K Mallory I recently visited BSW for a non-emergency health issue, and I must say that my experience was overwhelmingly positive. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly front desk staff who greeted me with warm smiles. The atmosphere of the office was calm and inviting. I appreciated how thorough Dr. McCreary-Fielder was. She conducted a comprehensive assessment and provided clear explanations about my condition and treatment options. It was evident that she genuinely cared about my well-being. After our discussion, she ensured that I understood the next steps and even followed up with additional resources for managing my health.

Sheila Whaley Lab tech, Chasity was absolutely rude! Being a nurse manager myself, I couldn’t imagine if one of my employees treated a patient so poorly. Her bedside manner was awful and she should look for a new job. I have been going to this clinic for almost 4 years and this is the worst experience I have ever had there.

Nicole Walker Patients dont matter here. I was running 12 minutes late, and there was no mercy given! Copay lost, and a very rude nurse came out and said "we have already moved on". Time is money, and people dont matter? so keep cranking those patients through!! Pitiful excuse for patients care

Michelle Galli Dr. Nametian is an amazing doctor, everytime I go I feel like it is always more of an integrative approach and takes the time needed. She looks for multiple options, non medication (diet, exercise, environment) vs meds. Highly recommend.

Molly Evans Going to the doctor has never felt so stress free until we switched to this clinic. Everyone from front desk to labs has always been wonderful, unhurried, and genuine. My whole family sees Sarah Holtzman and she is absolutely the best of the best. Highly recommend.

RL Cooper My Bride and I joined MDVIP +- 10 years ago. We both have enjoyed our journey with our doctor. Sadly I lost my Bride 10 years ago to cancer. However, I would like to state the importance our doctor showed was so personal and gratifying. Not sure I would be here today without his understanding and counseling

Charlie Adopted my boy Ruxin (formerly known as Abraham) from this shelter. He’s been an awesome addition to the family and a great running buddy. Staff was helpful with introducing him to our other two dogs and allowing us to foster before we made an official decision to adopt. They’ve also been helpful with providing resources like trainers and follow up frequently to see how things are going. Lots of great dogs and cats that could use forever homes here!

Elizabeth Coleman I love cats, and the cats have beautiful and humane kennels here. They have personal space and are well cared for. Thats a big deal, because dogs require a lot of work! Excellent, caring staff, who put the work in to make sure the volunteers are actually helping.

Kerrianne Browne WCRAS was wonderful when I dropped off a stray dog I saw posted on FB. When I arrived, I was surprised how clean everything was and how friendly the staff were (I may have had some incorrect notions about what a county shelter would be.) After her stray hold expired, they contacted me to foster our baby, who we called Abby. Abby was severely neglected and did very well in our home. After a week though, she stopped eating & had trouble keeping food down. Additional tests showed she had advanced kidney failure, meaning she was considered a hospice foster. The vet staff and techs were incredible helping me navigate the last few weeks of Abby’s life. Everyone was so compassionate and responsive - Sarah and Bri were amazing, truly angels. It takes special people to care for animals the way WCRAS does. Our community is so lucky to have this resource.

Jon Horton The staff here is fantastic! They know the animals really well. The front desk can so.wtimes be overwhelmed, but they remain informative and helpful. We never felt like a burden or an afterthought. They were thorough and clearly care about what is best for the animal. They keep a diary of notes about every animal and share them with you. I mean very detailed notes from foster parents, staff interactions with the animal and staff observations. They do not sugar coat the details. They honestly want to find the best fit for both the animal and his/her new family. Wonderful experience for us!

jdhodges2003 If you are taking your kids here, the pediatric department is great, everything else at this location is horrible! The front desk is cold, I have never seen a smile, and The doctors are crap. Ive seen several doctors here and most dont seem to know what they are doing or are unsure about the proper way to treat patients. Even seeing the same do tor they tell you different things each time, that is if they dont cancel you appointment only minutes before your scheduled time. Find another facility unless you are seeing pediatrics!!!

Jasmine Always a long wait time at this location. The ladies at the front desk dont seem to be very kind and can be impatient. Pediatric nurse who gave our baby vaccines was fine but she did not have good bedside manner like at other locations. She barely spoke to us. I love ARC but certain staff at this location just seems cold and impersonal. Location is clean though and some staff are kind and patient though

Joyce Welborn Be aware there are only 2 pediatric doctors on staff 02/10/2025 and if one goes home sick you will be S-O-L for your SCHEDULED and CONFIRMED appointment. You will be informed no sooner than an hour before your appointment and there will be slim to no chance of being seen same day at another ARC clinic

GP Dr. Betsy Kandapuram & ARC team has been an incredible for both of my children, Her gentle and patient approach has made every visit a positive experience for my kids. She always takes the time to listen to their concerns, making them feel comfortable and cared for. Her ability to explain things clearly to both parents and children is remarkable, ensuring we are always informed and confident in the care being provided. I truly appreciate her kindness, professionalism, and dedication to her patients. We are grateful to have her as our children’s doctor and highly recommend her to other families.

