I love Peters Nail - both Peter and Tina are very friendly and do good work. Ive been going here for about 5 years and never had a problem! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nail shop!

Stephanie Doolan I have known Peter over 30 years!! He and his wife go above and beyond!! They treat you like family!! I also love how clean their nail salon is!! I recommend Peter’s Nail Salon over any other in Montgomery County!! It’s definitely the best!!

Sunshine Pinkerton The owner of the nail salon, Peter, runs the place with his wife. I got a pedicure and his wife ripped out an ingrown toenail too deep and close that it started bleeding and throbbed with pain for 2 weeks. When she first started yanking, I asked her to please stop in a friendly tone, and after she persisted I tried pulling away so she couldn’t do damage but instead, she forced my foot to be still and kept pulling harder until it bled. Then she started speaking Vietnamese in an annoyed tone to her husband Peter, so he took over. Neither of them apologized, this is very poor customer service.

Stephanie Friddell I have to say before anything that I loved my technicians, very patient with my 3year old but I was not told in advance that I would get charged $20 extra for shellac on her tiny toes and nails like really?!!! How much damn shellac are you spending in her tiny nails!!! $25 for the bow design in the picture in 2 nails….i know i should have told her I didn’t like it but that on me, but at other places the technician has told me that she couldn’t do the design ot something. Also $25 come on… plus a charge for length… they are not even long! Now I’m going home to fix this design…

Yasmara Diaz Update: 10/27/24 decided to give them another try since they opened earlier then most salons and they refused to give service because “ our staff isn’t confident they can give you the experience you want”. I went down 3 minutes to Malibu nail lounge and they were open 30 minutes before it says online. Didn’t have to wait and I’ve never had bad nails from there. So it ended up being a win for me! If I could give zero stars I would. Not only because of the terrible quality they provided but because they don’t know how to solve issues. They messed up my toe. They tried to fix it and made it hurt because they kept grinding it down after every mess up. I had to tell them to stop using the nail drill. I asked for regular polish after they tried to fix it twice but instead got the manger to come help. It was almost a whole hour of them putting on nail polish and filing it off. It could have been that they are using cheap or old nail polish or maybe the old Uv lights they use. They tried using one that had tape on the cord to hold it together. I Still got charged for the pedicure without a discount. They said they discounted the shellac because they couldn’t get it to dry. But in reality its not a discount since I didn’t get the service. I also wasted 2 hours when I’ve been in and out in about a hour before. I would understand two hours if I had to wait for them because they are busy but I was seated and worked on as soon as I got there. I could have done a better pedicure at home and saved a 112. People who came in when they were almost done with my pedicure left before I did because of how many times they tried to fix my toe. Now that I’m home I’m looking at my nails and they also did a lousy job on my hands. I’ve never had this experience with them. the troubling part is that they don’t know how to fix mistakes or make a unsatisfied customer happy. I’ve been a noa customer for over 5 years. I’ve only been coming to this location for 1 since I moved to Montgomery. I rather take the drive back to spring because of there superior service.

Matisse Let me start off by saying I’ve been here several times before and my sister gets absolutely perfect and gorgeous nails done here. But my experience this time was not so great… Paid around $50 for a refill… The tech did it in like 20 minutes when typically at the other salons I’ve been to a refill takes like an hour. He hardly brushed the acrylic dust off my hands before applying new, so it’s mixed into my new nails and stuck around my cuticles which he didn’t remove, he was extremely harsh with the drill, he filed away almost all of my natural nail once my nails were complete (they were nice, long, and strong when he had first removed the set I had on prior), and then once inspected, there’s gaps on the side…likely won’t be coming back anymore.

Lavender Frog I was refused service for questioning an added fee. i am a regular there and have never questioned their fees before but noticed they have been upcharging a lot lately. I asked for a refill-no shape change and no length change/no cut down. The only extra item I wanted to add was a chrome finish. They tried charging me: $40 refill, $6 for “length”, $15 for chrome, $6 shape. I asked why I was being charged $6 for length & $6 for shape when I didn’t change either? She removed the fee for shape but said it was extra because of the length of my nails. I said I was not going to pay that $6, that should be included in the refill price. She then instructed her nail tech to stop working on me and told me they would not finish my nails (she was buffing them, preparing to polish). They did not charge me for the service, I left with them half done. So, if anyone is looking for a nice place go to Martini’s & Manicures instead! They finished my nails! And, you tell me; are my nails too long for a regular refill????

