Karen Cabrera First time coming in, everything was clean & my service went well. They did not have the initial shellac color I wanted but it was no biggie as they have ample options. I went with my second choice & am really happy with the turn out. I have small toenails & it’s hard to find a salon that will cut/shape my nails just right to make the pedicure/shellac worth it, Lisa took her time & made sure the shape was to my liking.

Renee Ready The BEST acrylic nails i’ve had in a long time. My set lasted an entire month without ANY lifting at all. And the top coat didn’t chip or fade even after tons of handwashing and cleaning. The woman who also did my nails is super kind and very talented, definitely coming back to get my nails done!!

Zoe Cruz Amazing first time experience here at B nails! They were so welcoming and quick to get me in! My nail tech did exactly what i wanted from the inspo picture! 10/10 will be coming again!!!

Natasha Patterson Great experience as a walk-in. Pricing menu is great, a lot of options. Lots of smiles on the customers faces. Noticed those who had scheduled an appointment were seen on time and left before I did which shows they care about being on time and keeping their schedule. Very clean spa. Will return!

Carla Maggiolo The studio is really nice, organized and clean. Everyone was super nice especially my technician Rachel. She did an incredible job and was really sweet. She asked me questions about everything I wanted and made sure I was happy with the shape, color and design of my gel nails. Definitely recommend and will be going back!

victoria perez I struggled finding a good nail salon here in San Marcos since I’m from Austin, but once I found this place and met Annie, she has been great assist to me and on point every time I won’t book anywhere else but here she’s always on time with the appointments. I never have to wait Every single time I get a full set and pedicure makes me feel great every time!!

Anabelle Nieto Love my daughters and my nails! I dont normally treat myself but decided to pamper my girl. Havent been since new owners. They are great, friendly, fast. Definitely recommend and will definitely be back more. Exactly what I asked for.

Angie Deshay I mentioned my dissatisfaction at checkout with the gentleman upfront. Kimmy rushed my nails and my toe paint. Only thing he could offer was to ask for a different tech when I come next time. Still paid full price for services. I’ve been coming here since 2014 and won’t be back. Customer service goes a long way. This place definitely picks and chooses who to provide better service to.

AmandaMiche Pros: Everyone there was super nice, and I love my manicure, it turned out great! Cons: I got a pedicure and it wasnt until I got home until I realized how uneven it was, parts of the nails had no polish and parts of the cuticles had polish. Also, the total was almost $100 for the mani-pedi, which seems overpriced.

kayley cortez Rose was wonderful! She fit me into the schedule during the freeze and made sure to fully explain the prices and the process. She mentioned that she tries to keep prices as low as possible for the college students (which is so sweet!). Rose made sure I was happy with everything and let me know that if anything happened to my nails, to come back and she would fix it for free. I will be coming back and recommending this place!

Danielle Johnson I absolutely love this nail salon. Everyone here is very professional, friendly, and so talented! Today Andy did my nails and he did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend him. I got a fill in today and he took his time reshaping my nails. Excellent service every single time I come here!

Adriana Ayala This is the 3rd time I come here. The work is OK atleast from the person whos done my nails. I wont come here again tho. I dont appreciate the employees making fun of customers or talking about there choice of nails or the price for the most part. I came with my own curved nails since they dont have the nails I wanted the past times and when one of the employees seen the nails he started laughing and after I was getting my nails polished I chose a white tip not the typical like everyone else likes, I like mine more higher and the 2 men employees along with a female that was doing my nails also laughed at that. Not only did my nails NOT come out curved like I specifically asked for but she charged me 66.95 for them. I have no problem paying for good nails its the fact that they over charged and the length was sm/med and I didnt even get what I payed for like I said the nail set isnt too bad i mean they arent to my liking and are wide n fat nails which makes my hands and nails look ugly just the fact that everything played a part to never come here again. The nails they have on website dont even compare to the real work thats actually done here. Do Not Recommend

Rachel HH The nail tech was very fast in her work and the salon was quite nice. However, I got my nails done less than a week again and already two of my nails are chipped which is unusual for a gel manicure. This was my first time going to this salon and I dont think Ill come back again. Ive gone to other salons where my nails last weeks after my appointment so this was disappointing for sure. Attached are pictures from the day I wrote this review which is less than a week from my appointment. As you can see my middle finger nails are chipping and cracking.

Madison Ward Stunning work ! Absolutely love the cat eye gel that I got. Came in as a walk in and was seen immediately. Excellent service and pricing was great.

If you love getting your nails done or even if it’s just your first time. you HAVE to try Luxx Nails and Spa! They took their time on my nails and was nice. I did dip powder nail and will be returning!!