Luke Madsen Had to visit the ER with my daughter. Gotta say, best hospital experience EVER! From the people who screen at the front door to the nurses and Drs bedside manner, this was a wonderful experience considering it was an ER visit. Everyone was friendly, personable, and the Drs explained everything in a very understandable way. Medicine made sense to us. Every person who walked out of the room we followed up with, "Wow, theyre so friendly here." Its like we were all family.

Brandy Marie Dr. Hawkins is by far the best Dr I have seen at any emergency room. Hes extremely thorough. I was just there a few days ago and the ladies were also phenomenal. However, they didnt find anything wrong. I was still in pain and needed a second opinion. Not only did he go above and beyond, but he made me feel comfortable with female issues. Brandy the NP was not there this evening, but shes also fabulous along with Celie. Im so sorry if I misspelled your name. Keep up the great work! Thank you so much!

joseph Jimenez I had to come in for an emergency bone infection. It was my first time ever being admitted to a hospital and I was terrified going in. Right away the staff took such good care of me, they were so accommodating and careful. I was so easily calmed after a few minutes of being talked to and guided. I wish I could remember everyone’s names that assisted me, there were a lot of wonderful people. My nurse Lucy was amazing as well, she took real good care of me. She made sure if I needed anything she as there, so caring and helpful. Dr. Smith I am so very grateful that you saved my life. Dr.Smith went above and beyond any expectations I had of my first interaction. He did phenomenal and I honestly didn’t even feel much pain at all following my surgery. 10/10 would recommend this hospital to any friends or family. They really took care of me here. Amazing service.

Sto D My wife took me in after suffering with serious abdominal pain for a couple days. Waited ten minutes and the staff was attending to me. Had blood drawn and a CT scan done within an hour and was off to the ER surgeon. I needed intestinal surgery to remove a few things, appendix, some large intestine, and my cecum. Reattached a few parts (I’m paraphrasing) and spent a few nights in the hospital. Got sent home feeling much better. Thank you , Dr. Bhakta, and St David’s staff

Aimee I’m very happy to have found FMC. I see Emily Gonzalez and she is always caring, thorough and doesn’t rush through your appt. Im impressed by how knowledgeable she is for her young age and I know she has a great future awaiting her. I also saw Marc Wauson one time and he was great as well, my husband now goes to him! Yes it’s difficult to get someone to answer the phone but if you leave a message they you usually call back quickly. Or the app they have is great, you can message for an appt or message your PA or Dr. :)

eclectic egret91 I have been a patient at FMC georgetown for 12 years almost. Decent primary care and family care physicians. But lately Ive been disappointed with the way Ive been treated lately. Last visit was for a possible eye problem that was brushed off by some new doctor (he was googling my symptoms). His only advice was to wash it more thoroughly but what I really need now is a 2nd opinion and mosy likely need antibiotics/steroid drops. $80 fee for an answer I already got from google. Thanks American Healthcare system!

Labrador Ana Walked in to make an appointment for my grandmother who was with me, and the front desk woman was very rude and passive aggressive. She told me she had no time to help me create my grandmother’s new patient appointment because her “lobby is full of people trying to check in” but there was literally only two people in the lobby and they were already sitting down all checked in. Just handed me a card, told me to call the number, and just fully dismissed us. I was told that I can walk in to the clinic to make an appointment but I guess that’s not the case with the BSW Hutto Clinic.

Lauren Cunningham Was told over the phone by operator I could walk-in to clinic. And my husband was able to do so last year when he was sick. So when I tried to do so they immediately said no to any walk-ins stating they did not do that. Very rude people and it looks like the BSW operator and location do not communicate properly. Do not go to this location they are not helpful at all. Other clinics have always been super helpful but not the Hutto clinic.

CHIEFATK My wife was supposed to have a procedure at the S&W radiology clinic in Round Rock. The doctor wrote a prescription for the procedure prep that included a portion that was taken off of the market and not available. We didnt know that and the doctor was not aware of it. We tried to fill the prescription at S&W but it was not available. We also tried the pharmacies at Ft Hood, Walmart, Walgreen and CVS. All pharmacies said they couldnt fill the prescription except the CVS pharmacy. There was a problem at first but the prescription was filled and we paid $141.39. At no time did anyone explain any problem with the prescription except that it was not available. My wife reported to the radiology clinic in Round Rock, and checked in. When the attending personnel called for my wife to report for the start of her procedure she was denied because a part of the prescription was not completed. In my internet research, I discovered that the missing part of the prescription was Magnesium Citrate, a form of laxitive. The prescribing physician was Dr Shobossy and a conversation with him revealed that he was not aware of the Magnesium Citrate being removed from the market and not available. So, in my humble opinion, this problem was the direct result of Scott and White not us. My wife is 84 years old and disabled, we should not be required to ascertain wether or not a doctor writes a serviceable prescription. We have requested reimbursement from the Scott and White billing department, numerous times, only to be met with a negative attitude and disallowance of any reimbursement. I have exchanged emails, notes on my wifes My Chart and several phone calls. Never a discussion with anyone in billing except that the reimbursement was not approved. The person who disapproved our request never attempted to personally contact us or discuss the problem. Again, we are requesting the reimbursement of the full $141.39. We have done what would be normally required of a patient, Scott and White did not and the billing department did everything possible to discourage any reimbursement or approval of our requests.