Misty Nichols Me and my two daughters had a long day and had went to 3 other salons just to be turned down bc they were only open another hour, we walked in here at 6:05pm Friday night. I asked if they could possibly squeeze two full sets and a nail paint in (my fingers were crossed) and to my surprise they said YES!!! They made my daughters first time having her nails done very memorable and even stayed almost an hour past closing time!!! Annnndddd the quality of the nails was perfect I will be driving here every two weeks (from Tomball)!!! Thank you Tina we loved our visit

Katelynn Mayhew If you don’t like being scammed don’t go here. I called the nail salon and asked them how much it would cost to get my acrylic nails soaked off and to have a manicure I was told it would be $15. So I went here and the guy took my nails off himself without telling me that if he took them off it would cost more. I went to the front and was told that it was going to cost $32. I asked her why it was $32 instead of the original price? I was told because he took my nails off instead of soaking them and that it was a service. I didn’t argue with her I paid for the service without tipping.I will never be going back here again.

Megan Santora I’ve been going to Tim at Lavender for 6 years. Always doing dip nails and he never disappoints. I also get shellac pedicures. The staff is friendly and salon is very clean. They are the best nails salon in the area. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

Colleen Smart DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!! All my nails are different shapes and lengths, some are coffins and some are squared, I would hardly call this a set when none of them are the same. Not mention the cuticles were overfilled and the edges were under filled to where you can see the tips. On top of that I got cut several times and they left chunks under the nails. It was a sloppy job and wasn’t cleaned up properly

Angelica Byerly my dad actually heard about them in a group page. when i would go to other salons, my nails wouldnt last at least 2 weeks. at lavender, my nails can actually last a month! i usually pick nail designs that arent too hard to do. they are very nice & honest.

Miriam Torres The first night I got the pedicure and manicure with them “first night”, the color started to peel off like a sticker. Worse than Walmart nail polish. I went there for the first time last Sunday Nov. 17th. I specifically asked for a long lasting nail polish work, they said it was going to last for at least 30 days. I payed 80 something dollars for hands and feet. Two different people did the work, a woman did my nails and a man did my toes. So how come two different people can have the exact same result as on the pictures I’m showing. 3 nights later the nail polish is gone! I even tipped both of them but it wasn’t worth it. Don’t waste your time and money on this place. I didn’t have time to return and tell them or show them what happened because I had an event out of town and had to look for another place to have the work done professionally. The only worth person at this place is the very nice and polite receptionist that’s speaks English and Spanish. She was kind at all times. That’s it. I’m so upset and disappointed of them. I feel I was taken advantaged of.

Monica K. Sanchez The atmosphere was not so warm. I asked the person who helped me to do more cleaning since it was superficial and he said no, that he does not do that. I asked someone else to do it and it was not possible either and besides, he was super abrupt. He hurt me when he saw my discontent. The truth is, I could have done that same cleaning at home. I do not recommend it at all. The service at Nails of America in other places is of better quality, service and customer service.

Zaiah Lon It started out great! The lady took my friend and I to get pedicures, after that it was downhill fast! When I was done I followed her to the front and she checked the book and pointed at a chair, I waited maybe 3 minutes for her to come back but instead this guy walks in the front door and straight to my spot sits down and gets straight to work, no questions about nail shape or anything, it was painful as heck!!! I didn’t bleed but when I left one of my fingers hurt really bad and my left hand pointer finger is embarrassing, it has an arch and is anything but straight! ( I’ll put a picture, is it just me??) I ended up paying $80 for these French tips. Don’t get me started on checking out:( Paying was a whole other disappointment. I highly recommend going with your gut, ask for someone else if you don’t like your tech.

Abby My experience wasn’t the best… they were super nice… but my manicure did not turn out so well… especially what I payed for… I have bubbles and powder in my nails that are noticeable as well as the nails being uneven… The lady who did my nails was hurting me with the machines she was using, this will be my first and last time using this location.

Thankfully he didnt get too far when I realized their hours of operation was wrong and they definitely were not open and my husband came and got me. So annoyed!

