Elle Pee We absolutely LOVE Dr. Welch. We were looking for a new vet in the area and found him about a year ago. We now solely take our pets to him. We also referred our daughter and her boyfriend, and they now take their pets here as well! Highly recommend him!

McCormick-Shaw Destiny We are fairly new to the area and had not established a local vet for our dogs yet. However, We encountered a cat that needed emergency vet care (a huge abscess that ruptured on her neck). Rather than drive 2 hours to our vet with a smelly, irritated cat.. We called Welch Vet Clinic, and they immediately took the cat in, did the procedure, and we had her at our house by noon. All at reasonable price! We are super impressed with the friendliness of staff & the care! We will be transferring our dogs care now!

Donna Green I have always had a great experience with Austin Heart until this visit. I waited almost 2 hours before Dr. Burket came in. I went through all check in reviewing, paced the floor and finally opened the door. The nurse said I was up next, he was just finishing up with another patient. Dr. Burket apologized and asked if the staff had told me he had an emergency. I told him no one said anything. When the Doctors have an emergency and cant see you right away, let the patient know when there is an emergency. That way we can at least know why he is so late.

Deenna Perez I have been seeing Dr Borgstedte for over a year now, I have seen so many doctors for my disability problems, and Dr Borgstedte is one of the best primary doctors Ive ever had! He listens to me, really listens, he is kind and empathetic. He truly wants to help me get answers and doesnt want me to be in extreme pain. I would recommend him to everyone!

Eliana Martinez I’ve never left a google review in my life, but I made an account specifically for this. Im currently in town for the summer and went in as a last resort to get some antibiotics and blood pressure medicine refilled since my primary doctor is in New York and I won’t be back up there for another month. When we were discussing my blood pressure meds refill, I stated 3 times that my primary doctor gave me strict orders to stay off of lisinopril because if I become pregnant, it can cause issues for my baby. (A simple google search can tell you that). The doctor was very condescending and tried to make me feel like that was not a valid concern, even making a snarky remark about if Im going to get pregnant. When I got to the pharmacy to pick everything up, they told me he prescribed me lisinopril DESPITE me asking him several times to give me a different medication and me telling him I was given orders not to take that. Why is your pride more important than my health and potentially my child’s safety? overall was made to feel extremely uncomfortable and unheard. DO NOT see Dr. Cagle, even if it’s your last resort.

Joely Vega The doctor I saw was caring and kind. Medical staff is respectful. The reason I am rating this practice low is because of the billing department. I have left 5 messages to speak to someone about an issue with my lab bill. They originally told me they would take care of it but the issue is still and issue 1.5 months later. I can not even get a hold of them to get a response about what’s going on! Very disappointed. I have also called them to pay my bill and still no call back. Seriously!!!! No words to describe the lack of professionalism at this point. Update: I got call backs and they were able to take care of the issue.

Shelsea Saenz Staff at check in and out are helpful, kind, and professional. We like our pediatrician as well as our PC physician, the entire family uses this clinic. We are always heard and never rushed.

Eric Green Welcome to small-town Texas. There really arent many GPs here. I looked for those through my insurance company website, and began finding that the ones highly rated had retired, moved, or for other reasons were not available any longer. I decided to just use Tejas as I knew there was a new(er) doctor who had recently joined. After going there a year, I am quite satisfied. Dr. Tobias is excellent and quick to refer when something is out of his area of specialty. His referrals so far have been excellent. He has excellent bed-side manner and is easy to talk with. His approach has so far been more as a partner in my healthcare than a dictator and this is very refreshing and partly why i wanted a younger doctor. There are some areas to improve but this lays with the overall practice. 1) appointment planning isnt the best. I call in for a yearly physical, go, and leave... no follow up appointment for the coming year. If its an annual appt, lets schedule the next one at time of departure. 2) no alerting systems as other more modern operations are now using. How about sending me a text or email 1-2 days before my appointment to confirm my appointment.3) improve the follow-up procedures. After my appointment, make a follow-up call to check-in. Healthcare isnt above customer service and this is an area where you can significantly improve and differentiate yourselves. Despite the above suggested improvements, im still quite satisfied with the organization. Update: after moving to their new building, i felt the customer service drop dramatically. Staff became less personable and I always felt they had the attitude of they were doing me a favor. I am very partial to Dr. Katz who used to work there and when he left I ended up going once or twice before changing to Columbus Clinic where Dr. Katz went.

Aaron Clemons Just got home from ER, staff was incredible and so was the doctor. Everyone was so kind. I really didn’t want to go, but glad I did. Nurses were attentive and compassionate as was the doc. I’m very pleased. Total time was around three hours I believe, waiting on test results was the longest (normal for any ER). Best ER experience I’ve had in a long time.

They all spent the time necessary to assess my husband’s condition, answer all of our questions, and explain fully the options and why a certain one was best for him. Britanie Bush Nurse at the desk for the er was extremely rude, ignored my mom when she said what problems she was having (chest pain, left arm numb, and dizziness) handed her a paper she needed to fill out then sent to the lobby. She has had a heart attack before and they know it yet sent her to sit down like there was no problem. They do not care about their patients and it clearly shows!

Tanissa Taylor Im only giving this star for the few good employees Ive come across, and also, I cant write a review without one. My last experience at this ER was horrible! I took a family member in with complaints of a heart attack and explained to them that I could answer all questions needed and that my family member needed to be seen immediately. Well instead of them taking care of the patient first they were more concerned about filling out paperwork and getting a copy of the insurance card. I will never go to this ER again, I will just drive a few more miles and go to Smithville where they always put their patient first

Betsy Powers I cant say anything bad about this hospital. My elderly mother had to have emergency abdominal surgery. They were on top of the situation the entire time. To a person they were attentive and helpful. The nursing staff was outstanding. For a small hospital in a small town they are impressive! The people of Fayette County need to keep this gem.

Suzanne Heptner I dont know where other folks went but for my husband and myself we would rate LaGrange Family Healthcare on N von Minden higher. To only see 2 stars for the office staff is shameful. It is a Business, and people can get upset, so please cut these ladies some slack. We have never been treated rudely. Our physician Dr. Wess Blackwell is a very good doctor who genuinely listens and cares about all of his patients. Dont just " settle" when you can go to the best.

Sarah Allen Dr. Borgstedte & Dr. McBroom are amazing!! However the office staff are absolutely awful & that’s being mild. They are so incredibly rude & unpleasant. It’s almost deterring altogether. The staff at Giddings family health, however are much nicer to deal with. If I wasn’t an established patient for over 20+ years, the staff alone would be enough to push me to find a new provider. Hats off to the providers though, you guys are great!

Scott Marshall The Doctors are the absolute best at LaGrange Family Health. Every single one of them. I’ve been a patient for many years there. The staff that you have to deal with at the LaGrange office is not very nice. It will definitely ruin your day. Apparently they do not want to deal with her for whatever reason. I see numerous reviews who share the same opinion. I will not go to the LaGrange office anymore. It’s worth it to me to drive 20 miles further to their Flatonia location.

Dennis I brought my Mom in for a doctor visit with Dr. Raj. He was very nice and intently listened to what my Mom had to say. I give him 5 stars plus. However, like in other posts, the front staff (Kim) was very tough to deal with about some issues, however Crystal and Page were very nice and helpful. It kinda messed up my day.

D L One of the front office women is very rude when I called to make an appointment. Dr. Raj seems nice however he did absolutely no physical exam on a new patient visit. He missed a heart issue. Very disappointed and will not be going back.