Cheyenne Morris I went in for a sick visit and they did a flu and Covid test (which I have done plenty of times before) and then was slapped with a $300 bill for the Covid test. I understand that you can request an estimate for services rendered but if I’ve had this done (my husband and kids too) many times in the past few years that all of the sudden just the Covid test was not longer going to be covered then I feel like it was sketchy for them to not mention that. If I had known, I would have gone down the street and paid $10 for a Covid test from Walgreens.

Sherry Claytor Fraud/ bait and switch right here. I went there due to discount if you are private/ self pay. I paid 280.20 when I walked in door. 1325.00 for an office visit is ridiculous. I had no access to these documents until after I had seen doctor. Plus I drove an hour to get there. I could have paid 160 at urgent care in my town. And the Williams drive location came up as an urgent care when I googled it.

Donna Hernandez So this morning I call and make an appointment. The lady said Georgetown was the only clinic available but with lots of afternoon appointments. I live in Temple but work in Hutto so completely out of the way but I was in pain and booked the appointment. I was told 2:50pm and never got a confirmation on my phone. I arrived at 2:55pm and they canceled my appointment because I was late not because they were busy but because I was 15 minutes late for being told the wrong time. My appointment was 2:40 not 2:50 so they canceled me once I got there. They lady at the check-in desk and a white lady in green scrubs were rude acted like they didnt care all the while Im standing there in pain. After getting no wheres I walked off not once did they tell me just go next door to the urgent care. No instead I had to look up another clinic and now Im waiting for 2 hrs to be seen. Not only did I waste time, gas, work but I was not even helped in the least by this clinic. Ive been a patient over 10 years and this is a first for me Ive never been canceled while standing there. Like I said worst clinic by far they definitely need some training on customer service and compassion. P.S. that clinic was empty feeakin sad.

When she walked into the room my dad being the gentleman he his, stood up to introduce himself and attempted to shake her hand - she walked right passed him and walk to her desk. Avoiding shaking my father’s hand. As the visit came to an end - again my dad being the gentleman he is opened the door for her to let he walk out first. She then again walked right past him and said “oh”. If you’re indigenous decent - I DO NOT RECOMMEND going to this doctor. It’s obvious she has some issues with people of color.

Ashley Allison DO NOT GO HERE! If you think this place is primary care- it’s NOT. I called the office to schedule an appt based on doctor reviews. Made sure we were in network. While scheduling, I made a big deal about making sure we were in network. Obviously cost was important. The lady never ever warned us what they do there with billing. No where does this place say URGENT CARE or ER. WE WERE BILLED FOR EMERGENCY/HOSPITAL SERVICES! Our bill is INSANE. They know exactly what they are doing. Look at other reviews. Disgusting crooks. Don’t respond with we take your concerns seriously- bunch of bull! I work with insurance. These guys have officially messed with the wrong girl.

Kishorelal Parakkat Ive been visiting this center for past couple years. This time I walked in for my annual physical which is covered under insurance. And I am being charged for a consultation which I never made. Lying in the medical notes to charge me is the cheapest practice ever a medical group can pull.

Randal Smith I am very conservative with reviews and don’t like posting negative ones. However, after paying out of pocket over $1000 this year for minor sickness and injuries I finally realize how they are doing it. With my primary care physician in Cedar Park he would field any request and it would be covered under my standard visit deductible unless a specialist was required. With BSW as soon as you request something as simple as an allergy shot they record it as hospital services and back charge you a substantial amount, as if you went to the hospital. They have done this to me three times this year. I truly thought at first I found a place that could serve as a primary care and specialist provider but realise they take advantage of their client base by classifying things to charge more money. I don’t think even my insurance company realises this is a scam yet. My son’s football physical cost $150 even with insurance and an allergy shot cost me $350. This would have cost me $50 at my old, independent primary care doctor. Trust me, they make it seem convenient but it is actually a con.

You should at least try to have common courtesy to address people in a reasonable manner. lose attitude, you would think there was no training on how to address the public, unbelievable. Gary Webster Be very careful when using this facility. Looking back with hindsight my whole experience was crafted so they could gain maximum financial income from my severe chest pain visit. I have an excellent health insurance but they have ways of manipulating services to their best benefit. They make you sign multiple waivers under duress which basically allow them to ensure you get multiple billing. You sign that even if you are admitted as I was you are billed as an outpatient. I was billed for the same labs by the hospital and an outside lab. Steer well clear
