Teresa Thompson Dr.Singh has been very helpful for my Mom and Husband. Very thorough and can be reach at all hours. The staff is very friendly and reliable. My husband and Mother has been seeing Dr. Singh since 2016. He has two nurses Mrs. Yolanda and Mrs. Tina that has been with him for many many years. The office is always neat, never have to wait in the waiting room to be called to the back. Dr. Singh and his staff treat us like family.

Lucy Poston Story time with Sister L Dr Singh is a great doctor: My sister has been seeing him for more than 20 years.Since she became home bound he has been making home visits and I dont know of any other doctor in this day and time who would the time to do a home visit. Dr Singh has great bedside manner and he is always available to be reached any time of day or night. He takes his time and explains any lab tests results that he orders. I ju6think it is amazing the time and the care that he spends with my sister in making house calls to ensure that she gets good quality care. He is always willing to listen to any question or concern that I may have when it comes to my sister. Dr. Singh has never been rude, he is always professional and very caring. I am so glad that my sister has a doctor like him. I also love his office staff. They are very friendly and professional. They always answer the phone in a timely manner, whenever you call you can get a live person on the phone. You dont have to wait for all of that automated stuff press one for English etc. Etc.

Lee A. Archer Two hour and fifteen minute wait in an examination room for a scheduled appointment. After driving in from out of town and arriving early to complete paperwork, I was in that office for three hours before I saw the doctor, two hours and 15 minutes of which was in an examination room, with no examinations occurring in the other rooms. Deafening silence, no offer of water, no valid explanation and no apology. Appalling customer service, cannot recommend.

Tiffany Landry We never have a problem with our care there, the doctors and nurses are very nice. Keep that in mind their lunch break hours. Got their at 1 with my sick son to find out they take 1 1/2 hour lunch break and dont open again until 2:30 p.m.

Lisa Garcia Doctor is very nice and helpful. The ladies working at the window are very rude. I had filled out a form when I arrived and stated that the pharmacy I wanted to use was SandRdrugco and when I arrived to pick up my medication it was not ready. Called urgent care to see why and they had sent it to Walmart. Very unprofessional.

Vanessa Bryant Glad I went here! Took about an hour from walking in to out. The doctors were very friendly, personable and professional, extremely thorough, & explained everything from start to finish. MA/Nurse did what she felt needed to be done that she could do before the Dr. came in which was appreciated, it saved time! We saw the NP and he returned with the doctor after for a summary of the visit and final instructions. I was extremely pleased! Front desk is not very friendly but I personally dont need friendly. She does her job and seems to do it efficiently so that was good enough for me.

Sue Villarreal I visited the Jasper County Urgent Care facility today. I was greeted by the front desk attendant who wasnt very personable but she was nice. Once I was taken to the back it was a whole different experience. They were professional, welcoming and showed a genuine concern for my health. I left feeling confident in the doctors treatment and prognosis. If I dont heal as expected I have no problem returning for a follow up visit. I definitely recommend this place. I went at lunch time so I did have a bit of wait but to receive such good attention and treatment it was definitely worth it. Thank you!

Sleaner King These ladies were Fantastic!! My son got a deep cut and needed stitches. We arrived just before closing time. They got him stitched up in no time at all. I highly recommend Urgent Care of Jasper. Thanks again Ladies!

Heath Gilchriest I think that Terri Barnhart, and all of the staff are great people. Just like anyone, their calendar gets filled quickly, but that happens at every office. They always go over and above to take care of me, personally. The staff is very friendly, and great about reminding you of an appointment. Her staff is very friendly, and are very nice. When you walk through the door, they know you, and try to get you in as quick as possible. Terri really cares about her patients, and will talk to you about anything and answer your questions. You can definitely tell she actually cares, and listens to you. If you need a PCP in the a Jasper area, I would most certainly recommend them. I’ve read other reviews, and I don’t think some are accurate reflections of the support you are given there.

Jason Huffman Evidently a lot has changed since the last review 9 months ago. My wife loves her nurse practitioner but it takes more than one for a good team. It took 3 weeks to get a stat CAT scan scheduled because of staff issues (it wasnt the hospital doing the scan, we checked). When they did get the results they found issues than need fast attention and now we cant even get a referral for a G.I. doctor and all that takes is a phone call and a fax. Not happy at all.

Morgan Reese This hospital sucked, they waited 12 hours to give my son an iv, that’s all he needed as he was very dehydrated from throwing up. When asked questions they were rude and we sat away from the rest of the waiting area so I’m pretty sure they forgot about us. It was only until my husband threatened to leave did they help.

I have contact-allergies and I am also allergic to some prescription drugs and so far the doctors that I have seen have always been aware of those issues and on top of making sure that I receive the correct medication and treatments.

Greg Hall Spacious waiting area with restrooms and a multitude vending food choices. Use doors near helicopter pad to access ER directly. Not much sound deadening material to keep noise from echoing. Well equipped facility, but wait time can become prolonged if one isnt considered to be high priority.

He called me three days in a row worried about my cholesterol. I am 67 years old and have never had a doctor care like Dr. Brown does! He does the same for my husband! I highly recommend him!

