addison hearn I want to start this off by saying dr Erikstad is one of the best obgyns I’ve ever seen. However the office staff especially her MA are some of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I had an ovary removed at a different hospital and instead of putting that in my chart she put that I had an appendectomy. I still have my appendix so don’t know how that got confused by the MA. I was referred to the high risk doctor for an ultrasound at 22 weeks which is Normal but all I can say is that clinic is extremely ghetto. I’ve had four pregnancies and I’ve never once been given ultrasound pictures on printer paper instead of ultrasound paper. Also the pictures weren’t even of my baby they were of pretty much everything else like the placenta and a foot. I don’t understand how a place that specializes in ultrasounds can be that pathetically bad at their one job. The lab messed up my labs and didn’t draw half of them so dr erikstad had to reorder them and I had to go get poked again where the lab tech didn’t listen when I told her all but one of my veins deflate. When she busted one of my veins she caught a massive attitude and got mad that I was right. I’m extremely concerned for having my baby at this hospital when this is the treatment they are already giving. I’m praying it gets better. I just really don’t want to have to switch from my OB. She’s absolutely amazing.im adding pictures of the crappy ultrasound images that I was given on printer paper. As you can see its not even of the baby or anything really.

Melody Pierce Long over due this hospital needs retraining. Back in 2023 my husband and I had a stillbirth. Due to preclampsia I wasnt aware I had it they had pushed my prenatel care appt back. Thats how my baby passed. When I went to my last ultrasound mind you my doctor wasnt there I asked the doctor is my baby dead she just looked at me and agreed. Didnt have no remorse whats so ever so I go and see my doctor the next day she admits me to labor and delivery as it gets closer to time the baby is coming we pushed the button but no nurse or doctor came my husband and I delivered our deceased baby ourself they came in after the fact that was the worst experience of our lives . My obgyn is awesome. But the rest of the staff and hospital were terrible.

Gulia R Dr. Buck and his nurse caused my mom to have a stroke during her tonsil removal surgery. First, they failed to inform us that she had a blood clot in her neck, despite two CT scans showing it before the surgery. They also stopped her blood thinner. After the surgery, her blood pressure spiked, and although they gave her medication to lower it, they still sent her home with dangerously high blood pressure. She could barely walk when she was discharged. They allowed her to go home in this condition, and she suffered a stroke in November 2021. She passed away two months ago. I believe their actions led to her death. In August 2024, my mom had several doctor and ER visits, many of which were terrible experiences. Some of the nurses showed little care for patients and lacked the skills to properly assist a stroke survivor. She was diagnosed with pneumonia, but they failed to treat it appropriately. During her last hospital visit, instead of addressing her rhinovirus and pneumonia, they administered morphine, despite my explicit request not to. The doctor seemed more focused on telling me that my mom was dying rather than trying to help her. Even after providing her with oxygen, which improved her oxygen levels and reduced her fever, they stopped her oxygen supply to prepare for discharge. She was left waiting for transportation to go home without oxygen or an IV from early afternoon until almost 2 a.m. It was the most horrible experience of my life. This hospitals negligence left my mom disabled and ultimately took her life.

Charles Ferguson I have been diagnosed with cancer of the neck. The fear you feel hearing the words, youve got cancer is devastating. My heart dropped into my stomach and I immediately thought its over. My ENT Dr ( Dr. Buck) talked to me slowly and informed me how far cancer research has come and that I was facing a 90% survival rate. That it would require chemo and radiation but said we got this. A team was formed around me with Dr. Singh and Dr. Nguyen at the lead. Two gentlemen that explain cancer with you not to you. Their knowledge and experience give you comfort and confidence that cancer is not a death sentence. I am at the beginning of my journey. I start my radiation in two days get a port for the chemo the next day and will start that process soon after. The reason for this post is not about my story. Its about the staff that Baylor Scott and White Hillcrest Hospital in Waco, TX has assembled. A staff that makes you feel like you matter. I have felt comfortable and was treated with dignity and respect on every visit. Compation is the word I would use. I am going into battle with an enemy that wants to take my life. But my spirit soul feel comfortable with the people around me. With God , I will prevail.

James umblance Here’s an expanded version of your statement: During our visit to the hospital, starting from the ER through my sons stay, I was deeply impressed by the tremendous care and support we received. The doctors, nurses, and staff were nothing short of exceptional, attending to every detail with professionalism and compassion. Their ability to provide such attentive care, even as we navigated the challenges of being away from home in Alabama, was truly remarkable. They made a stressful situation manageable by treating us with kindness and ensuring my sons comfort and recovery were prioritized every step of the way. We are forever grateful for their dedication and expertise.

Andrea Kosar I am six weeks postpartum and couldn’t be more grateful for my experience with Girlinda Robinson as my midwife. She was absolutely amazing—10/10 recommend! Every staff member I interacted with at the office was incredibly kind and welcoming. I always felt well-informed and reassured, often having answers to my questions before my friends who were receiving care elsewhere. Waco Family Medicine provided such a supportive and comforting experience, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking exceptional maternity care!

Jared Colahan I finally figured out the correct number. I get 1-5 calls a day. Please check your recordings to verify you are giving the correct phone number. This has been going on for almost 20 years.