Raelynn Gill If youre looking for a new nail tech, look no further! Definitely go see Sophia! She always goes above and beyond on my nails. All I have to do is show her an inspiration photo and she takes it to the next level. Shes been doing my nails for almost a year now and Im so glad I found her. And if for some reason Sophia isnt there, Tina is also amazing! Everyone in the shop is always nice and polite. I love the atmosphere. Its also very clean.

Kam Kyle has been my go-to for a while now, and he always does an amazing job. I’ve attached some pictures of the sets he has done. He consistently takes his time and executes my ideas perfectly! I definitely recommend him!

waynen criner terrible nail shop!! she messed up my cuticles, damage my finger nails , and took 1 hour for a regular gel manicure . She didn’t even get all the skin off my nails . Horrible nail shop. i don’t recommend this nail shop . I am new to the area and I will never come back !!!!!

Kailey Smith If you want to leave with rough heels after a pedicure this place is definitely for you. Literally worse shap than when you go in. 3 of us got pedicures, 2 left with rough feet.. The person who did my feet was nice, but definitely not worth the price and defeats the purpose of a pedicure.

Bev hills DO NOT GO HERE!! Went in for a cute design and asked if they could do it (if not I would be fine with a more simple design). I told them I wanted to SOAK OFF and get a NEW SET aka new tips. She quoted me $55 (35 for acrylics, 10 for soak off, and 10 for design). Well she started taking off the powder with the machine, it friction burned my pinkie and my ring finger and hurt. She DID NOT SOAK AND PUT NEW TIPS ON! I wanted a white color and had pink previously and the pink shows. She cut and my thumb cuticle and made me bleed (no sorry or anything). Did not cut it to the length I wanted nor the shape although I told her. All but 2 of my nails are crooked. She didn’t even ensure that my nail length matched on each side. The nail design was barely similar to the picture I showed her. When confronted about the price she gaslit me as if I wasn’t watching her not soak off and put new tips on, so she did a refill and wanted to get paid for a soak off and new set. I was so fed up and frustrated that I left after payment. I called the salon back after calming down and really looking at my nails to see if it could get fixed. When I came back the next day to get them fixed. I had noticed more problems and honestly just wanted them removed and refunded. Or credit or new set. Something…anything. She then looked and decided to gaslight me again saying only thing wrong was the shape. I kept telling her what I saw wrong and just wanted her to listen. She decided not to listen after I tried telling her multiple times. At that point it was clear she wouldn’t listen to anything I said and I didn’t feel comfortable with her even reshaping them. I’d rather go to another nail salon and get them to reshape it. Customer service sucked! I have never been treated so poorly at a nail salon. I’m surprised they have any good ratings at all! LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! I’m NEVER one to confront or complain. I feel uncomfortable doing so. But it was to the point where I had to. DO NOT GO HERE.

Penny Hedrick-Moore Horrible HORRIBLE quality and design. Do not go here! Ive been getting g shellac for years. Just moved from Colorado to Texas. Came here and one week later polish pealing off my nails. Shellac dont peal!!! Also worst pedi ever! And while I was there receiving service, they were eating. Most disgusting fish smell. I almost waled out! Beware!!!

Mysti Dendy I’m very pleased. An acrylic fill for $18 with color. That’s more like it! The lady who helped me was polite and the place is clean! My husband got a pedicure by her high school son kaleb and he aid it was his best pedi he ever had! My New Years resolution was I wouldn’t pay $50 anymore for shellac or dipped nails or any of that. I’m doing fine with my cheaper acrylics and this place is affordable. I didn’t have any of the issues other reviewers had. Polite, clean place. The skill level is of acceptable levels. Pleased and will return! 5 Stars!

Tina Lowest prices and amazing service. I wish I would have found this place sooner. Its a small family owned and operated business, the people are just so nice. Ive been there twice now and both times they have paid great attention to detail. The first time I went about a month ago and let them know I was short on time, they were still able to fit me in for shellac manicure right away and did extra coats to protect my extra long natural nails all before I needed to pick my son up from school. I went again today and did a shellac manicure and regular pedicure. They did such a great job and I cant wait to go back. I highly recommend Deluxe Nails.