Only had a bit of a wait time once. The doctors here Dr. Gilliland & Dr. Brown are good doctors. The nurses are pleasant & thorough as well. I am very pleased with my Doctor. Jerry I’ve had good and bad experiences at this ER. A few weeks ago I came to the ER for shortness of breath. Within 5 min of arriving I went into cardiac arrest, the nurses and Dr performed CPR and were able to revive me. I was placed on a ventilator and transferred to a higher level of care. It’s the job of the small hospitals like this one to treat life threats, stabilize and transfer to appropriate facilities and that’s exactly what they did. I wouldn’t be here right now if it wasn’t for their life saving actions and the grace of God. I am forever grateful.

Cody Lambert This is by far the worst hospital I have ever been to. They refuse medical care in the er. They sit around doing nothing and insult their patients. I would not trust this hospital to work on a dead cat, let alone living people. I will be pursuing civil litigation.

Greyson Burroughs An absolute joke! They never complete their duty to the fullest! Dr kept repeating over and over i COULD have appendicitis; mine was removed almost 8 years ago; no catscan to investigate. As someone with poor renal health, id prefer an emergency dept to handle situations accordingly and as other campuses would handle them. I’ll just drive to Beaumont next time i have stabbing pains! Theyve sent my child to Texas Children’s for a common flu and straight denied seeing my spouse. Make it make sense.

Ariel McCaul Typically when a patient arrives at the ER for septic shock... youd think they might administer more than just two bags of saline. Understandably youd want the blood cultures back before prescribing any antibiotics.. but to do a CT of the lungs, identify pneumonia.. yet tell the patient "I dont buy it," proceed to scold the patient and caretaker what ERs are for.. I thought septic shock was one of the higher priorities for visiting an ER. But Dr. Ahmad didnt buy it, that it was pneumonia. The following day tho, I get a phone call stating just to be safe, the Dr has prescribed an antibiotic. They gave us no info. I requested a print out of the labs to view findings, they refused. The portal runs an error message every attempt Ive made to create an account. Their attempt to CYA by giving a septic patient with pneumonia a regiment of 2 antibiotics (labeled CRITICAL) daily for two weeks instead amplified the spread of her bacteria rather than mitigate it. Your decision to scold us for a completely legitimate reason to visit the ER is a gigantic failure on your part Dr. Ahmad, and has nearly cost someone her life. The antibiotic you gave after the fact "just in case" allowed the bacteria to strengthen and spread not only thru both lungs, but also into her actual heart. Stop treating people like they are less than you bc you are capable of googling symptoms too. I was 100% right why I brought her in, and you fumbled it thru a shift change. Prescriber was Jedidiah Morgan. The Dr that didnt actually want to talk to us and judged only by the chart from his shift change was crossed out on our paper and written as "Dr. Ahmad." We eventually went to another ER where patient was admitted with double pneumonia and endocarditis with an expected 6 week stay.

Sandy Masters I have been bringing my mother in law to this clinic for 2 years now and honestly it has never been one to answer phone calls or even return calls. Dee Watson was her np and was very compassionate and would call to see on my mil after she tested positive for covid once. But since having to see a different np my mils follow up appointments are nothing short of a half a days wait. We will be finding another pcp that actually cares about their patients and their time as well.

Kristen Keiffer Im so disappointed in this practice. They were great at one time but the quality of service has continued to go down. If your sick or need to get in ASAP look for your appointment to be maybe 3-4 weeks away. Thats IF they answer the phones. Need a referral to se a specialist? Good luck! Those take weeks if not months. Finally switched PCP into a new facility and Complete Healthcare takes weeks into over a month to release medical records to even been seen by a new provider. I know over a dozen people at this very moment in search of a new practice. I just dont know what has happened.

Crisjen Rhodes For many many years the jasper clinic has never answered the phone unless you are calling to make an appointment. Any calls to a specific doctor or staff member would not be answered, and if you left a voice mail as prompted they would not return calls. Now they often do not answer the phone to even make an appointment. It does not matter if you show up to that appointment early, schedule it for a not busy time, if you are one of the only patients in the building....you will wait in a room for an hour or two to see any doctor. They hardly have any doctors on staff these days, no one seems to stay. It has overall steadily gone down in quality ever since the jasper hospital closed to be ER only.

Mike Richardson I’ve been a patient of dr Gilliland’s for a long time. They used to be respectable but I feel my last visit was a rip-off to my insurance company. Went in to do a check up to make sure I was healthy enough to take a prescription for male health pills. Dr brown did a check up then informed me they would need to do bloodwork for labs. Mind you, I’m not sick, not requesting a diagnosis. This is a continuation of medicine I’ve taken for years. Simple test in the office should suffice. That’s all the different P.A.’s have done previously. But no… I get a bill where insurance was charged $1355.00 and I still have my 20% due. That’s not much, really but come on…. Just gouging the insurance companies if you ask me. Needless to say I’ll be changing doctors real soon

Jim Ballard Would not take my child here again and you should either youve been warned. Took my 1yr old in for what I knew was a hernia but according to them everything was fine. Took him to Texas Childrens Hospital come to find out he does have a hernia? What incompetence, feel bad for people here in Jasper this is what their dealing with people acting like their doctors. What abunch of quacks!!!

I was able to get a same day appointment and the care given was speedy, yet thorough. I am very satisfied with the convenience of their new PCP.

Nicki Findley So disappointed because I thought I finally found a great doctor. I’ve been a patient for almost 2 years and I don’t feel very cared for any longer. They seem very disorganized and confused. I will start a new search for a better facility, probably in Lufkin or Beaumont.