Stephanie Lee So far during my pregnancy they have helped me apply for benefits and be approved. They have been doing all the right steps because I am high risk after losing 2 babies. Nothing has set me off about this place so I’m very surprised at the 2.6 star rating. As long as I am treating the staff with the same respect I want they are great. They seem to deal with a lot of people and different situations as well so give them grace. But my experience so far with this place and staff has been wonderful.

Kendra Lanae SO rude. I didn’t even have an appointment with this clinic; I meant to call the neighboring Scott and White building but dialed this clinic instead (they share the same plaza address). The receptionist was so short with me and seemed personally offended that I had the audacity to call the wrong number. Once I had said “my bad, thank you” she promptly hung up on me before I could finish my sentence.

Samantha Absolute worst experience. At this point I dont care if I die from endometriosis complications. Uncaring staff that cant be bothered to be on time.

DKAML05 1 STAR IS BEING GRACIOUS! HORRIBLE front desk staff! Rude & Incompetent! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Save yourself the aggravation! =( Got the run around for 2 weeks. Finally got an appointment & when arrived was told my appointment was at a different time! Had to ask to speak to management only to find out that I was right on the appointment time!

F. Jo (JoJo) The wait time after a schedule appointment here is absolutely insane!! If I showed up 2 hours late for my appointment they would make me reschedule! I can’t say that there aren’t nice and friendly people here but the wait out weighs the extremely long wait. I could see if there was an emergency or what not but you as a doctor or NP your time is not as valuable as the wait you make the people who pay your bills endure. Get it together!!! It’s not like you’re spending time listening or concerned about the actual person!!!

Dezarae S Dont waste your time. Some of Dr. Chancellors staff are so rude and condensing. I called them today and spoke with a lady to let them know I will no longer being seeing them. I was then asked may I ask why. Sure! Why, because I was able to go to a NEW provider and she was able to give me a clear diagnosis. They didnt even want to see me until October 18. Completely unacceptable!!!!

Briana Marie Margaret Edwards When I was going there the staff treated me poorly and my doctor hurt during an well womens exam. My boyfriend had to help me to the car than later on I went to ER in Hamilton Tx. The staff told me when I called to report it that I am no longer going to be a patient here and that they will send me a letter in the mail about that. I would NOT recommend this place.

R. Leon Guerrero I love our doctor we will miss her dearly. Its maybe half the staff that ruined it for us. Not being helpful. Not in game mode seem like they show up to just gossip.

Lucia Zapata They have a sign that says taking new patients, but I been calling for the past few months and they say we are not taking new patients right now. They have poor costumer service.

T Sanden My children had an appointment at 2:45 PM. They did not get called back until 3:45 PM. On top of that, they made us wait in the doctors for an additional hour. Just be prepared to wait all day whether you have an appointment or not.

Judy Pomfrey I have been coming to this clinic for sometime now and I love the nurses there and my doctor is great. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

ChippyChippy ChyChy Only went to one appt. and it was enough for me to begin searching for a new family doctor. The nurses were sweethearts (its only because of them I felt good about having to give a star) but the doctor was rude. The appt. itself took ages and having my toddler with me made it that much harder. Then to top it off they set the next appt. without asking me for an available time. So of course it was set when Id be having my oldest getting on the school bus and my husband will be needing to be at work so I wont be able to make it. I can keep going sadly..

Kristin V Wait time about 5 hrs to get in the back, but once back there the doctor and nurse were very professional and took my pain serious. They were able to keep us informed of everything despite the chaos all around. Shout out to Dr. Alexander and RN Steven! Wait times is probably more issue bed tower being too small for a growing area.

amanda middleton I don’t go to the emergency room often but when I do I go to this one and I don’t have any problems. With that said I do think that the people sitting at the front doing the visitor passes and the people checking patients in could sometimes be friendlier but other than that I’ve always been treated very well by all the nurses, PA’s and doctors. They try their very best to get you in and out as fast as possible under the circumstances. I think people forget that it is an emergency room and they do have to go based on priority.

Virginia McCaleb Avoid this emergency room at all cost! To many things happened to even write about, l fell in late July and ended going to their ER in an ambulance with severe pain! Was told at emergency room after several x-rays and CT scans that there was nothing wrong and I needed to go home they were very harsh! Fast forward to this week, l was still in pain and my doctor gave me an guided injection and while trying to find the correct area with the sonogram and he discovered my hip was broken and had almost was healed. So for 5 months l had broken hip and nobody had seen it on any of x-rays or ct scans. He sent me for an MRI and my hip was broken and l also tore my hamstring! They also missed a broken disc in my back! Not sure what happened but there were to many Injuries that was missed .this unexceptable, and some x-rays were taken 2 or 3 times and they still missed the injuries! I have suffered way to much! The message below, you cannot respont, email address below, its in correct! Perfect example!

Jennifer Jimenez The worse service ever nurses sit around and gossip and eat instead of checking on patients doctor sits around as well. Doctor does not check on you and when you ask for a nurse they take 30 minutes to hour to get to you. Dont even remember doctors name cause he only came to see us one time in the five hours we were in the room. Go to providence dont waste your time here