Cimonnett Salazar So Ill start by saying Im probably in the wrong or not super knowledgeable. I havent gotten my nails done in almost 2 years. The last time I came here was with a friend and she did all the talking. Cece did an amazing job with my pedicure. Very kind and sweet. Andy on the other hand was just very rough with my manicure. Which apparently I didnt get. I asked for a manicure with dipping power. With the white tip, like a French manicure. I wanted my nails to look natural. I guess I dont know much because I didnt realize natural meant square nails. But correct me if Im wrong but arent suppose to clean under your nail so they dont hurt? It felt like he was grinding off skin and nail. No manicure. Just the dip and white tip paint. My fingertips are raw like some of my skin has been rubbed off. My receipt says full gel set and a pedicure. I didnt get gel anything. Or maybe Im just that un-knowledgeable.

M L Update: I have been going to this salon for about 2 years now. Recently, there are new people working there who I have never seen and the old staff is gone. They also charged me an *extra* $ 20.00 to get gel polish with my pedicure. When I questioned it I was told “it’s always been like that”, but in two years it’s never “been like that”. I’m looking for a new salon. I’ve had my nails done here about about 4 times, and obviously I like them because I keep going back. The staff is friendly and good at listening to what you want. Pictures of what you want help communicate your desired result. Book online.

Came in this morning and did exactly and more of what I wanted for a wedding I am in this weekend. My set turned out beautiful!!! Crystal Chase I’ve been going to Trendy Nails Spa, and Ti is absolutely amazing! She is detail-oriented, gentle, and always makes sure my nails look flawless. Whether it’s a simple manicure or a more intricate design, she takes her time to make everything perfect. The salon itself is clean, welcoming, and relaxing. I always leave feeling pampered and refreshed. Highly recommend Ti if you’re looking for a skilled and caring nail tech!

Julia Melito Trendy Nails is the absolute best!! I have been here three times now and they never miss. Eric is my go to for my acrylics - he does such a good job and always makes sure you love your nails before moving onto each step! Ti did my toes and she was so nice and cheerie, and did an amazing job on my toes. She was super helpful and gave the best massage Ive gotten during a pedicure. She also set a timer to make sure you get the full amount of time, which I really appreciated. Everyone there is so kind, and I really appreciate how they always make sure their guests are taken care of. They allow you to schedule an appointment and send you a text confirmation, as well as reminders which I love! When you arrive there is always someone there to greet you and get you into the salon chair quickly. The salon also has been recently renovated and is one of the nicest salons Ive been to, let alone THE nicest in San Marcos. After living here for 4 years I cant believe I just now started going here! I highly recommend this salon to all of my friends and anyone who is needing a fantastic set of nails. Love this place!!

Elizabeth North 10’s across the board. I’ve very particular about my nails and it took me a while when I moved to San Marcos but I finally decided to give this place a try. It’s super clean and every one is extremely welcoming. Plus the plants are a super nice touch. This was my fourth time here and needed a nice set for a wedding. Rosie is an extremely talented artist with a nail brush. She helped me fine tune my design and knocked my reference photo out of the park. I’ve been getting my nails done for years and she by far gave me the best set I’ve ever gotten. You can tell she pours love and passion into her craft. Don’t sleep on this place yall. They are amazing.

Monica Ramirez UPDATE: I came back today and had someone with me to help interpret throughout the service. Lilly was the nail tech who fixed my nails and did a fantastic job. It was night & day difference compared to the first set of nails I had done 2 weeks ago. She was super kind and sweet. I would recommend her to anyone. Again thank you for your apology and offering an opportunity to mend things. I am really happy and satisfied with the new set of nails. I will be back again in the future!

MacKenzie Smith Vincent is amazing! He has done my nails for almost a year and he knows exactly what I want. My natural nails are long so I dont like having acrylics or any tips added. He knows this and is able to use dipped powder on my natural nails so they stay strong and keep their length. Highly recommend visiting him at The Paris Nail! They also have student discounts when you show your ID! love this place.

Aiyanna Hamilton I had such a great experience here! The service was amazing, and my nails turned out even better than I expected. I got everything I wanted done, and the price was very affordable, especially with the student discount. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Corinne Cantarero I highly recommend this nail salon. Quinn is my nail tech and he always takes good care of me. My nails always look great because he knows exactly how I like them to look. He doesnt hesitate at all. Hes quick and efficient because he knows his job and he does it well. I definitely would recommend this place and of course Quinn. Hes the best! Always very cordial and respectful, as well as very nice. He used to do my nails years ago and then I lost track of him, but now that Ive found him again, this is my go to spot to get my nails done.

Juanita Olivares My daughter and I walked in on a busy Saturday and waited maybe 5 min before being assisted and in a chair. Super fast and our nails look great! ( came back to explain the 4 stars after showing the manager my review for my 5% off coupon he asked why the 4 stars and not 5 and honestly there was a major language barrier we had Luke and Tony and another female whos name i didnt catch but all the of them could not explain to me what needed to be explained. To the point where they had to call their manager, who was very busy himself with his own clients to basically come and explain to me what I was inquiring about, and i was literally just trying to make sure they were not using gel on my daughter we simply just wanted her nails polished. Idk it seemed like a very simple request but turned into a big confusing thing and what was supposed to be relaxing turned into stress for a bit there. But i did expalin that to the manager and he appologized. Overall it was still a great service provided)
